Our month of February in Florida

House was fantastic needs some upgrades but owner is working on them. Had a problem left some important papers when we left owner and property manager was very helpful in retrieving them . I would highly recommend this property

Pros and Cons

Pros: Good location and safe, quiet neighborhood; comfortable beds; easy electronic entry. Cons: Overpriced for quality of home; with the exception of the main bedroom, all rooms are smaller than they appear in the posted photographs (wide angle lens distortion?); upstairs carpeting is filthy and needs cleaning and/or replacement; nearly all TV remotes had dead or missing batteries; low quality linens and fitted sheets that wouldn’t stay on (old elastic).

We had hard time getting the key from the outside lock box. We could not turn air down lower than 75, pool lights never did work called owners they said to call mtg finally got answer 4 days before we leave to be told they had to order a part. Air hockey table had pieces broken, found out dryer didn’t turn off automatically. Shower in master bathroom sounded like you might fall through creaked every time you move little scary. Was told by mtg to leave key in lock box outside everyday don’t think so not with this crazy world we live in nowadays

Disappointed

The property is overpriced for what you get. Upon our arrival, we found a dirty cup in the pool (fully enclosed), hair in the bath tub, garbage in the bathroom garbage, and dirt in the sink. Tried to look past everything, however the owner and management just feed you lines of crap so they don't have to refund you in anyway. Guests don't control of the A/C- it's done remotely by a “nest controller” and we hope you like 75 degrees. Then you are told to take the garbage bin out to the road on Sundays by 6pm and the recycle bin on Thursdays. Also, your threatened with an extra charge for too much garbage. However, we were stuck taking out an entire full garbage can and it wasn’t our garbage. Property management- said they would take care of that next time. Great but we won't be back. Also, the stained and tacky feeling carpets throughout were a nice touch. The carpet brought me back to my days when working in a kitchen and walking across those tacky floors. If there is a problem, you contact the vacation management- who sets up an appointment to fix your concerns and then shows up 20 minutes late. The air hockey table did not work upon arrival. There was a previous complaint about the air hockey table not working and it was not fixed. The management did fix it when we advised her. The microwave handle was broken. The pool lights did not work. There was a previous complaint, three weeks prior to our arrival about the pool lights not working. And still the pool lights still were not fixed. We told the manager about the pool lights and even she could not turn on the pool lights. The owner contacted us and told us there was a master switch. We still had one night left and he didn’t tell us where the “master switch” was to turn on the pool lights even after complaining. The pool water heater did not work until water was added to the pool. The level was 6-8 inches low and the owner commented our kids splashing caused the water level to be low. The water level was the same level (low) as when we arrived as when management added water. The dryer never shut off on the timed dry no matter where you placed the dial and it burnt $160 worth of clothes. Owner does not want t to reimburse us for the damaged clothes and the extra we paid for the heated pool when it was not heated. Waste of money, could have stayed at a cheap motel that was cleaner and more honest.

Local store down the street, close enough to parks, and communication with property owner was excellent - Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved it

It was located about half an hour from all the big parks. Big house with lots of room. The kids loved the pool and the game room. If I had an issue I was able to get an answer in a short amount of time. Would definitely go back!

Family Trip to Orlando

The house is beautiful and just as seen in the pictures. The king size beds are very comfortable but the smaller twin beds are not comfortable at all. The pool was perfect! Good size and we added heat as it’s early Nov. The pool illuminates but the remote to do so is broken. Called management who told us how to manually turn it on which worked just fine. It’s in a very nice neighborhood. I felt completely safe and we even went trick or treating in the subdivision! It was about 30 mins to all the main attractions in Orlando depending on traffic some days it took about 40-50 mins. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had a great time

Clean, big as described, beds are comfy, the pool was awesome not too deep (3 Ft - 5ft) Hot tub was beautiful (you pay $30 per day for heating). Plenty of room. Minor details like air hockey table out of order (owner said already ordered a replacement) electric recliner does not work, internet freezes from time to time, adn you will hear a loud cracking noice on bath tubs (owner said it's been like that since the house was built) and faucets are outdated (working properly but not fancy. An upgrade of bathrooms would be a good idea, but that's just my preference. But over all great experience, my kids had a blast.

Overpriced

Nice home, cleanliness was not great. Mold on shower heads and shower curtains. Carpet under kitchen table was covered in crumbs. Bugs crawling g from sink to cabinet. Other than that beds were good and pool heat was warm. Access to a grill with a little yard was nice. Have stayed in same area for 500 a week cheaper.

Great Location

The location was perfect. Close to the parks, outlets, Kissimmee, etc. The house is spacious and has a great yard with pool. The reservation process was easy and the response time was quick. I’d recommend this house to everyone.
