Decorada en un estilo shabby chic con toques únicos y únicos que no encontrará en ningún otro lugar, esta casa será el lugar perfecto para relajarse después de un día ajetreado. Date un chapuzón en la piscina o da un paseo por el tranquilo vecindario. Nuestra confortable villa cuenta con 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Cada habitación está equipada con un televisor de pantalla plana. Las camas Queen en el dormitorio principal y 1 son muy cómodas, y el tercer dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales para los más pequeños. WiFi de alta velocidad está disponible en todo. El master en suite ofrece una salida a la piscina cerrada. Un calentador de piscina está disponible por un cargo adicional. Un sofá cama Queen tiene espacio para un total de 8 personas. ¡La cocina está completamente equipada y lista para su llamarada especial! Lake Berkley Resort es una comunidad cerrada con seguridad en vivo las 24 horas. Dentro del lago Berkley tendrá acceso a una hermosa casa club, sala de pesas, piscina comunitaria, lago de pesca, canchas de voleibol y baloncesto.

Wonderful home!

We loved our stay in this cute home. It was just what my family and I were looking for. Pool was great, beds were comfortable and a/c worked great. The location is the absolute best!!!

Clean and comfortable

Nice gated community tucked away in the heart of all the action. Clean, comfortable home, very cozy. We enjoyed our time at the pool.

Beautiful neighborhood

This was a great place to stay, the neighborhood is quiet even though it's just a half mile from the busy commercial district on 192. Beth was great--easy to communicate with and very attentive. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The property met expectations, we truly enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back. I liked the fact that Walmart was close by. The house was always at a pleasant temperature..

We really enjoyed our time in Florida. The house was great. It was in a gated community and quite time was 9 to 9, which was really nice. Also close to Walmart.

House was simple and clean - it had everything we needed. The host was excellent in answering questions and was very helpful. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the surrounding area. The home had everything needed to enjoy a relaxing and warm holiday away.

Wonderful stay!

Very cute property just as the pictures show and is located in a nice, quiet, gated community. The home was perfect for our short stay and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed using the pool as well. Beth is very quick to respond and extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Orlando!

Great Home!

This home located in the perfect location. Only a very short drive to Disney, restaurants & stores. The property owner was readily available when we had difficulty entering the property on our first night. Highly recommend & will most definitely book again, in the warmer months so we can enjoy the pool!

Relaxed

We have been here before, says enough i think. Couple of minor things which were directly adressed by Beth, quick response made it more enjoyable. We had a great and relaxed vacation, exactly as we imagined.

Girls Trip

The home is comfortable and clean. It is located in a gated community and centrally located to everything. There are 2 Walmarts within a few miles and it’s only 20 mins from the parks. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we plan to stay here in the future.

Nice house!

Very nice, clean house. Quiet neighborhood. An update on the bathrooms would make it better. We enjoyed the pool and would book again. Walmart was very close so that was very convenient for all our needs.

Great vacation nice community

We enjoyed our stay. Some highlights were -the nice home away from home. -easy access to Walmart grocery delivery -cute gated community scenic, walkable with a nice pond and outdoor amenities. we loved visiting “bird island” daily -some beach blankets and umbrellas in the garage for our beach day. -close to Orlando amusement parks. -very peaceful and relaxing stay. Thank you!

Quick Orlando Trip

This condo was perfect for myself and 2 of my family members visiting the area. The gated community is nice and quiet. There is a nice lake with a little sandy area, playground and a path that I rode one of the supplied bikes around. Stores nearby for all needs. The house was great. Pool was refreshing. Would definitely book again next time I'm in the area.

Safe and relaxing

We really enjoyed our stay. Really close to a Walmart which was nice as I did pickup and that was perfect! There were 2 bikes in garage but couldn’t ride them because the pump in the garage only had fitting for pool toys and it also leaked and was easier just to blow them up. We didn’t mind the 30 min drive to universal. The pool was awesome. Just may need some screen repair in a couple spots. Gated community made us feel very safe!

We had a great stay!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property. It had a great layout and the neighborhood was awesome. Walmart was very close by which was super convenient. It was fairly easy to get to all the places we wanted to go during our stay. The only negative was we paid extra for a pool heater and unfortunately it either wasn’t on or perhaps my expectations were too high, but the pool was not warm enough to swim comfortably. The community pool was just up the street and that was warm enough to swim in. We did enjoy sitting out by the pool though. Overall, it was a great experience.

Nice stay

I would give it a 8 out of 10. Nice location and property but two of the rooms the cable boxes were out and it was impossible getting ahold of the rental company. I also called the rental company prior to staying and asked them to call me and they never did. The place was really nice though.
