The best prepared property, best move in, and most professional host in over 20 years of vacation properties for our group. Preparation and attention to detail was clear. A small problem cropped up on the weekend, and the host promptly took care of it, keeping us informed. We look forward to the opportunity to return to this property in 2027

8 guys on our annual golf trip - each guy had their own BR - multiple BA and showers - plenty of room and a great layout that made our stay enjoyable. The heated pool and adjacent hot tub - we rented the grille ahead of time per instructions - made our outdoor hangout area after golf relaxing and private. Beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. My only complaint would be for better quality pots and pans in the kitchen for cooking breakfasts and some extra toilet paper. There is a Publix close by which we made many trips to. Plenty of golf courses in the area and Overall rating would be 4.8 out of 5 - we would go back and maybe returning for another stay - should tell you all you need to know.

Nice & clean -suggestions for even better stay- hot tub didn’t heat enough to be called a hot tub. A few amenities - salt & pepper, a cookie sheet- kitchen sink soap-tea kettle, bathroom soap-garbage bags —would be helpful for the self catering—enjoyed the space to be a big family. The villa was beautiful and cleanliness was good, check in was a bit difficult and the host was reliable Andrew was very nice, their was incident with one of the appliance yesterday morning while making breakfast and I text the host and replied immediately to my text I highly recommended Champions gate, 9 bed superb Luxury Villa, thank you.

The entire stay was wonderful the house was very spacious for my entire family of 30. The pictures were very on point, the water pressure is fantastic for your early morning shower. The kids loved the pool the temperatures were great and the weather was sort of cool. They enjoyed the game room also. The adults enjoyed the hot tub a lot. The check in was a breeze and Mr Sweetenham is great he replied to all my emails very quickly. I plan on staying at this property again and again it makes you feel right at home, and even the neighbors were very friendly, I was extremely impressed with everything about our vacation. Thanks Champion Gate and a very big shout out to Mr Sweetenham for a very Blessed and Thankful Thanksgiving, we’ll see you next time.

Second time staying in this house. Host is immediately responsive to requests/inquiries. Very nice place. Comfortable beds. Lots of linens. Clean and roomy. Bedrooms are set up perfectly for our family. Myself, husband, our four adult children, their spouses, 7 grandchildren and two of our grandkids friends. Enough space for all to spread out and do our own thing and also come together for meals, games and puzzling. Pool was clean and perfect temperature. Plenty of outdoor furniture to accommodate our large group. Oasis club is awesome. Nice pool, friendly staff. Will stay here again.

My family and I royally enjoyed our family retreat at the Chanpions Gate Retreat. Everything from great communication and detailed instructions and welcome packet received by the owner, Andrew, the great location, beautiful, spacious, well furnished, and clean house; to the Oasis Club, was truly a great experience! We will be definitely coming back and recommend this resort to others. Thank you all so much!

Nice stay

The home was nice. The communication between the home owner and myself was great a few problems with the rental first being some of the beds were hard and there were a few mishaps with the kitchen sink before we had gotten there. But other than that, the stay was nice.

Golf week

Andrew was an excellent host! Easily reachable!! the property was exactly as listed clean, warm pool, plenty of sun. It was stocked with everything that we need to make our week more enjoyable. Eight guys stayed at this property for our annual golf trip and we will definitely be back next year.! just one note for future reference a grill would be great to have on property. Renting a grill for 125 to cook. One meal outside was not in the car for us.. Just a note to think about.

2025 Orlando fun

This place was wonderful for our huge family with babies. The kids really enjoyed the warm pool even if it was cold outside. It was very close to grocery stores and restaurants. After we figured out the code situation on how to get through the Champion Gate Resort, it was very easy. It was fun for all of us.

House was great! Clean and accommodated our large group (19). Plenty of room for all of us. Pool/hot tub was clean and heated. The game room was a great way for us to spend time together on our rest days. We didn’t go to the oasis club to use the amenities but from what we seen it looked fun. Andrew responded quickly to any questions we had. we would definitely book this house again. Overall excellent experience from start to fInish

A++ Vacation Spot

The property was amazing. Very clean. Matched the listing perfectly. Beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Adults loved the hot tub. The Oasis club was very nice with the slide, splash pad, and lazy river for the kids. We went to sea world and gator land had a great time at both attractions. Was a really great family vacation.

Family vacation

The property is nice, it does have a weird smell. It doesn’t come with wash clothes so you will need to get some on your own. The game room needs some fans or air circulation in that room. The pool table needs new pool sticks. Other than that the house was well prepared for our stay. Everyone enjoyed it. We would book again.

Huge family reunion

Lots of space to accommodate a large family. Plenty of spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds & furniture. Plenty of kitchen & cooking equipment to make meals & serve lots. tv in every room a plus. pool at back door was nice since the water park was too overwhelmed on the 4th of July holiday.. Andrew was great to answer immediately when I had questions. LOVE

Living facilities were excellent

One unpreventable safety issue with a collapsed pool table. Other than the facilities and on site building equipment were outstanding. The area was safe and amenities were excellent. We would stay there again.

Family trip

I was really impressed with the accuracy of the property listing. As an avid traveler, I always look for various requirements. First, the host, Andrew made it easy to plan for our big family trip. He answered questions within 24 hrs and was always professional. Secondly, the property was clean and had ample supplies (beds, utensils, towels, coffee maker, toaster, etc). Third, we had enough space for our large group of 20 adults and 14 kids of various ages. Third, the amenities at the house (pool and hot tub), game room were nice and had adequate seating on the patio. The amenities at the clubhouse, as I understand from my family, were nice. We also had quick access to the supermarkets and coffee shops, gas stations close by. I would highly recommend this property for your next trip to the Orlando area.
