Awesome place. Clean, spacious, beds are very comfortable, and kitchen is great. Just over all comfortable. This is our second time staying in this resort area, but we loved this unit the most. Amazing views from both balconies. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay

Very clean and just as advertised. Was there for a Bball tournament at the convention center. Watched both Epcot and MK fireworks every evening from the balcony. Good location. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic property

This condo was perfect for our stay. Convenient to all Orlando has to offer. We attended the Arnold Palmer PGA Golf Tourney, Disney and Universal — all within 15-20 minutes of the property. The condo is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I lived on the balconies when we were not out and about. Enjoyed the views and the fireworks from there!

A beautiful place to relax

Our family enjoyed the space and comfort this condo offers. We had relaxing mornings on the balcony watching the sunrise over Lake Bryan. In the evenings, we sat on the bedroom balcony and watched fireworks from the Disney parks. The unit was clean; the beds were super comfy and the furniture on the lakeside balcony was beautiful and inviting. My only suggestions would be to have more than 1 set of towels for each person. A hair dryer is provided but if you have long or thick hair, bring your own. The hosts were very quick to answer any questions we had. I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Great location for visiting Disney and walking distance from lots of restaurants and groceries. View were amazing with front and back balconies. You can see the Disney fireworks from the front balcony. All the the amenities you need in the condo. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo, view, and grounds. Condo looks recently renovated with comfortable beds. The view from the front and back balconies are unbeatable. You can see the fireworks from Epcot every night. Pools are heated and have dining options and bar.

Beautiful condo with a great view

My family and I picked this place for its clean, beautiful look and close proximity to the Disney theme park. The space was great, the decor and furniture were like new. The view from both patios did not disappoint. Definitely recommend and we look forward to booking again. Host was easy to talk to and accommodating.

WONDERFUL - PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Property was as described and perfect for everything we needed. Pool never seemed over crowded even during busy spring break time. All Employees where happy and very accommodating. There is no restaurant on site but there is a pool bar that serves food. Condo had everything we needed. I would recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous unit - couldn't have been better

This unit is on the 20th floor with spectacular views - 2 balconies - amazing! Two full bathrooms, two bedrooms, bunk beds, in unit washer/drier - there was only hubby and I but we loved every moment of our two week stay. There were a couple of glitches but nothing that wasn't fixed instantly, and nothing that would detract us from staying here again. It is a busy part of Orlando, and the I-4 is under construction so a bit of a nightmare but there are ways around if you look for them. I hope to stay here again next year. There was no fault to be found. Bed was fabulous, pillows too and lots of them. Housekeeping available if you wanted it, or not, your choice. Shouldn't praise it too much in case it gets booked out from under me!

What a vacation!

My girlfriends and I did our very first RunDisney event this weekend when we ran in the Disney Princess Enchanted 10k. Being that there was 5 of us, a Disney Resort was going to be very cramped. We searched through tons of rentals through HomeAway before settling on this condo. The location was great as it was close to Wal-Mart for groceries, and less than 5 miles from Disney. We could actually see Epcot from our balcony. Cameron was great to work with, and always answered the questions we had in a timely manner. When we first arrived at the condo, we found the staff to be extremely helpful. The actual condo just took our breath away. The views when we got to the 20th floor were out of this world. When we got inside, we were beside ourselves. We just ran from room to room exclaiming how we couldn't believe we had gotten so lucky. Everything was beyond gorgeous. The views were phenomenal. Everything in the condo was perfectly clean and meticulous. Unfortunately for is, Orlando was in the middle of a cold snap when we arrived and it got pretty cold at night. But our request for extra blankets was quickly fufilled. The only thing I can honestly say we would have liked to see was wifi in the rooms. As it was they did have an Ethernet cord for computers. Overall our stay was perfect, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. As we plan on making the Disney Princess 1/2 Marathon Weekend an annual event, we will absolutely be returning to the Blue Heron Beach Resort. Thanks Cameron and Tina for a fantastic experience!

The unit was clean upon arrival and all pictures I viewed on-line were true. We stayed on one of the higher floors and the views were spectacular especially sunrise over Lake Bryan. The kitchen lack a few basic items. There were only 2 sauce pans but when I requested a fry pan, one was delivered immediately. The sauce pans were made of that non-stick material and were scratched and chipped. If I wanted to use the oven in this unit I would have had to request oven safe pans and pot holders as neither of these items were in the unit. The dishwasher was not secured under the counter so when I opened the door the first time, the entire unit fell out from under the counter. There was a pile of dirty bath towels left in the hallway by the housekeeping closet for 5 days. The resort states "free daily newspapers" however on most days there were not enough for all guests. The resort shuttle was very limited and you had to sign-up the night before if you wanted to use the shuttle the next day. The unit I stayed in needs updating as the appliances and furniture are very worn. I suggest removing all of the plastic flower arrangements (there were so many in every room!) because they are nothing more than dust collectors and are not very attractive.

Loved it!

We absolutely loved it! We enjoyed our stay very much. Our family of 5 stayed in tower 2 on the 20th floor. We had a corner condo with 2 balconies. One overlooking Lake Bryan and the other one overlooking Downtown Disney. Amazing view at night and fireworks. The kitchen had pretty much the basics you need like some pots and pans, coffee maker, utensils , silverware ,plates , cups, glasses etc.. I was impressed with everything it had. Towels, washer and dryer, blow dryer, whirlpool tub in master bathroom. We have no complaints. We had great views from both balconies. Great location! Close to disney. Walmart is no more than 10 minutes away for groceries. Walgreens , Cici's pizza and dollar tree are walking distance. All the pictures were legit..no lies! We got what we reserved. Front desk clerks were very friendly. Check in is at 11am ,but our room was ready at 10am when we arrived and they let us check in. Very clean! Nice and big pool. We had a great time here that we would definitely come back. It was our first visit to Orlando and enjoyed it very much. Definitely recommend

Great place to stay!!

We arrived midday and our room was ready so it was no time at all until we were unpacked and ready to explore. The swimming pools, hot tubs, and exercise rooms were great. The large pool deck has a small snack/drink cabana to purchase a refreshment. They can't, as yet, charge drinks to your room so bring cash or Credit card. The room was clean and any issues were dealt with very quickly. The elevators were fixed so you had to use your room key, the burned out light, the leaky faucet were all dealt with quickly. The front desk staff, especially Darlin, Stephanie, Bernesha and Tyler were all helpful and cheerful. As the crow flies, Blue Heron is less than 1 mile to Downtown Disney, and 2 1/4 miles to Epcot, but it's not walkable. There are six lane roads, some with no crosswalks, and the distances to get to the main gate are challenging. You will need to use the hotel shuttle, car, bus or taxi. The hotel shuttle to the Disney parks is very convenient. If you take the first shuttle of the day you are at the park for opening and enjoy a relatively quiet park for the first couple of hours. We used Atlas shuttles instead of taxis to get to other locations. Reasonable rates, really nice vehicles, plus Omar and his team were great. The only challenge was figuring out how to get groceries. The Walgreens across the street has some staples and alcohol, but you will have to travel further to stock up. We found that we ate breakfast in our unit, packed a lunch (from things we bought at Walgreens) and worried about dinner later as we were often back late in the day (walk to Applebees, reasonably priced, or CiCi's for cheap pizza). The views from our unit were amazing, the in suite laundry was great, and there is a dish washer, but we didn't use it. We were there two weeks and needed to purchase (nearby Dollar store) toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo, bottled water, etc. When we booked, the WiFi was hard wired so it was great to find we had wireless when we arrived. However at certain times of the day (especially late evenings) it was too slow to actually be helpful. Our 2 bdrm suite was an end unit and spanned the width of the building giving us a balcony on both the lake side (Lake Bryan) and the Disney side. The lake side is very quiet and the sunrises are beautiful. The Disney side has a mini golf course with a volcano that "erupts" 24 hours a day. At first it was startling, but soon we didn't hear it most of the time. I would definitely stay here again!!

Wouldn't Change A Thing...We'll Be Back!

Our stay in this condo was wonderful! The property was exactly as described and the TWO balconies both had great views. We took advantage of the balcony overlooking Disney almost every night! Fireworks were plentiful from both Epcot and Magic Kindgom! It was one of the best parts of our stay. Pools were great, check-in staff was helpful...nothing that we would have changed. Cici's is a great/cheap pizza joint that is only a short walk away...the dollar store (next to Cici's) is a convienient location to get all those items you may need for the kitchen or that you forgot to pack...they also carry a small selection of groceries! We walked to Walgreens, Wendy, and Lonestar...there are other restaurants within walking distance too! Downtown Disney is just a short drive away and overall it is a great, central location! Our kids often asked if we could just get dinner and go "home" because they really enjoyed being there! There is no doubt that when we visit Florida again, we will definitely try to get this unit!! We will recommend it to friends and family! You won't be disappointed! We had a wonderful vacation and our choice of staying in this condo at Blue Heron was part of what made trip so enjoyable! The View... The View... The View...!!!

The condo was very nice, spacious and we felt at home during our stay. The views from both balconies were incredible and because they were oversized, we spent a lot of time on them looking out over Lake Bryan and Disney! It was very relaxing and private at the same time being the end unit, we also took advantage of the fireworks display every night. It's a great location and with-in walking or driving distance to shops & restaurants. The grounds were well maintained and parking was never a problem, very convenient! We had friends visit who live in the Orlando area and they were impressed with the balcony views as well. We would definitely stay on the 20th floor again and recommend this specific unit to our family & friends!

Wonderful Condo

Boy what a pleasant surprise to find such a nice condo so close to all the attractions for such a wonderful price. The balcony on the end and side of the unit was magnificient. Being able to see fireworks at Epcot from the Master balcony was magical for tired kids each night. The condo was equiped with all things needed for our stay. We did not take advantage of the provided transportation but instead took our vehicle and paid parking each day at the parks. I loved doing this. Even though it was $14.00 per day to park it was much better than riding a bus and fighting people for a seat. I will never used provided transportation again since I found this to be so easy and convient. The last evening we were there it rained as we were sitting on the balcony and a double rainbow circled the lake and look like it surrounded our unit. The girls loved it....now that was surely a magical moment. I recommend this unit 100%.

Very Pleased

My family and I absolutley loved this condo. It was soo nice that we didn't want to leave and go to the attractions but we knew we had to. We felt right at home. It was very clean, close to all of the major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The view of the fireworks and Lake Bryan was amazing. We have picked this condo as our future vacation spot everytime we visit Orlando. I will definetly recommend Blue Heron to all of my friends and family. It truly exceeded my expectations.

Six wonderful weeks at this 20th floor Condo

I’m just home after wonderful 6 weeks at this tropical paradise. The only regret is that I didn’t book 12 weeks. I love everything about this place, starting with the good service of the owner. I noticed how the staff works hard all day making your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be, always cleaning the grounds, the swimming pool, all common areas. They are always there when you want something greeting you with a smile, doing everything they can for you and then leave you alone when you want your privacy. I really don’t know where to begin to praise this place, the quiet mornings drinking my coffee on one of the large balconies watching the sunrise mirrored in the beautiful Lake Bryan, before going down in the elevator for my long morning swims in the pristine swimming pool. This early in the mornings I had the pool just for myself, what a luxury. The two extra-large balconies make a huge difference, you have magnificent three way views over Orlando and the sun is there all day if you want to stay in the sun, and then as the doors are screened you can have them open all day enjoying a cool breeze through the apartment. Everything you need is at hand, 4 ring stove, good oven, double fridge/freezer with an icemaker. Good quality pots, pans, dinnerware and cutlery, toaster, blender and a funny kettle that gives a whistle when the water is ready. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, so just bring half of the clothes you think you need. The bed in the master suite is comfortable. There are 3 flat screen TV’s to choose between when you have had enough of the sun. The balcony outside the master bedroom faces the midday and evening sun and is also a great place to enjoy a good glass of wine while watching the nightly Disney fireworks. I enjoyed my stay at the Blue Heron so much that I spent most of my time there, having such a large condo is so relaxing, and as it is an end unit it is quiet. I rented a car for some of the time, but you can do without one. Omar at Atlas transport, the recommended taxi service of Blue Heron, met me at Sanford and got me quickly and safely to the condo. When I needed to stock the fridge he drove me to and from Walmart, and I used his company again when I went home. I received a first class service from everyone I met in Florida. I really recommend this condo for short and long vacations in the sun. I found it after a long search on the internet and certainly made the correct choice. GG from Iceland

Cool Condo by Walt Disney World Resort

If you are going to Disney / Orlando area with a family and want more space and terrific value, look no further. This 2 bedroom condo is awesome! It can very comfortably accommodate 4 - and much more. Our 2 boys (11 and 8) were expecting the typical hotel room or suite. When they saw they had their own bedroom and individual beds (with tv), bathroom, along with a spacious kitchen and living / dining room to lounge around, they were totally pumped to be staying here. The condo is so close to Disney theme parks; it’s almost like being right on Disney's property. But you get so much more for the price! The condo furnishings are deluxe, comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen has all the gadgets you will ever need for making meals and snacks - and for enjoying a well deserved glass of wine after a great day at Disney with the kids. One last thing - as this particular condo is an end unit and near the top of the tower, it has balconies with views in three directions. We had our morning coffee on the one balcony where we enjoyed the morning sun and a breathtaking view of the lake. From the master bedroom / balcony, you can see straight across Disney. It was a perfect location to watch the nightly fireworks. We will definitely stay at this condo when in Orlando again. THANKS!

great condo great location

My husband, myself and our 2 year grandson stayed in this condo for 5 days and absolutly loved it. We have rented many condos in the past and this was by far the most luxurious we have ever stayed in. Very clean and modern and huge. The picutes do not do it justice. The view from either of the outdoor decks was amazing. We watched the fireworks show from Epcot every evening. The resort itself was excellent, the staff super helpful and went out of their way to help you. We were about 10 minute drive to magic kingdom and tons of shopping within 5-10 min drive from the condo. Had a great time and would book this condo again. Thanks:)
