Outstanding!

Todo Buenisimo , la casa funcionó muy bien para nuestro grupo. Limpia, cómoda, amplia. Volvería Lo único malo el sistema para entrar al Condominio , cada vez que uno entra debe hacer un trámite muy largo . Deberían dar un control remoto de la puerta junto con la casa .

Fantastic stay

Great location and layout. We were 12 golfers for 5 rounds and had a blast at this house. We loved the outdoor layout of this house. The last time we came dow to Reunion we were in a bigger home but it didn't have a big backyard. This home has tons of space under the Lanai and around the pool which is where we spent most of our time. The location right next to the clubhouse / putting green and driving range. Can't say enough, house was amazing.

Spring Vacation

Reunion Resort has been our spring break vacation for many years. Spring break 2025 did not disappoint us. This house was great. The grandkids had a great time at the water park and playing putt putt golf. The adults enjoyed the golf and the relaxing time together.

Our family of 16 had a wonderful time that has provided some lifetime memories. Some recommendations include; Provide some basic cleaning supplies for use during stay, toilet, counter, table top. Plastic wrap. Instructions on entering security gate.

Chateau at Bear's Den

The house and resort are amazing!! Very clean and well stocked. Giving a 4 star review because we were not aware that this property is in a gated section within Reunion Resort. Every entry requires going through the Reunion Resort gates as well as a gate to Bear's Den. The Bear's Den gate requires a Driver's License and call with attendant. This process was 5-10 minutes each entry. Would be so helpful if a pass or passes could be provided to those renting the house. Or, even notifying that security company. There was confusion at every interaction. The security company could not understand that we were renting the house and kept trying to contact “the residence”. Other than that, our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed all of the resort amenities.

Outstanding!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at your place and at the Reunion Resort! We had a group of 18 (8 adults and 10 grandchildren) and the accommodations fit our group perfectly! The house was clean and well stocked! Loved the washer and dryer (as we ended up having a few grandchildren puking sick)! It was nice to have beach towels provided! We also ordered OFTEN from the restaurants right on the resort which made pick up and meal times VERY easy. The food & drinks were fabulous! Loved the pool! Just loved everything about the place! Thank you for allowing us to stay with you! I would think we will be back! God bless YOU! :)

Lovely House. Amenities amazing. Security atrocious

The house was outstanding. We were here with 5 grandkids, and their parents. Went to the water park, visited the magic kingdom, saw the cirque Soleil, and had a great time in the house pool. Grandkids loved the upstairs play lounge and play area. And there was much more we didn't have time for. Security was a disaster. The front gates worked fine where there was a physical guard. There was a second gate to get on the street. It took 5-10 minutes to negotiate through the speaker every time. Once my drivers license was stuck inside the scanner and it took 24 hrs for someone to come retrieve it. After that, we went in through the exit without difficulty, meaning there was no security there to begin with.

Bait and switch

From the time we crested the door in this house it was FILTHY dirty! We weren’t allowed to check in because the management company (reunion resort) was supposedly cleaning the property. The kitchen floors had food on them, pubic hairs all over the bathroom floors, dirt and female hair all over everything. The couch had blood on it and the frame of the couch was broken. Water damage on the ceilings that looked like a hole was starting tobreak through, all the upholstery on the couches, dinning chairs, outside patio chairs and island chairs were stained and filthy to the point of not wanting to sit on them. The pool was even dirty. VRBO was notified and didn’t do anything to help, except hang up on me over 14 times over the course of 5 days and 20 hours invested in trying to rectify this mess. I had to demand that the management company, (reunion resorts) relocate us because we weren’t sleeping in this disgusting filth. Reunion resort relocated us to a smaller house not associated with VRBO and had less amenities than the house we rented. To boil it down, the owner never contacted us and we were left for dead by them, VRBO and Reunion Resorts. VRBO offered us a rebate of 365 for their fees and Reunion offered very little as well. We won’t be using VRBO ever again. I wouldn’t let a wild animal stay in this place!

Location, space and backyard

We stayed at this home and it was fantastic. It sits about 150 yards from the clubhouse on the Nicklaus course which makes it super easy to go grab a quick bite or play a round. We chose this house as it overlooks the golf course and the sun sets were amazing. Inside the home had plenty of room for all four families that were there. Love the size of the backyard, lots of room to lounge around. Can't say enough, great home, will return for sure.
