Property is as listed. Rooms were comfortable & cozy, furniture was comfortable. Plenty of room for a family of 5 (we were). We all had our own restroom. I'll mention the clubhouse is only open from noon to 4 Mon-Fri to get a parking permit for parking. As for the owners they respond quite promptly & are very generous with their time. Any questions are answered in such a nice manner. I will say remember to bring your own laundry detergent, fabric softener, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper as you only have 1 starter. Be aware there are train tracks behind the house. Not disturbing to us specifically as we are used to that sound. If you are extremely light sleeping this may be a consideration. The trains DO NOT run all night. Only until 11 P.M. at the latest as best as we could determine. Happy we paid for spa heater for the week. The house is as represented. Comfortable stay. Happy Wednesday chose to stay here. Away from the Disney hub bub but close enough to not object to a 30-45 minute drive to get there.

Loved it!

The house was just the right size for my family it was 5 adults and 4 kids. Well I guess you cant call my 21 year old a child but she is my child. Lol. Be we will definitely book again. It was clean and had all supplies we needed. The kids enjoyed having a pool in the back because they wasn't limited on time that they could get in. You would think after a day at Disneyland they would be tired. No they wanted to get in pool everyday day after we left the theme park. I give this house a 10 out of 10. The train that comes did not bother me and kids was waiting on it.

Great gated community

Great house in a gated community, the hosts had everything labeled so no looking around for things. The house is a smart house, so if you have young children make sure the doors are shut or it alerts the homeowners. The hot tub was only hot twice a day, once in the morning and again around 10:00 at night, the pool didn’t circle but the kids didn’t care and enjoyed it. There is a railroad track right behind the house but the trains go by so fast they are not bothersome. We loved the Disney theme throughout the house. Would highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

Everything we needed was there! It was clean and there was plenty of space for a family of 4 (or more). The pool and hot tub were such a plus. Location was a bit further than I would have liked from Disney World and Univeral Studio (sometimes over an hourin traffic) but we felt safe in this gated community.

They don’t tell you about the train that runs RIGHT behind the house all hours.

The place was roomie and it was nice. They responded quickly to any concerns. Train tracks ran right behind the home I woke up a few times of the night scared at first but got used to it. It does run through there all day and night (often). Had a lot of problems with the QR Code gate but they sent me a new one straight away. Be sure to read description thoroughly and click every tab. Hot tub heat is NOT included you have to pay extra for that. Place was convenient and had a lot of amenities but most amenities were “an extra” charge.

Birthday getaway

Beautiful home in a beautiful community. However close railroad track wasnt mentioned so it shook the house and woke us up each time one went by. Also they tell you about the 50 different snake species but never mention the attack of lizards of all sizes and millions of them!!! My only complaints.

Great House

The house was perfect for our family. We had a reunion with families from NY and Louisiana and it was the perfect house. The pool was clear, the house was clean and it was in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had! It was a great stay in Florida!

Florida Family Vacation

The house was perfect for our family of nine. Our family vacation was to visit two Disney theme parks, golfing, and relaxation. This was the perfect house for all our wants. We were 15 miles from the Disney area, three golf courses within 8 miles, and the pool made for great relaxation. The extra bonus was the fabulous places to eat within 5 miles. The host offered a house that was clean and perfect set up for little children that traveled with us. Thank you for making our family vacation a great experience.

Great place to stay

Our family of seven (5 adults and 2 children) enjoyed our stay. None of our plans went as planned but we still enjoyed our stay. Greg and Delores were a pleasure to work with and very accessible. They responded to all my email and phone inquiries quickly. Our adult daughter said as we entered the condo "great job, Mom!" Just what we needed for our family. We will definitely stay again. The trains had no impact on our stay. Do yourself a huge favor and book this location for your next trip to Disney! We will! Thanks for everything Greg and Delores!! (The low rating on property manager is because we only called once but never received a return call). But Greg and Delores took care of it for us!

Great Stay, Nice Home

The house was great, not cluttered so it was very easy to keep it looking nice. It was well supplied, had most everything we needed. Hosts were very responsive. Every one loved the pool and hot tub, so glad we had it heated as it was used a lot during our 19 day stay. The only drawback to the property was the trains (both freight and Amtrac), although it was really only two of the children who had issue's with it - more an annoyance. I would certainly recommend the property, house is well laid out, plenty of space, responsive hosts - great time was had by all.

Great space for large family.

We booked this house in May, 2022 for our Christmas 2023 reunion. This house is very popular for the week of Christmas. So plan ahead. This was our second time coming to this house for Christmas. We were in it in 2020. Our family is spread out from Michigan to Texas. So having enough space to adequately accommodate everyone comfortably is priority to us. I would to add that the beds were mostly comfortable, especially the king beds in the master suites. The labels on the cabinets & drawers in the kitchen were very helpful. The pool was clean and everyday the heat worked. Our grandsons were in the pool every day. The grounds of the complex were nicely kept up. We really enjoyed the neighbors Christmas displays on their front lawns. We were able to make some memories and had some wonderful laughable moments. And best of all I had all my kids under one roof, which was the best Christmas gift I could ask for. The train going by so closely behind the house was entertaining. Our grandsons calculated the schedule for the Amtrak. On the days we’re were home they were waiting for each train. Greg & Delores answered every question we had. Very quickly too. There were a few items we noted that needed some attention, Greg & Delores assured me that the necessary items would get replaced or repaired in early 2024. Hopefully we’ll be back again. The kids and their parents want this to be an every “three year” event for our Christmas Thank you Greg & Delores.

First Time

The stay was excellent we had no real issues or concerns generated by property managers or concerns that were not met on the listing. The bicycles tires were not useable, the only none useable item we encountered, however, it was way too hot to use this time heat index was 110 degrees, the pool was nice probably did not need the heater, and the bottom was a little gritty, But was wonderful to use entire stay. I would definitely stay again if available.

Great place

The house is very big and has lots of room for everyone! The pool was great for the kids and they had pool towels for us to use! I loved having a double stroller that we could use for the parks! They provide a lot for people staying! The Publix was only a block down the road and was great for things we needed quick! If going to Disney or Universal it is close just know with traffic be about 40 minute drive but very worth it! I will for sure book again!
