Would definitely stay again

Listing was just as stated. Our family enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Master mattress was very uncomfortable, but tolerable. There were reviews about cleanliness which almost prevented us from booking. Glad we proceeded with booking as the house was fine. Pool occupied our kiddos when we weren’t busy. I have no complaints!

House would benefit from a deep clean, pool filtration system not working, ceiling fan not working, power sockets in some bedrooms not working, fridge ice system leaking, no instructions on cooker operation which would be not a problem if your from North America,no warning system on patio doors to pool, generally not a good exper

Quick stay

The place was perfect for our family of 6. The pool is very small and still too cool in March to swim in (I did t want to pay to have it heated) but the community pool was warmer and nice for my kids! Wish we would have had more backyard play space for littles. Could hardly move about the pool deck. But it was a quick stay so not terribly important. It fit everything in our needs. Except trash!! Barely any space in the box for a place that is gonna house 5+ people! We had to drive to a dump.

Dirty house

The property wasn’t cleaned. Two of my bathrooms had hair in the shower and the pillow cases was dirty.

Beautiful house, not well maintained

We spend the first few hours of stay, cleaning the house because it was not cleaned properly. The bathrooms were dirty and the master bedroom shower had a horrible smell to it. There was hair on the pillows in the bed in the master bedroom. The trash receptacle was not locked and being utilized by multiple people. The window in the kitchen next to patio door was unlocked and the screen was not properly installed. We found people lurking around the property, staring at our kids while they played in the pool. When I spoke with Barbara (the operations manager) she defended the behavior of the lurkers and told me it was the HOA, even though I sent her video footage of their inappropriate behavior after my fiancée and I had to chase them away. I've been using VRBO since it was Homeaway and this by far has been the worst experience. The home is nice but it is not maintained and not safe. Thankfully, we have another VRBO host in the area who we rented from before that really cares and carters to his guests. We will stayed with him going forward for our biannual trips to Kissimmee.

Yes & No it was an experience but never again thanks though!

The house by its self was beautiful, definitely can use some changes .. I don’t sleep with bug at home so I don’t expect a place I’m going to relax to be filled with different kinds of insect. They had ants in a couple beds and flying roaches I’ve seen twice.. A lot of build up bugs in the hall corner on the stairs & it was suppose to be Wi-Fi I guess the tv is selective … the clean up team did not do a good job we had to wash all the dish rag & towel because they were filled with hair.. Needs a full bug inspection.. other then that we made the best of it… I love the closed in pool by the way!

Nice location

We enjoyed staying in this rental- but the pool was full of algae. Pool cleaner came but it didn’t help. Thank goodness there was a pool at the community center.

Great Spring Break Spot

The property is kept up nicely. Having a private pool to sit in the sun was just what we needed. Property is a short walk/drive to Walmart for food and supplies. Overall was a great experience.

And the stay was very nice pictures were exactly as the home was presented except for the cleanlines

Communication was awful once you arrived at the home I could not reach maintenance to simply Full of a fuse in the hills bottle which was why the dryer was not working in the 1st place which I didn't know and if I could have communicated that with someone the 1st or 2nd day instead of the night before we were leaving that would have been more professional. I would love to stay there again and bring my family But there are so few things that would have to be changed . I also did not get a chance to enjoy the pool even though I did not pay for the heating I would have liked to get in the pool but did not have A skimmer that was usable, full of holes. As far as the owner or property management providing all of the necessary things that you need As far as dishes cooking supplies And tools I think that was very Convenient. The neighborhood was nice and Weather was perfect . And I still have not heard from the property management As far as reimbursement for the bedding having to be taken to the laundromat

Family Christmas Get Away

Everything that was described in the property was accurate. The check in was easy with the electronic door lock. The house was clean, plenty of fresh towel, pool towel, extra blankets. The pool was great. The location was close to Disney and shopping. The 4 bedrooms were a good size. It had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Refreshing Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed the place. It was nice and clean and everything in between. I wish we would have been able to heat the pool at no additional cost to give kids more swim time since it got dark earlier but other than that the house was spacious and in a good location with plenty to do & see around us.
