I would highly recommend this property. It was a perfect space for large group golf outing and was centrally located to several great courses. The kitchen had all the appliances, cookware and space that we needed. The bedrooms were well appointed and plentiful. The host was responsive and communication was great. Will definitely consider staying at this property again next year.

Perfect Place for large family vacation

My family has been vacationing in the area for the last 10 years. The kitchen is well furnished and the furniture is sturdy and comfortable, not cheap IKEA stuff! The pool is nice size and the pool heat was perfect. The host responds quickly and was amazing to rent from. The rooms are not super decorated, but very tasteful. We will definitely book this place again. Thank you sooo much!

Spring Break 2025

Property was spacious and clean. Nice to have pool heat included in the overall cost. We had 4 families with a total of 17 people, for 7 nights. Parking was adequate for 4 vehicles with two parked on the dead-end street.Communication with the host was excellent. I mentioned a couple of things upon check-in, and they were addressed immediately.Just to clarify some of the former reviews - you do not need to launder the towels prior to departure. The notes regarding laundering of towels is only if you want clean towels during your stay (typical for most VRBO properties). I personally met the host, as he had scheduled an appliance replacement during our stay. Great guy! I would recommend this property or any that he manages. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice house but Needs a few things.

Very nice house. And Andrew the property manager is a good guy. We were disappointed that a 9 bedroom house only has 1 standard refrigerator, plenty of room in the garage for another one even with all the games. This lead to several coolers all over just for normal refrigerator items since we had 12 people. Would have been worse if we used all 9 bedrooms with couples. Also NO GRILL, this was called out early, AND you could RENT a GRILL for 125 which we did. Sadly what was provided and is the only option is a GRIDDLE, NOT A GRILL. This really was an issue since we brought premarinated, 8# leg of lamb, 6 large racks of ribs, and several chickens. Doing all that in the oven was far from convient or enjoyable. I am not sure how you could stay here with more than a few vehicles, since the driveway barely holds two, and all others have to be on the street. Remember these are ALL 7-9 bedroom homes, that are rentals, each home had many vehicles associated with it. Thankfully we only had 3.Also note that for the next few months you may want to look elsewhere unless you enjoy a thousand airguns and hammers kicking off every morning at 7AM in your back yard. The new stuff should be closed in with a month or two. But not easy to try and sit and have a conversation in the morning on the patio.

My family and i had a great time. The house was beautiful and clean. It fit all my family and friends that came to celebrate with us. The one thing is that the living room furniture is beautiful but needs to be fixed. When you sit on it you aink down to the floor almost. It just needs to be refurbished as it is beautiful and big. We had the best time though.

The house was beautiful. Maintenance was very prompt and professional with fixing the ice maker and ordering the new part to fix the stove and fixing the stairs that were broken. We really enjoyed our stay and the host responded in a decent amount of time. I would definitely stay here again because the bedrooms accommodated us perfectly!

Supplies needed

The home and pool were very nice. Plenty of room for everyone (we only had 12 people). My only complaint is there are practically no supplies provided. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, laundry detergent (yes you need this because you have to wash all towels before you leave), garbage bags, etc. We were only there for the weekend and still needed to buy it all. You are informed of this in the myriad of rules you receive after the booking, but it is not in the listing.

Orlando 2024 fun

Our huge family had a wonderful time. We were within walking distance to the Champion Gate resort and very close to grocery stores. The house was very clean, the pool temperature was great, the correspondence with our host was super and we had no problem getting into the resort with the QR code we had ahead of time. Thinking about going back next year to the same place.

Destination Wedding

Our son recently got married at Walt Disney World. We all traveled from the West Coast, so when we got in we were all exhausted. The house was perfect! There were 22 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Mr. Sweetenham was a wonderful host, very attentive with issues or questions. The house was clean, comfortable and absolutely wonderful. Holiday

The whole process from booking through to our arrival and stay was brilliant. The pool was an absolute joy. Part way through the holiday we booked extra buggies as all the parks involved a lot of walking. If your interested in the club house I would suggest you try in the first few days as it took a while to register. The house was well presented and the beds were really comfortable, the whole house was well resourced with everything you needed. Locally there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few miles and Uber taxis’s were very reasonably priced and extremely efficient and reliable. The house made a holiday of a lifetime perfect.

Promptly responded to some concerns

First and foremost Mr. Sweetenham and his maintenance guys were responsive friendly and due to them alone they get 4stars..there were some cleanliness issues like the decorative pillows were dirty, hair on pillows, wood panels close to the box springs had hair dust and bottle caps, ceiling fans dusty, lights kept shutting off in the room with the the 3 queen beds, and the air not cool in that room or the room next to it and unfortunately 3 roaches and a a few ants. BUTTTTT i took pictures of things and sent emails to Mr. Sweetenham and he had his team come and spray, cleaned a prior stain on the down stairs rug. His guys were going to do the fans but i advised them it could wait until we left. The house is nice and the pots pans and dishes are the best i have had in a vrbo home. All in all my family enjoyed our stay the customer service we truly appreciated

Beautiful property, But…have to wash all the towels before leaving?!

House, pool area was great! House had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, was very clean. A few roaches but remember it’s Florida..they came in and sprayed.. My only problem was the check out rules. All towels had to be washed, since checkout was at 10 am and we all had to get ready for airport plus our stay was for a week (10 people) which with this quality of a property.. I think that was a very unnecessary check out rule. It didn’t give us towels to shower with getting ready to leave !? My advice to Andrew is to change that. It’s a 9 bedroom house.. do the math with towel laundry.

Family Fun

OVerall good property. There were some issues but they were addressed timely. The only 2 that were not addressed was a fan with a short that tripped the breaker often, and the flooring that was recently installed was not done properly and it cracked on the stairway. Nothing that could be corrected immediately.
