The place was just ok. I have stayed in several Vista Cay condos but this one was not up to standards. Carpets were dirty. There we no dish towels in the kitchen, so had to use a hand towel to take things out of the oven. They had two microwaves and neither of them worked. I told them but was never told anything. Also when we got there the carpet by the ac was wet. I told them about it, and sent pictures. They said they would send someone but we were never told if anyone came. Carpet was dry by the time we left. Our stay was still ok. Beds were comfortable.

Good enough

Property was ok. A bit old and outdated. Shag carpet questionable. Glasses were dirty. Great that every room has its own bathroom. A bit awkward that the washer and dryer is in the downstairs bedroom. All in all was ok since we weren’t there all day. Only to sleep.

Great location, perfect place

Nice place, location was great. Definitely needs some minor maintenance, as when we go there, the box spring was replaced. We were told the dishwasher didn't work, and the tv in the living room also had issues. We were also told the dishwasher was going to be replaced while we were there, no one ever came by to replace it. We ended up fixing the tv ourselves. For what we needed the place for, it was perfect. The house was nice, if you are looking for a clean place to stay, and not worried about the other stuff, which is easy fixes, I highly recommend it.

A Place to Sleep and Shower

The pictures online make this condo appear better than it actually is. It was a little musty smelling, the carpeting should probably be replaced. Overall, the place is somewhat outdated and needs some upgrades. It was fine for our stay because all we did was sleep and shower. The king size bed upstairs squeaks and creaks every time you move around. It's not too comfortable. And the bathroom floor and walls were dirty. The ground floor bed is great. The whole place needs a thorough deep cleaning from top to bottom. The neighborhood is fine, good location. I would not stay here again though, mainly because of lack of cleanliness.

Nice home away for a week

We stayed on the property with 2 kids between 1 and 2 years old. Most of our time was spent on the middle floor in the open kitchen/living room. The washer and dryer were nice to have to keep up with a weeks worth of laundry. Plenty of nearby stores to stock the kitchen with food. Neighbors were quiet. There is a road outside the property that could be heard at times from the bedrooms but we use a sound machine to sleep so that was easy to block. We put baby gates up at the top and bottom of the main stairs to block the littles from venturing off. They have Disney+ available on the TV. YouTube would be nice to have for the kid videos but we just used our phones and iPad on the available wifi. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Good for family with older kids.

I should've looked into this more. I loved staying here, but I failed to read it and missed that its a 3 story building. Me having back problems with a 3 month old and 1 1/2 yr old was issue. My daughter kept going to the stairs and I was paranoid the entire time I couldn't relax. I ached everytime I used the stairs. If you have back problems and you don't excercise like I do, your gona get worn out with the stairs. I'm only 30 and I had children back to back so my hips and back ache most of the time. This just wasn't safe for my little ones. I loved that they had the pack and play and extra soft blankets and pillows in the closet! Wow the beds were so comfortable! Couches were so comfortable too! Wow and the carpets gosh I loved it! Very clean and spacious. I definitely recommended to my other fam and friends to use this property for future stay.

Great Location

This place was perfect. Centrally located for all the theme parks and was the perfect home away from home for our family during our stay. Couldn't have asked for better! When we return to Florida this will be our go to place!

unbelievable in a bad way

upon arrival, after check in time, the villa was never cleaned after the last people checked out. it was as if the previous renters had just left. The place smelled like marijuana. Management sent over 3 people, one of which had bad body odor to clean the villa. first morning after check in, my car was keyed., 2nd night, they were repaving the road, and we had to park and walk one half mile home. 3 morning sticker threatening to tow my car. unbelievable

Convenient location - unit is just ok

My team and I stayed at this condo for a convention. The condo is conveniently located nearby the convention center so that was a plus. There’s also a nice pool, and a Publix grocery store & restaurants are just across the street so that’s convenient The unit itself is just OK. The kitchen has spartan furnishings. We had do use bathroom towels as there were no dish towels. The AC struggles to keep the condo cool and it was only 80° outside while we were there. Amenity access cards were not provided upon check in and the management company gave us very little check in and check out information. The place is reasonably priced, although I’ve stayed in several other units in Vista Cay that were appointed much better. If you just need affordable crash pad this will do.

Had a lot to offer on and near property. Close to parks and regular shopping. I would definitely stay there again. Seemed quite secure and everyone was helpful.

Absolutely terrible

Vrbo as an app is perfectly fine. Just don't stay at Vista Cay resorts in Orlando FL. The unit at 5002 Tideview circle unit 2 was the worst and the customer support wasn't any better. Dead bugs in the home. Around every sink. When calling for housekeeping said they'd get there when they get there. Broken chairs and broken blinds. Terrible internet connectivity. All tvs had Roku devices but had hard time getting them to run. Not even addressed during our stay. King bed was to be on ground floor but was on the 2nd. Full bed instead of a queen on the ground floor. Kitchen had only a few plates, glasses and bowls. Just a terrible place. Never go there.

Great place to stay!

This place worked out great for our family! We had plenty of room for everyone with privacy for our adult children as well. It was close to the Orange County Convention Center where our high school daughter’s volleyball tournament was being held and was within walking distance of a number of restaurants.

Clean and roomy

My wife is a veterinarian and had a conference at the Orange County convention center. This condo was very close to the center. Worked out great for us, we were able to cook at the house. Plenty of room for a large family to enjoy with plenty of bathrooms. House was clean and n a nice area. We would definitely stay there again in the future. Would also definitely recommend to anyone staying in Orlando no matter the size of the party. Thank you John Lawson & Dr Spyder Lawson

Disney family vacation

The townhouse was clean upon arrival, however kitchen is under stocked and not enough towels are provided for a week stay. Also, blinds in kitchen were broken so could not open to go out onto back balcony. The property backs to a busy road and is loud she knows cars speed up and down the road all hours of the night. Not ideal for a toddler to sleep! There were no pool passes and instructions on trash pick up, etc were not communicated.

Too hot, too noisy, no local channels on tv.

The condo was reasonably priced. Guest services had quick response time. We had no cards to get in the pool, way too hot in the condo and there were notes not to adjust thermostat to our comfort level is unacceptable. Not properly furnished as others we have stayed in. Too much traffic noise outside to sleep well. No local channels on TV.

Coulda, woulda, should have......booked a different property.

Great location however the kitchen was under stocked. No salt and pepper shakers, dish washer soap, nor dish towels. I contacted the property manager who advised me to purchase some and to submit a receipt to the company for reimbursement. I explained to Kate that it was not worth the time to do her company's reimbursement paperwork for the cost of dish towels. It appears as though the property manager's office is next door to the Publix grocery store where she could have purchased the kitchen towels. I advised Kate that I would be writing this negative review as to not sound like a whinner. The bathrooms also did not include hand drying towels. When I inquired from the property manager they advised that no additional towels, to include some hand drying towels were available. After grocery shopping the first evening placed a sealed container of rolls on the counter. After a few hours, saw that ants had decided to infest the kitchen counter. Property mngr. did provide an extermination the following day. Thursday evening up arriving to condo. found that the air conditioner had stopped working during the day. Property mngr. did fix the a/c the following day. Shine Villa's documentation within the condo. is subpar. Docs. don't tell renter the days when garbage pickup occurs nor anything regarding recycling. The documentation regarding 911 tells renter when not to call 911 but does not include the address to the actual condo. in the event of an emergency. The vertical blind's cord in the kitchen is broken. The master bathroom's door squeaks loudly. The kitchen's slider screen door doesn't close completely. If I had it to do over, I would have chosen a different property.

not perfect, but pretty good.

Several little items that were sub par and/or not functioning, but overall that property was good. The neighborhood was good as well. Mostly quiet. A couple issues with some noise at 2 am on the weekend, very quick and minor. They even had a patrol going around to check things were in order in the evenings.
