My husband & I wanted to take our kids on a calm , relaxing vacation , yet it was anything but calm or relaxing. Check in was not clear quick or easy, staff at gates were not the bit cheerful , helpful , or kind. When we finally got checked in we got to our town house / apartment whatever we paid for. It was dirty, there was hand prints on the sliding doors to the pool, hair weave that was not ours or belonged to anyone of my family, pool felt dirty, tears in the pool door screen. The air conditioning was not working when we arrived making hot musky & unpleasant to be in. My husband was dealing with WiFi issues 2 out of the 4 days we stayed which really was a huge disappointment when we are trying to enjoy our family vacay. Finally a technician came Friday night. Still inconvenient having to wait and be there while getting fixed. They said the equipment was 2 years over due. The couch was disgusting , very dirty feeling. Dust on master bedroom bath tub window shelf, hairs in tub (not ours) Positive note Sue who my husband talked to on phone was kind and helpful with WiFi and thermostat. The cable technician was professional and great.
