Warmest Pool Ever

This newly renovated home was perfect for our extended family vacation. The weather forecast was showing highs of upper 60's to low 70's and I was sure no one would go in the pool. The host stated that the pool would be 93 degrees. I didn't think it would be possible to keep the pool that warm with temps overnight in the 40's. Well, it was 93 degrees. Consistently. I swam every day. In addition, the responsiveness of the host must be mentioned. We had very few issues/questions, but when I contacted the host, I got an answer (and resolution) quickly. The only negative? Spotty wifi, but that seems to be for the entire resort.

Family Vacation

Hector from office was great , great customer service. The house need a renovation, carpet stained , furniture falling apart, kitchen cabinets need fixed, bathroom cleaned . Pool had weeds around the pool. Paid for girll but the grease build up was trouble , they just put foil on grates the grill was disgusting! Had the best time with my family so that’s all that matters to me!! Will not rent this house again but will rent from your company !!! Marie Biesecket

Overall positive but missing a lot of small details

Came here to celebrate my father's 60th birthday and had friends and family fly in from all over the country. Overall, this place fulfilled its function and we had a great time but it was missing a ton of details that would have transformed the stay from good to unforgettable. The good: This place is absolutely huge and exactly as big as advertised. The clubhouse is fantastic and we had a great experience using the clubhouse amenities. The check in process was incredibly easy; the gates to the community and the door to the building were very easy to get into. The missing details: the couch and chairs were very old, used, and very uncomfortable. We had to bring the gaming chairs out of the garage for comfortable seating. There were multiple issues in the game room. The mini basketball machine wasn't working, there were no ping pong balls, and there was no air hockey table, despite it being there in the pictures. Additionally, because this is located in the garage, it is significantly warmer than the house. One of the chairs by the pool is uneven and we had no idea. Someone sat on it and fell over, almost hitting their head. Finally, because we were their Friday - Monday and office hours are only open Monday - Friday, we had virtually no availability to get in contact with the office. They did offer an emergency number, but small things like I mentioned above don't warrant an emergency. This place was fine, but it could have been incredible if more care was shown.

Theres was no signal at all for cells even with Wi-Fi we couldn't make phone calls or get tx at all so we couldn't get the management on contact why?

The perfect home!

Property was clean, spacious, and exactly how it was described. Enjoyed our stay, plan on staying here again! Owner contacted us throughout stay to make sure we were enjoying our stay and all was well. Recommend this rental!

Great house for a large group!!

We had a group of 11 members of our family, including three children under the age of 10. The house was clean and everything that was advertised was there. I was disappointed that we had requested an early check-in, which was approved for 2 PM. when we got there, they had just begun to start cleaning the house in anticipation of 4 PM check-in. We are very easy-going people, so it won’t really wasn’t a big deal. We were disappointed that the Xbox in the game room did not work as all of the boys were really looking forward to playing the game. Other than that, great location texting was very responsive even though I prefer a more personal touch. I think we would definitely do this again.

Son’s birthday getaway

We definitely enjoyed our stay! Unfortunately our daughter got sick and the reservation department was a little hard getting a hold of but when we did they were very understanding. They let us expand the time until my daughter was fine to do the ride home. We would definitely stay again.

Great option for big families

The house is huge and has a lot for entertainment, game room, heated swimming pool, etc. The neighborhood is OK and has a great swimming pool area, with lazy river and a small water park, but the driving time to the parks is terrible...no matter what time of the day, it will take you 1 hour to make 15 miles. If you have a big family and want to stay in, this is your best option, but if you're planning on visiting the parks or Downtown Orlando look somewhere else.

Family Disney Trip

Huge home that has everything. The only negative is ..the pool area backs up to several homes/pools. So if you're looking for a private outdoor area, this isn't your home. It didn't affect us AT ALL... we loved the home, perfect stay. Bring your own washcloths, btw... GPS directions to Magic Kingdom were confusing... It takes a good 20 + minutes to the park. Grocery, Target, restaurants, pharmacies are very close. Would recommend and stay there again.

Family trip for a funeral

House was nice, but there was no description of the location of the bathrooms. Dryer only worked if you used 2nd knob, maintenance never showed up to fix. Had to call for bathroom tissue. Fan and light did not work until maintenance came to fix it. We killed 2 roaches in the kitchen. We had to purchase our own dish soap and dishwasher soap. Had a issue with locking the door, had to lock from the inside, go to the garage and roll under the garage door before it closed.

We had a great time here and the house itself worked great for our entire (extended) family. There were however a few things that could be updated or fixed, for example several of the dining room chairs were broken and also needed cleaned. The “fully stocked” kitchen had no dish clothes, dish rags or pot holders.
