This house could definitely be a 5 star, but it needs some attention. When we arrived the spa didn't work, 2 tvs didn't work, one large screen was completely missing from the pool enclosure and another was about 80 percent torn off. One of the tubs was plugged up. Little things like stains on the couches ,,very squeaky mattresses,,torn up pool table,,all could easily be remedied . On the plus side the management was receptive and attentive when we called them with our issues and check in was easy and the resort itself is very nice.

A few bugs

The house was great but there were bugs in the upstairs bedrooms bathrooms and kitchen. The exterminator came out once. We should have complained more than once. The house needs to be completely treated. We didnt because we didn't want poison all over the house.

Amazing villa

We stayed in the villa as a family of 9. The villa is exactly as it is shown in the photos and had plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pool and the view with the lake outside is lovely. Loads of wildlife to watch every day. The villa was clean, the beds were creaky but that didnt bother us. Plenty of utensils and cutlery. The kids loved the games room and it was about 30 minutes to most of the parks. Check in was easy, we didnt have to queue at the gate at all during our stay. We only used the resort pool once but again it was really nice. The agents were always happy to answer any questions, we would definitely stay again.

Responsive Management

My group of 9 had a great stay at this home! The management was very helpful & responsive. They helped us turn the AC on at 10 PM on Friday when we arrived. There were some minor issues when we arrived (upstairs bathtub slow to drain & a broken screen which resulted in the pool being dirty). Within a few hours of calling, our issues were addressed which was especially impressive on a Saturday. The house is as beautiful as shown in the pictures & was more than large enough to accommodate our group of 9. The resort itself was quiet & we never experienced any long waits at the gate to get in. The resort pool area is really nice & has good food & drinks. We really enjoyed our stay & am hoping to stay here again in the future.

Villa was great just right for our needs, a couple of minor issues on towels and AC were resolved promptly by the Property Manager Lewis, - our only criticism would be that all of the beds creaked loudly from their springs

Deze woning moet verfrist worden. Er waren serieus wat zaken niet in orde. Bij aankomst rook de woning niet goed waarbij we uren de voordeur opengelaten hebben. De 2de morgen stond de keuken onder water vermoedelijk door insijpelen van hevige regen. De garage rook ook niet goed waardoor we met de deur open pool speelden. De gehuurde bbq was vuil. Ondanks alles hebben we het beste gemaakt van ons verlof

Very unclean

On arrival the villa was very unclean and we had to buy cleaning products at Walmart and clean it until 11pm our first night. To be fair to the management company they sorted most of the issues (not all) but this impacted on our first few days of our holiday. The villa is a 5 star building and the location is very good but the cleanliness is nothing better than 2 star. The full villa needs new carpets, decorating, lights fixed and the pool area needs painted. I have stayed in a number of different villas in this area but I have never seen in one so unclean on arrival. This is definitely a villa with potential to be 5 star but the owner needs to spend some money on it first. I wouldn’t stay here again

Great Property for family!

The property is just as nice as the pictures! Plenty of space for large groups! There are 2 masters which worked out perfectly and 3 full baths on the second floor and 1.5 on the main floor. No one had to fight over bathroom time! The pool area was a good size and the pool itself is a nice size. - They charge extra to heat the spa which is weird - They do not have a grill you have to pay extra for that too which is weird Only 1 big negative, the cleaning is not the best. The managing company always answer or call you back within a few minutes! I will def recommend this property and will stay again!

The house needs some updates

The house overall is clean but definitely needs some updates. The dishes are not useable at all, fridge filter is expired and not enough supplies, some are even not provided: such as dish detergent and laundry detergent are not provided at all. The near by construction working starting really early in the morning also are not pleased. The good part about this place is the location & pool and spa is pretty nice. I am glad I paid for pool heat up.

It started off rocky, we had a lot of cleaning issue that needed to be addressed. We had some cosmetic issues with the furniture that needed to be fixed. Management made sure that the problems were taken care of. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice home with issues

4 bath towels an one wash cloth for 6 people Pool never cleaned till I called on day 8.Pool filter was filthy when they finally came after my call.I was told they were short staffed.The pool man spoke little English and failed to tell us upon cleaning that we could not use the pool for 4 hours.This was our last day.Kids could not swim.Water was unsafe due to negligence on cleaning in a timely fashion. All the mattresses are in need of replacing.Staining and noise whenever you turn. Hair dryer broken,Light bulbs blown,blinds with missing slots and some that did not work at all. I spoke multiple times with a property manager with nothing accomplished other than getting 4 towels delivered and one dish towel.No hand towels in this home. Sorry to be negative.It truly is a beautiful home and location but in need of some up much needed updates and improvements.

Property is on building site.... do not rent if you want a peaceful vacation

Picked this villa out to rent due to its "luxury" description and peaceful location. Arrived to find it in the middle of a building site, with houses being constructed to the front and groundworks being completed for a new building site to the rear. None of this is mentioned in the property description and the photos to the rear of the property are not an accurate reflection of the current view. Some people might not mind being woken at 7am each morning by excavators and dumper trucks moving soil, but we did and think guests should be made aware of this before they arrive so they can make an informed choice. The work to the rear of the property was so loud the patio doors sometimes rattled in their frames and you needed to have the TV or music on to block out the sound. The patio and pool were lovely, but could not be used as we didn't fancy swimming/sunbathing next to a construction site. You could not even use the outside area in the evening as the furniture was covered with sand dust from the building site. The agent offered to move us to another smaller property, but this was also surrounded by building work, so we decided the hassle of repacking and moving to another blighted property was not worthwhile. We have been offered a 10% refund, which does not seem adequate. Be warned the site being prepared to the rear of the property is large and construction may be ongoing for a year or two. The agent uses the term "luxury" in the property description which is a subjective.... I would suggest their level of "luxury" is motel rather than 5* hotel... crockery (from that famous luxury retailer Ikea) is scratched, only 3 teaspoons, toasters only half worked, rugs and chairs in lounge were stained, bath towels were thin and threadbare, pool towels were stained. It gave the impression that a luxury house had been prepared for the rental market as cheaply as possible with the bare minimum provided for guests.

We had a great family vacation with plenty of room for our large family. The home was clean and ready for us upon our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and warm the pool was (we did pay for pool heat but worried it might not be warm enough even with heat given that we went in February). Beautiful house! Will return!

House is beautiful and comfortable for the party of 10 we had on this trip. It was a wonderful family vacation thanks to the wonderful House. Kitchen is well equipped, pool is nice, beds are comfortable and the house is close to Disney (20min or less). I'm very greatful I took the chance with this house and will definitely return in the future!
