No tiene servicio de limpieza a la habitación, si son camas confortables. A pesar de los años lo mantienen bien. El Check in no es agradable ya que en repetidas ocasiones no encuentran la reserva. Recomiendo llevarla impresa para evitar contratiempos. También le van a insistir que asista a una charla de tiempo compartido.

I was a little hesitant to stay here after reading some reviews, but the pictures kept taking me back to this resort. In the end I booked, and I am so happy I did. I booked the 2 bedroom, and it was just stunning. The property is spacious, the pool area has a bar and a restaurant, lots of activities. Will definitely go back.

We stayed at this hotel for nine days during a family vacation in Orlando. We selected a two bedroom apartment. The room was good, very spacious, everything worked perfectly, with a full kitchen and laundry area. The hotel is not new but well maintained. The location is reasonably close to Disney and Seaworld, maybe a 10 minute drive to the Seaworld. There are some shopping centers nearby including a supermarket, factory outlets and restaurants. It is not the nicest area in Orlando but it is safe and very convenient. We didn't use the pool area nor the other facilites. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. An outstanding quality for the cost.

The resort itself is situated in an area I had never stayed before and I personally didnt like it. However, it was clean and staff were welcoming. The unit itself was immaculate although kitchen's and bathrooms are a bit tired looking , as are blinds on windows. The outerlying facilities within the resort are excellent and the pool area could get very busy. Overall good value for money. I would'nt stay again due to the area. But would recommend if someone liked the area.

Property is short staffed. Gave me a downgraded, small and accessible unit when we booked a deluxe suite, due to lack of availabbility. A relative checked in 1 hr after us, who booked direct with property and received the deluxe unit we booked. There was hair in the bed meaning the sheets were not changed. Housekeeping probably short staffed. Will not stay again. Another guest checking out complained about the same thing

We wake up on the first morning to take my son ( who earned a place in the State High School Wrestling championship ) and the shower does not work. We had to use the faucet only and take towel bath. To make matters worse. Since this trip was booked through Expedia. The resort could not refund me for a night stay, even after they told me they would, it has to go through Expedia and they will not answer a phone call. What must I be do to get a credit for exceptionally poor service…….. to be continued I guess.

We loved it here. Beautiful grounds, clean suites, friendly staff. The only complaint is expedia needs to uodate their listing because club wyndham does not have jetted tubs as it has recently been remodeled and the hot ribs have been removed from the rooms. We kinda booked solely on the fact there was supposed to be hot tubs but our stay was great regardless. Love how the resort was kind of secluded from the main road as well. Beautiful place to stay!

All of the Staff was nice , check in was easy, one bed was broken and the pull out was not made up. Stray cat outside being fed daily near elevators, smelled like cat pee. TV had no active guide so was difficult too navigate. Room was comfortable enough but nothing special. Would not choose that property again.

Nice facility
Great spot for big families, spacious rooms, lots of activities, secure and gated entrance. Just be aware, they are also in the business of selling timeshares. Expect some kind of sales pitch, remember it's always up to you. If it makes sense to you, do it, if not, it's ok too.

The staff after you check in, who is supposed to give you your parking pass is extremely rude. I told the person who was preparing my parking pass that “I know what this is, but I only want my parking pass” He started asking for my name and my driver license, which I thought was odd as this has never happened before during check in and I usually get my parking pass at the same time I check in and not be sent to another location. He then asks me “what do you mean by you know what this is?” I explained that I could tell this was a time share and I was not interested in doing any tour. He then told me “oh don’t worry, you wouldn’t qualify for the tour, it’s only for VIP customers” I was so insulted and felt that this is not how you treat a new hotel guest. I will never go back to Club Wyndham or any other Wyndham.
