This aparthotel is in a great location to Disney and Universal (& SeaWorld if you have plans for there). The unit was clean and accommodating. The two beds are full size so keep that in mind if you plan to have multiple adults sharing beds ;). It was just me and hubby so we enjoyed sleeping in both beds with plenty of room, :). Plenty of towels, comfy beds, and the pool/hot tub was very nice! Didn’t use grill area or basketball area but nice too. This is not a Disney Resort so if you are expecting 5star accommodations then this may not be your spot, but know it is convenient, clean, cute, and very nice place to stay! We will be back! And the host were great, very responsive and checked in with us at arrival and departure. Nice touch!

When we arrived, the trash cans in the kitchen and bathroom were both full of trash. This made us question the cleanliness of the entire place. Trash was removed the next late morning. Nothing was done by the host for uncleanliness/nastiness.

Florida Trip

Property was as expected. Had to pay for breakfast because we were not part of the hotel. I was under the impression the washer and dryer was in unit but was not. Pool was nice just got very crowded. Unit was clean and convenient to restaurants, shopping and convention center which was nice!

Great Location

It's in a good location close to most of the things we wanted to do. The property itself is okay, a little dated, maybe could use some updating. One of the chair legs on the dining room set was really loose, contacted the owner and someone was sent to fix that. There was no ironing board which was a little frustrating since we needed to iron clothes for a conference I was attending. The pool and the hot tub area was nice not to crazy considering it was spring break time.

Convenient & lovely!

I stayed here for a cheerleading convention that was held at ESPN. The room is super cute and pretty clean/smelled nice. My favorite thing was the location, it’s close to plenty of restaurants and shopping (huge mall 10 mins away) and less than 20 mins from the Disney parks/Disney Springs. Traffic wasn’t terrible. The hotel itself isn’t anything special and I didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t speak to that but overall it was great and I would stay there again!

Good location, nice place to stay

I stayed in same building for the second time, I like the place. it is close to almost everywhere a traveler would like to visit. Secure with 24/7 reception. Clean and decent place. I stayed for 2 weeks and since the windows are shut close I wanted to somehow freshen the place but it is not possible. if you need real air in your room just have this in your mind. I'm definitely going back.

Cute *little* place

I traveled to Orlando for a conference. The room is just a hotel room, really. The decor is cute and modern. The host & their go-to contact person were quick to respond to questions. It’s an older property, but close to lots of restaurants and shopping. For one person or a couple it’s comfortable, but a family would be crowded. Make sure to bring ALL the amenities you will need bc the room doesn’t come with anything. I felt like it was an ok price for the location, but a bit overpriced for the room itself.

Close to disney

This hotel room was clean and comfortable the 4 of us had plenty of room. The hotel was quiet and did not have alot of traffic which was nice. We enjoyed our stay while we visited Disney.

Disney trip

My granddaughter, sister in law, and myself did a birthday week at Disney. We rent Vrbos all the time and this one was great in proximity to all the parks. It was spacious and clean. I was impressed they had a stroller and pack and play for use in the room but we didn’t need it.

Not a good nights sleep

Overall, property was what was required and clean. One used towel left hanging behind the bathroom door. The beds were terrible and the springs creaked very loudly whenever one moved on the bed. This kept us awake for most of the night. The owner was informed of this and said he would investigate. I would advise to check if beds have been renewed or fixed before staying at this property.
