Very well decorated and the neighborhood was excellent. Items were clean and having a washer/dryer was nice. The ac stopped working one night but was resolved very quickly so we didn’t suffer at all from it. Some areas could use some deep cleaning (flooring grout especially, track to sliding door to porch, wall outlet covers). You can just tell it is cleaned by a crew that does the same things on repeat and never more than that. Overall, a great stay for a family that wants a homey feel to an Orlando trip.

Good stay overall, issue with management company

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our biggest issue was the lack of help with the management company. We went to pull the pull out couch down and we noticed crumbs, hair, etc. I messaged the company who said they would put a claim in with the cleaning company, but no one ever came to clean it. We would have cleaned it if we had access to a vacuum, but we did not have one. Also some miscommunication with the Wi-Fi, as the network was named something other than what was in the instructions. The TV in the bunk bed room was also hard to work, but our group isn’t the best with technology so there’s that. Overall, nice stay. Just needs more helpful management company. Area is nice.

Great location but lacking in extras

This place was very clean and the perfect distance from the parks, but it lacked the extras I have come to expect from staying at a Vrbo. Everyone had one towel and one wash cloth. The soaps were like what you get from a hotel and there was a weird smell from the water. In the kids’ bathroom, the shower curtain was hung super high and without a liner, so the water came out all over the floor. Overall, the place was nice, but I’m not sure we would stay there again. It felt very impersonal, and if we wanted that, we would stay at a hotel. At least at a hotel we get clean towels daily and breakfast provided.

Good location

Strong curry smell (not the hosts fault but not very nice to be welcomed to). Could’ve been a little cleaner- seems like cleaning service comes in and does basic cleaning but not dusting, wiping. Pool Was great for family.

Graduation Trip

This property is wonderful!! We stayed for a week so that we could take our son on a Disney graduation trip. This condo exceeded our expectations. We greatly enjoyed being able to us the onsite, free, water park on our rest days from Disney. I highly recommend!!

Some misunderstandings on calling for support

The property was very nice, I was disappointment on worrying about keeping it very clean, not knowing what items should have or should not have been in the unit, that i was going to be held accountable for, had to call for support on a couple of issues early in the evening and no one called me back, so in the morning I had to call again. I never went to a resort when your only allowed a certain amount of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo etc. or omitted kitchen towels to dry dishes as needed. Was told you supplied a roll of paper towels and needed to use them to dry dishes. I was very nervous staying there because I focused on cleaning and caring for each item there. Otherwise I would have felt comfortable being there. thank you

Disney/universal vacation

Great place for 3. So easy to get to Disney parks. Universal a little further. Staying off grounds is really no hassle when visiting Disney! Quick access to grocery and Walmart and fast food. Property had great amenities. Although only used one day. Grounds were also very nice and well kept.

Quick Disney Getaway

This property was super clean and in a great location to the Disney parks. We really enjoyed the Hideaway club for some down time by the pool. The water slides and lazy river were thoroughly enjoyed by all. The downside was the WiFi. We were only able to access it in one room and ironically, that room was the one where the tv service did NOT work. The lack of WiFi made it difficult for my husband to get some business related work completed. The property office was hard to communicate with but I know they just took a hit from the hurricane so we let things slide that we wouldn’t t usually. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful experience. Any questions or concerns we had were addessed quickly and I look forward to staying here again. There was so much to do on property (more than we expected). We really enjoyed our weekend stay and are already looking at future dates.

Maravilhoso!!!!!

My family and I stayed here for a few days over the July holidays, it was wonderful and we will probably come back in the future. The Apartment was very clean and modern. All accommodations were carpet-free, which was important to us because of the allergy. When we return to this area, I will make a point of staying at the Storey Lake Resort.

Great condo!

We stayed 6 nights at the condo and loved it. It's new with a great, modern decor. There was a lot of space to spread out and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were very nice also. If pool time is important to you, make sure you get there at opening (9:00am). We arrived one morning at 10:30 and the parking lot was full, and there were no chairs left in the entire pool area. The pool itself was more crowded than any pool I've ever been in and the lazy river was congested. The water slides had very long lines also. The condo was very nice, but if you plan to spend a lot of time at the pool, you might want to look elsewhere.

Property is as pictured

This is a very nice 2 bedroom apartment, modern, clean, quiet, and had all the amenities we needed. We did have issues with WIFI and was immediately responded to and resolved. Very close location to the parks too. Would recommend and stay again.

Great location

Very nice property in a great location. Proximity to Publix was very helpful given the traffic in the area. The only suggestion I would make is to put a security pole on the sliding door since the unit is on ground level. The door lock is tricky, and the security pole would provide additional comfort.
