Una experiencia súper bonita, el resort excelente muy limpio hermoso lugar la casa muy limpia amplia tiene todas las comodidades excelentes.Si regresara me gustaría hospedarme en el mismo lugar.

Our stay was great the house was wonderful the only problem we had was there wasn't enough dippers to cook for a group we only had 1 dipper and that made it difficult

Property is dirty and poorly maintained and charged us for their poor maintenance

Falsely charged for dirty carpet, dirty barstools and grease in kitchen, which we did not cause. Property poorly maintained, had stains when we arrived, and we got charged $700 to clean/repair what was already stained when we arrived. 1. Zero kitchen towels. 2. No bathroom robe hooks. 3. No bathroom towel rods near the sink to hang hand towels. 4. Carpet filthy when we arrived. Especially steps were heavily stained and worn down and looking dirty from over use. It was very disgusting when we came and we did not want to walk on it barefoot due to how dirty it was. **Falsely charged to clean it!!! 4. The rug in the living room was filthy and stained when we arrived. 5. The refrigerator is missing a glass shelf and also missing the top of the vegetable bin. 6. We found shower door handle broken off laying on bathroom counter when we arrived. 7. Bathroom faucet so loose couldn't use until fixed 8. No clocks in bedrooms 9. Vanity light fixture broken and only had a light bulb. 10. Water took long to get hot, and only was warm at best 11. Kitchen Barstools stained, so worn-out can feel wooden frame. *Falsely charged to clean it!!! 12. Mattress in master worn out and uncomfortable; had back and hip pain.

Nice size place

Nice size place for families. The downside is they don’t provide the basic amenities you’d expect like at a hotel (shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.). They have minimal towels and the water park/large pool does not have towels so you’ll definitely need pool towels.

Wonderful stay, a few fixes needed!

The condo was very nice and clean when we arrived! Kitchen is beautiful, bathrooms all very clean, beds are extremely comfortable, and the pool was great! There is a child safety gate around the pool which was a relief. There is a bathroom outside by the pool which came in handy. There is a coffee maker but no filters so bring coffee grounds and filters if you’re a coffee person. The bath towel rods and toilet paper holders were all flimsy and fell out of the wall when we went to use them. This is a CHEAP QUICK fix and should be done as it makes the condo appear cheap when we know it’s not otherwise. In florida, carpeting is not a very good idea in a rental- it is starting to appear as dingy and unclean even though it had been cleaned prior to our arrival. (Should be replaced or changed to hard flooring). Also, If I were the owner I would spring for an upholstery cleaning of the sofa and barstools as these are starting to look dingy as well. Again, cheap fixes that would make the condo appear higher-end. The pool area with lazy river was beautiful and we all loved our time there. The “private cabanas” are very limited and you will need to get there early to get one. Chairs were also hard to come by for a large group (just an FYI). Lazy river closes at 5. This was a day well spent in the sun. There are food and drinks available at the pool area which was helpful with kids. The bathrooms were not clean there and no TP was to get found there:/ this is a very expensive establishment and should have these amenities well stocked in a commons area (not a reflection of the actual condo). There are hair dryers in each bathroom so no need to pack your own. Remember to take your own dryer sheets, laundry detergent, paper towels, TP, paper plates, dishwasher pods and dish soap. There is not a scrubbie supplied to wash dishes so I would pack one of these too. The toaster has a broken wire in it but works well otherwise. There were also two Lightbulbs out in the downstairs bathroom and a missing sconce in the king suite upstairs (cheap fixes). The kids loved the toy story themed bedroom! Towels are VERY limited (2 per bathroom)! With kids this was difficult so I would recommend bringing extra or plan on doing laundry most days. Also, please supply bath rugs- this should come standard in every bathroom. Having to use a towel out of the very limited supply provided was an annoyance. I would stay again but needs fixes/updates.

Golf Vacation

Overall everything at condo was good and as expected. One issue: Owners should insist on changes to facilitate quicker re-entry into gated community. Although check-in thru gate was easy for us, on one occasion it took over an hour to re-enter on Thursday evening with a half mile backup. All trying to enter gate.

Perfect Lazy River!

The overall stay was fine, things we really enjoyed the fact that everyone had their own bathroom which was wonderful! 4 baths and 5 bedrooms were great! The lazy river and pool with water slide was fantastic! but you will have to bring your own beach towels to dry off! The unit needed some attention with cosmetic improvements and minor fixes. The vertical blinds had panels missing in the living room and the master bedroom had huge bleach stain on the bedspread and the mini blinds needed replaced so people could not see in the room. A little attention to minor fixes would go along way. We noticed they didn't have wash clothes, hand towels and only a few towels for 10 people. We had to go walmart and purchase those things, we also had to buy box fans for everyone's room, it was only $20 per room, but it helped because the air conditioner would not move lower than 70 degrees it was pre-set, with fans it was a perfect temperature. We spent most of the time at the parks, but we would stay at the resort again, it was close to the parks and the lazy river was a bonus!

Great location and house. Very comfortable for 10 people, love the bunk beds. More VRBO need those. Kitchen has basics but not much more. They do not provide any basic supplies but you can purchase a kit. I brought most of mine knowing even if they are provided it is usually not enough for 10 people and a weeks stay. They have garbage pick up every day, which was great! A lot of VRBO do not allow parties and I completely understand. I might have missed something in the small print so I am adding it to the review. It is neither good or bad, just depends on your needs. I could not have ANYONE who was not staying on property visit us. We had family in the area and of course we wanted them to stop by. We were not having a party just dinner. We adjusted, but I was aggravates I missed that fact. Again not good or bad, just a fact. Also tHe property can only accommodate 2 cars. No exceptions. The property has one gate in and out of the complex. The time from the light to the gate (less than a mile) was 40 minutes on Friday night! Even with that I would consider this property again, because of the value and location.

Great home!

This house was great! Everyone had a room and bathroom. We weren't there much, so when we were we mostly spent our time by the pool! Washer and dryer came in handy daily!

Spotless, easy to find, relaxed place

House was spotless clean, we had all the things we needed to cook, nice size stove, fridge, washer/dryer. Kids enjoyed the pool, pool table, so nice. We will come back here every time. We didn’t have a chance to visit the lazy river but will next time. Paul was easy to get in touch with and responded to emails right away, we added the use of pool the last two days and was done smoothly. Really loved the space, too big for the 4 of us but loved the choices. We really enjoyed your house Paul, thank you for everything.
