Family getaway

We had a great 2 weeks at the property. Lots of room for everyone to spread out. Nice resort community. All personnel were friendly and accommodating. Booking experience was easy and staff was always very helpful. There were some housekeeping issues but we would definitely stay again.

Perfect for large groups!

House was amazing! Very clean, no issues, they provided 1pack n play crib, location was about 15/20 mins from Disney and all restaurants, door dash delivers, perfect for our large group! Definitely recommended!

Check in was quick and easy. The house was exactly how the site had listed. The family was quite comfortable. There were common household issues and the team came right out and addressed them.

Loved

My family and I enjoyed every inch of this house. The kids enjoyed the game room, the air hockey and the play area. The super hero room was a huge hit with all the kids. We were all able to enjoy a movie in the theater. Everything was great, so glad we found this house when planning our trip.

Perfect for families!

The house is great. very Accomodating, comfortable and beautiful. The pool was great and the kitchen is completly stocked annd the beds are very very comfy. you will feel like a hotel accomodation while you are there! The onlly suggestion is about the bathroom cleanings, some of the showers have mold inside. and the internet wifi was slow most of the dates we been there.

Fabulous Family time

My husband , myself, our 3 married kids and 11 g-kids (total of 19) stayed at this home. It exceeded our expectations. My husband and I have been doing rental homes in Orlando since OUR kids were young so we are quite experienced. This home was the first that everyone said they would come back to. There was room to spread out, the kitchen was perfect, dining room table big enough, pool was delightfully warm- even for January. There were a couple of minor issues in the beginning but Villatel responded almost immediately and corrected them. Villatel was super pleasant, easy to deal with, and easy to contact with a "human" response vs leaving a message Thank you Villatel!!!

The parking situation was a complete nightmare. Only 5 parking passes were given and when you rent a house with 11 bedrooms and family coming in from all over the country, it's very difficult to tell some that they cannot park in the development. Although the house was comfortable for all of us, we did not like the fact that there were no blinds in the sliding glass door nor on the family room window. The heat from the sun and glare onto the T.V. was uncomfortable. In addition, the kitchen did not adequately support a group of 14 adults. We had to buy bowls, a big saucepan, a pot and a blender as the one in the house did not seal properly. Both refrigerators had most of the door shelves missing so we had to pile the stuff in the main area and quickly ran out of space and if the items were placed too far back, they froze. The ice maker in one did not work. The clothes dryer downstairs did not stop, regardless of the time setting, so we had to put an alarm on our phone. In the game room, the batman car did work and the upstairs air hockey put was missing. Spending time with family is always wonderful and we made the best of it but unfortunately, we will not rent here again.

Week Disney getaway

I decided to take my entire family to Disney. We had 9 adults and 5 kids ranging in age 22mo-70. We picked this location because it had 3 bedrooms downstairs. We had grandparents that couldn’t go up steps. The kids had a blast with the movie room, game room, air hockey, and foosball table. Most of us enjoyed the pool too. I have stayed at several Vrbo’s in Florida and this one was the best optioned imo. This is not the best place for handicapped people, but could make do if needed (we did, but the floor is slippery when wet and no handrails in the showers). Everyone loved the place and if available, would probably stay again if needing that many rooms, as it was a little overkill for what we needed, but still glad we decided on it. I don’t think anyone would be disappointed.

Gorgeous Home! Neighborhood Not So Great!

The house was immaculate. Everything was exactly as described in the listing as far as the house amenities. We could have made a vacation just staying at the home as there were so many things to do. From the arcade, to the fun room, to the home theater, the house was beautiful.that being said, the neighborhood is far less than desirable. We were kept up all night long two of the nights of our stay. Extremely loud parties were going on into the wee hours of the morning. Absolutely no measures were taken by security or police to quiet these partygoers down. There was a paper in the kitchen that said these types of things were monitored, and that people would be fined if they broke the noise ordinance. This doesn’t happen. We did not feel safe in the neighborhood at all. So many “thug like” people that I wouldn’t even let my daughter go for a run by herself in a gated community. So sad. Loved the house, but would never stay in this neighborhood again. Way too much “riff raff” around.

Beyond Disgusting

Upon arrival we were all excited. We went straight to the game room & pool. Come bedtime we were all exhausted. I pulled back my sheets & noticed blood in my bed. So I pulled everything back and found hair, adult fluids & stains. This prompted us to look at all beds. We looked at my mother’s & she had fluids & poop in hers. By now we are disgusted & ripped all bedding up. Every bed was full of liquids & feces. In one there was a scab, pubic hairs & fluids. This is no exaggeration every single room was filthy. On the side of the night stand upstairs there was adult fluids all over the side. The couches & chairs had adult stains all over it. The more we looked the more we found. We found more poop on the wall. We found blood on the couch, food under tables & cushions & mattresses. Of course I called management & they said I’m sorry for the inconvenience. They sent the housekeeper’s boss who was beyond rude. Her boss came next. He was better & apologized but it didn’t make it right. Looking at the glass tables there was blow all in it. You could even see where they did the lines. At this point I was beyond disgusted & so embarrassed I had my family here. I told management this was literally an adult film was shot here. To try & make it right they had all the beds stripped & paid us for 2.5 days we lost with all the commotion. The man who stripped the beds told us they do not clean the beds or do a deep clean unless you're the owner or a vip. This is wrong & beyond disgusting.

Satisfatório

Casa muito boa. Somente a questão de ter que pagar extra pelo aquecimento da piscina e pela churrasqueira que foram os pontos negativos. A geladeira não estava fazendo gelo, mas providenciaram uma máquina de fazer gelo.

This home was perfect for our 3 generation group! The kids loved the game room & theater, everyone enjoyed the pool. Open & spacious layout. Management was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely rent again!

So much space and everything was so clean! If you're coming during the colder months, definitely splurge on the pool heat. Totally worth it!

Love the home

This home was exactly what our family needed. All the bedrooms except one had it's on bathroom. The theater room was lovely. The playground in the house was perfect for our little ones. My favorite thing about the house was the shower. The water came out hard like a massage that nobody wanted to get out. I give the property manager 5 stars for their attentiveness to any of our issues. One thing I must warn you about the property. The parking is horrible if you have more then 3 cars to park. You must park in between two white lines or your car will be towed. The other issue we had was the downstairs floors are slippery and there is no dry off mats at the front or back door. We had 2 people slip and fall from coming in from the pool and from the rain. Bring 3 mats to put at the 3 doors. The house wasn't exactly like the picture. The wifi was EXTREMELY slow and sometimes wouldn't work. Overall this home was perfect for our stay.

Wonderful home

Villatel's home was a fabulous base for our family's trip to Disney. Stunning property with space for at least 16 people! Sparkling clean, great location, and accommodations were perfect for us. Plenty of amenities and the kids were never bored!

Great last minute booking!

Villatel suggested this house for me and the kids and it was amazing, so spacious as well as stylish! The location is conveniently right off the turnpike and close to Disney parks! I’ll definitely be booking this again!

Amazing!

This place is absolutely amazing! There are basic kitchen items available and the bathrooms are are stocked with basic needs and really fluffy towels! I highly recommend for individuals with large families. My grandparents truly loved all the space! Thank you Villatel for providing a wonderful home for our family retreat!

Great for our family

We had a small family reunion in Orlando and couldn’t have found a more beautiful place. The house is a resort all in itself. Wonderfully furnished and everything you need to feel at home. Amil at Villatel is a great host and answered any questions immediately. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. We cannot wait to stay there again for a longer duration.
