All and all it was a great house. We had a group of 5 kids and 14 adults, a majority travelled in from overseas. The bedrooms are all great sized and the amenities were as pictured. The house never felt too small for the amount of people. The location is about 20-30 minutes from the Disney parks and about 45 minutes to Universal and MCO. My biggest complaints were the lack of parking. The driveway holds 2 cars, but for the group our size we had 4. The first 2 days of our stay we could not find ANY parking. It wasn’t as bad during the week days , but there is a definite shortage of parking in the neighborhood and they are very strict with enforcing towing. There is also a definite lack of cleaning supplies. We were there for 2 weeks and ended up ordering a stick vac on Amazon to help clean up crumbs and dirt. The only thing available in the house was a broom and dustpan (no mop or vacuum). I’m sure that is fine for a shorter stay, but for 2 weeks it was not enough. The communication with Villatel started out great and they were very quick to send someone out to fix any issues we had, however on the last full day there one of the kids locked and closed a bathroom doors and we were unable to open it. We did text and were told they would send maintenance, but by check out time the next day they still had not sent anyone and all of the toiletries that were in that bathroom had to be abandoned. Also no fault of management, but cell service (T-Mobile) is basically non existent.
