This is a fantastic villa, so much space, very clean and everything was thought of. The pool and hot tub are fantastic (I would highly recommend paying the extra to have the pool heated if visiting in the cooler months). Our host was fantastic, quick to answer any queries. One note, be sure to ask for the entry QR code prior to your arrival. This is a gated community and you need the QR code to enter. Host sent it onto us quite quickly. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, we will be back. Thank you

Snow birds

The property manager was one of the very best people I have ever worked with after renting several properties for 25 years. Any issues were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Home is getting some age on it with some upgrades needed for the pool to work efficiently. Great overall experience.

Location was fine and nearby Disney etc.

Nice house, enough sleeping and living room facility. Only cleaning must be beter. Black mol in some bathrooms, this is very unhealthy. The house facilities are old en damaged gaming console missing broken cable, air hockey not okey. Sliding door have some maintenance needed. Fine house but need soon a upgrade.

Nice Family home

Had a good time, rented grill after we got there and it was an easy process as the owner had already texted me a welcome. Asked owner to clean pool and replace skimmer net as it was torn and they did so immediately. I would recommend bringing or buying salt and pepper as there was none in the house and I didn't think to buy it at the grocery store. Would have liked wash cloths in the linens, but made due. Stops in the sinks would be of value too! Check out is a breeze. Overall, it was exacrly what we needed for our large family group.

Not like pictures and cockroaches

Within 2 days we had 4 cockroaches. One literally fell out of shower on me. We tried to contact owner before the cockroach situation about dirty floors asking for a vacuum as there was small stuff on floor and we had 1 year old wanting to pick up the stuff and put it into his mouth. There was also a PlayStation and no remotes. Also tv remotes 3 out of 6 of the rooms batteries were dead. Also we paid for pool to be heated and that was However hottub spa was not which was sad. It took me multiple times contacting Vrbo and owner to get answers especially with the cockroach issue and having kids in there was not okay. Owner also didn’t know last time pest control had been through there yet they had cockroach traps under sink in upstairs bathroom so they clearly also knew something about this issue. I will say once we got ahold of owner he worked with us to get our money back so we were able to take kids somewhere safer. I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else and that problem got taken care of.

Family fun

Property was great. We really enjoyed the house. Everything was clean and the pool and hot tub was amazing after a long day at the parks. Location of the house was perfect. Close to everything but also gated and safe.

Awful experience

We had nothing but issues from the day we checked into this Vrbo. We had blood on our pillows, no internet for 1st 3 days,pool that didn’t work, broken fridge, broken game room and terrible customer service.

Overall great!

This property is overall great! Gated community with security, private pool, beautiful place! And great proximity to grocery stores and Disney. This issues I had were that the property owner never responded to any of my questions via the Vrbo app about gate codes (which security told us we would need), and didn’t respond to any of my other messages. Additionally the property can accommodate 12, however there wasn’t enough kitchenware to really accommodate that many, many kitchen items were lacking and we stayed at the property for 10 days—we were given 2 trash bags and 2 dishwasher tablets and like 2 extra rolls of toilet paper—all smaller inconveniences however since we were a large party staying for a long time it would have been nice. Also, instructions for the pool and trash pickup would have been great. The pool and hot tub water kept dropping when we would use the hot tub Jets—the pool guys finally came toward the end of our trip and we were able to get a little bit of instruction. We would stay again but would caution that the property owner is unresponsive.

Spring Break Vacation

We traveled on Spring break with our daughter and her family and our niece met us their. So we had 5 adults and 2 children. There was definitely enough room for all of us. It was nice with tv’s in every room so everyone could watch what thy wanted to watch. Wish the upstairs rooms would have had ceiling fans because it was definitely warm up there between cycles of the AC. Would definitely rent again.

Expectations vs reality

Stayed here for 3 weeks. I suppose my expectations were high as I used to own a home in Kissimmee that I rented. This one was disappointing in that the posted photos were not reality. The carpets were worn, tiles cracked, a refrigerator without icemaker or cube trays, non working blender and iron, microwave and dishwasher that were old and barely functional, bed coverings with stains, TV's that worked but only sometimes, dirty curtains with falling rods, maybe 4 teaspoons, old furniture, and a very weak internet signal. Overall disappointing.

Enjoyed our stay

Overall the experience was great. There were a couple of things my family Thought would assist. Just little things like coffee set up (sugar) and salt and pepper. A couple more dish towels and sponge. A few more dish soap :washer tabs. A welcome basket would have been great with these little items. Maybe a bit better cleaning. A couple pillows were missing pillow cases. Overall , we enjoyed ourselves- it was just the little things

Nice place to stay!

Great location very quiet neighborhood. The house was as described. We paid extra to have the pool heated which was worth the money in January. The only thing we noticed was the hot tub and pool were the same temperature which we thought the hot tub should of been hot not warm. We would stay here again.

Weekend trip to Disney

This property was just as they advertised. Close to Disney and Sea World. It was very clean and pool was perfect for kids. You will not be disappointed if you stay in this quiet gated community.

Beautiful home and clean! We chose not to pay the extra for the heat in the pool, was surprised that heat for the hot tub wasn’t included. The pool and hot tub were freezing! Propane in the grill ran out. Otherwise a great experience!

Great location, no internet and poor cleanliness.

The location of the home is great to get to any destination in the area. The house shown in the listing is not the home we were given. The internet did not work during our stay even after reaching out to the property manager. The floors were not swept or vacuumed from the last renters. There were stains on the bedding. Overall, the experience is what we needed since we spent very little time there.

Thanksgiving stay

The patio was very dirty with mold everywhere. The house doesn’t come with wash clothes. The pool table lean to one side unable to use the pool table. The mold was my biggest issue. Overall the place is nice love the decor. I just feel if I’m paying my money I want it right. I did let the owner know my concerns & no accommodations were offered only the maintenance would come. Never came
