Amazing Vacation

The home was very clean and was exactly as described. The pool and spa were spacious and nice to have right outside the door. The rooms were nice and beds were comfortable. The game room with the pool table was a hit for the kids. The clubhouse was also nice. The home was close to almost everything. The check in and out process was easy. We will definitely be back and now we don’t have to search for a place to stay because we know where we will reserve. The host also was very attentive to a question we had and responded very quickly.

Windsor Hills GEM

As advertised. The owners were helpful throughout our stay and were helpful in ensuring that check in went smoothly. Windsor Hills is the best resort in all of Orlando in our opinion, and this property was up to par with what you'd expect.

Wonderful Place To Stay

We all had the absolute best time! The house was wonderful and cozy. We had from 82 years old to 5 years old. There was a Walmart nearby and several restaurants. We would definitely love to stay here again when going to Disney.

Comfortable and Convenient

My wife & I went down with our 2 kids (7 & 9), and the grand parents. All adults had a king bed and just about a dedicated bathroom (downstairs bedroom shares full bath with main floor). The kids elected to share 1 of the 3 themed bedrooms. The king beds were all very comfortable, & the kids were so exhausted by the end of each day, they would have slept standing up. The property has an enclosed pool and hot tub (not a jacuzzi) that we elected to pay to have heated for our stay ($400 +/-), and are happy we did, because our kids used the pool every morning. The property is no more than 20-25 minutes from any of the Disney parks or Universal Studios & a little more than 30 minutes from the airport. The property also has access to a wonderful clubhouse, community pool, complete with splash pad and water slides, arcade and small convenience store on the premises. Only 2 small criticisms. 1 - having family in the Tampa area, Grandma had planned to stay with her son and his family for a couple of nights, however we could not have any additional vehicles enter the gated community without a $200 fee. So we had to drive out of the community and make the handoff (probably not an issue for most renters). The other issue we had was also not a deal breaker, but more of an inconvenience. The soap, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and other ”amenities” provided lasts one use. So be prepared to spend an extra $100 or so on staples. No Salt or Pepper was provided either. To be fair, this may be due to COVID-19 to some degree. Furthermore, for a house that can accommodate 3 couples and 6 kids comfortably, the pans provided left much to be desired. We found 1 frying pan, and couldn’t cook eggs in it because they would stick regardless of how much butter I put into the pan. We bought a new inexpensive frying pan at the Walmart down the street along with a pot to cook a Bertoli frozen meal for the kids one night and Mac n’cheese in. Restaurants and Walmart are close by. All and all we had a wonderful time and would be happy to recommend this home for your family’s stay.

From check in to check out everything was great. Very close to Disney World and everything else I could ever need right off of 192 Irlo Bronson. I found myself looking forward to coming back to this lovely home.

Could be nice

This house could be a nice house if they kept it up. Tile was broke in the master bathroom and we had to be careful that it didn’t cut our feet. Every single cabinet in the kitchen when you opened it had sticky stuff between the door and cabinet. Not being kept clean well at all. Ant baits in many locations had to be careful none of our little kids got their hands on them. The carpet is badly stained. Walking around the house barefoot our feet were really dirty. The video game machine didn’t work and when I contacted the owner they were telling me to call someone else about it. Instead of me doing that they should have gotten in touch with who needed to be and the owner taken care of it. We paid for pool heat but the water was as cold as the Chattahoochee River there is no way that pool had been heated. We didn’t use it the first two days we were there cause we were not getting back in till late from the parks. When we finally tried to use it, it was way to cold for any of the adults to get in. Our little kids got in. When I said something to the owner her come back on it was they checked the cameras (that by the way are pointed straight into the back door so can see you inside) and when they said they checked the cameras they said someone is swimming cause they heard splashing. First of all it was toddlers in the pool no adult could stand the cold of it. Invasion of privacy for sure!! Stay clear of this house!! We have rented many houses in this same neighborhood and this is by far the worst one we have ever rented there. I will say the beds are comfortable and the rooms are decorated nice but that’s all this house has going for it. Also all dishes were dirty in the cabinets so we had to wash everything before we used it. This house could be nice with some TLC and proper cleaning. But them watching the cameras while we are there using the house is just an invasion of privacy by far!!

Great home away from home!

We had a great time at this vacation home. It was fully stocked with everyday items for our use. The kids loved the game room and pool. It was a convenient location for all Disney parks, stores, restaurants etc. We would definitely stay here again. Any questions we had were quickly answered and resolved. Would definitely recommend this house.
