Great villa and 5 star host. Perfect location for the parks - great pool area and a brilliant theme. Can’t speak too highly about the communication from the host, Gerry. Nice little touchs make the villa stand out - plenty of bin bags, toilet roll, washing powder etc for our stay. I have stayed at loads of Villas in this area and this one really stood out. Would love to stay here again.

Great Villa

The villa was clean, welcoming and with all you need for a comfortable stay. Located within the quiet area of Indian Creek, its far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for the parks. Great communication with Gerry the owner who was quick to resolve a small issue we had. Don't hesitate to book, you wont be disappointed.

Excellent Relaxing Holiday

The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood and great location. Lots of dining options nearby and Walmart /Target are only short drive away. Booking process was easy and communication with the host was excellent. He contacted us upon arrival to ensure the check in process went smoothly and that there were no issues with the property. The home is just as pictured and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the fenced south facing pool with all day sunshine. Would definitely book again next time we visit!

A great location

We loved our stay at this villa. The south facing pool gets the sun and the villa itself is really well presented. The complex has a basketball and tennis court available to use our boys loved. The location is also ideal, loads of great eating places nearby and only a short drive to the parks. Gerry’s communication was great and although we didn’t have any problems at all we knew he was easily available should we have needed something! We’d highly recommend this villa and will be booking again!

GREAT!

Wonderful property. Owner contacted me after we arrived to see if we had any issues (which we didn’t). Great location with many restaurants within a few miles. Disney parks close by although we just enjoyed the weather and sitting by the pool. Will definitely rent from them again.

Very nice Villa, great support

The villa really is exactly as it appears in the photos. We thought the. Harry Potter theming was fun and added a bit of cheers to everything. We had problems with the pool heating but the response from Gerry was exemplary- unfortunate issues can always arise, it’s how they’re dealt with that’s the real test and I was impressed. Location is good, close to everywhere you’d want to go. Overall we had a great holiday and the villa played a significant part in it.

What a holiday, amazing

We have just returned back to Wales after staying in this fantastic villa, which had everything for our 15 night family holiday. The Harry Potter theme is completed to a high standard throughout with plenty of space, a great pool and a great games room. The location is situated in a quiet area with a 15-20 minute drive to Disney, and 192 is 5 minutes away where there are ample of places to eat at a range of prices. This is not the first time we’ve stayed in a Gerry villa, 2019 we stayed in the Star Wars themed villa which is sited in the same area on Indian Creek. Gerry was great to deal with once again and when seen this villa was rented with Gerry we had no issues in booking. Would definitely stay in a Gerry owned villa in the future again.

This is the best villa we have ever stayed in

Lovely villa, so close to Disney, Animal Kingdom 12 mins , Hollywood Studios 15 mins using Sherberth Road. Everywhere was very clean. Good quantity of cutlery and crockery, towels etc. We had small problem but management response was great Theming was excellent kept discovering things that we hadn't noticed at first. If you have Potter Fans in family it's a must Would definitely book next time we visit

I have rented vacation homes for over 10 years and this was the best experience yet. It was easy and quick to book, communication and willingness to assure a relaxing vacation for my family by the owner were outstanding. My plans changed and I needed an extra night and the owner went above and beyond to give us a couple of options which he didn’t need to do. I felt like he really cared about our experience. We stayed at two properties, Cloud 9 3/4 and Jabba the house and both were immaculate, wonderfully decorated and we had a blast. Best vacation rental ever!!!!!

What a fabulous property with everything you need for a great vacation. The villa was perfectly placed location wise and within easy access to all amenities and parks. The area was quiet and well laid out with 2 lovely lakes to walk around. The villa itself was spot on and the pool was perfect. The accommodation has everything you need for the perfect stay. The owner was excellent with communication and came back to any questions promptly. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

An amazing holiday!

This property was just right for our Harry Potter crazy son! Although it is themed it isn’t overdone and all the little touches help to make it a home from home. We had everything we needed for our two week stay and the pool is a definite bonus. Gerry was quick at replying to any emails and made sure all the pre-holiday information was sent in good time. The villa is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and only 19 minutes from Disney. It’s great to escape all the crowds! It’s about 35 minutes to Universal but only when the I4 behaves! You have everything you need around you and it’s a great location. The villa was clean and tidy on arrival.
