What a wonderful place to spend with our three grown children and their families. It was comfortable for the 15 of us. They had all the equipment we needed for the children. The pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of towels for the bathrooms and the hot tub. We lost wi-fi for a while the last evening we were there.

Our stay at the villa was all about making memories, Our entire family travelled from Ontario,Canada After our drive from the airport we were presented with the perfect home for us.From the huge swimming pool which is maintained by Jason to the large interior spaces. Everything was as it’s advertised from bedrooms to a washer and two dryers . And there is nothing more relaxing than watching an evening movie while floating around in the pool . Plenty of parking in the private drive for our cars . From start to finish it was the memories for our 7 grandchildren , 3 daughters and their husbands and my wife and I will have. Thanks John and Pat your house was the perfect fit . Until next time . As a side note Mr Jason ( pool guy) keep up the great work.

Wow! We had the best stay in Orlando at this beautiful home. The home is lovely, comfortable and spacious. Our family had 7 adults and 7 kids sharing the house, and we had plenty of room for all. The large pool area was a hit with all ages! The big screen TV on the lanai added even more fun as we watched night-time family movies from the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. We ate several meals out by the pool at the large tables there.The bedrooms are spread out so it was easy to have quiet spaces when needed or wanted. We appreciated having extra items like the stroller, pack 'n play, and 2 coolers. The instructions for gate entry and house entry were clear, and we appreciated the extra tips about things to do, restaurants, and suggested directions to the house and to Disney. Communication was good, and we'd be really, really happy to return again!

Property is beautiful and located within minutes of all Disney parks. Bedrooms are large with king beds. Pool is large and spa is great. Outdoor seating is plentiful with TV and screen for large group viewing. I would stay here again and again and again.

Came over from the UK as a group of 16 all family and had an absolute blast staying at this villa, the property is in a fantastic location, John was a pleasure to deal with and extremely attentive & helpful. Plenty of space, great pool area and the kids absolutely loved the outdoor cinema! Couldn’t recommend this place any more 10/10!

Easy to find, secure location with easy gate entry and villa entry. Plenty of room to park our two cars and first impressions were great. Plenty of room for our family and even our teenage daughter got a double room with ensuite which delighted her. Kitchen was well appointed and stocked with lots of china and plastic crockery - multiple toasters, a coffee machine and even a juicer - great for multiple people - no queuing to make toast! Loved the pool area - sunshine all day and plenty of places to sit - no arguments about seating. We didn't use the BBQ but it was there if needed - we ate out most of the time.We didn't need to use the Management Company so have put 5 stars as you can't that question blank.

Fun, close to Disney

Plenty of room for 3 families of 4. The pool is huge and well kept with an amazing movie screen and projector. Very close to many shops and restaurants. Very close to Disney. An easy uber ride to all the parks. Host was very attentive and responded quickly.

Beautiful property in gated community, close to Disney, comfortable beds, they thought of everything you might need, and the pool was a great hit for the entire family! They loved the huge screen out by the pool and enjoyed watching movies out there. We highly recommend this place and hope to return in the near future!

Family get away

This vrbo was perfect for our family of 14. Us, adult kids, and grandkids. We loved how everyone had their own space and bathroom We were very close to disney and universal epic, and restaurants. We especially loved thed the pool area. John was also very good with quick responses to any questions. We had an amazing time and hated to see it end. We'd definitely book here again.Thanks John!

This house was amazing! The host thought of everything. They labeled everything, so there was no need to try to figure out which switch went to which. So many pool towels!The 5 master bedrooms made it so easy for everyone to have their privacy. The pool was perfect! We can not wait to come back!!!

Perfect house for our needs

The house was perfect for us- we had a total of 11 family members and the house was more than large enough to accommodate us. We cooked almost every morning and night of our stay and the outside was a great area to eat, hang out and swim. This villa was truly our home away from home! There was enough space for each group of our family to have privacy, yet the rec room and pool provided hours of fun for all! You know it’s a hit when the kiddos ask to leave the Disney parks to “get home and swim!” (and we have a pool at our personal home too so it’s nothing new to swim at home). We were able to prepare meals, relax, play, and have quality family time together. We will forever be changing the way we stay in Florida and cannot wait to stay here again! We did not experience any issues but John was in touch with us throughout our stay and I have every confidence things would have been addressed in a timely manner if need be. Wonderful place to stay! I also don’t want to let the secret out, but the proximity to the parks was incredible and we could not believe how quickly we arrived each morning. Amazing all around!

Grand babies 1st Disney trip

Just returned home last night 5/6/25. My family and I were amazed at this beautiful home. There was 11 if us, 9 adults a 3.5 year old and a 16 month old. Everything was perfect. From the start of our booking to the very end. John was very attentive. Communication was always fast. The house is in a gated community which was very nice. The house has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable. Having a laundry room is always a plus. The kitchen is very well stocked with every appliance you would need. Beds were extremely comfortable. And the pool was amazing. We enjoyed coming home from the parks and relaxing while watching the large theater screen from the pool.We were sad to leave last night. Would definitely book this home again for our next trip to Disney. I would give this home a 10.
