Great place for family reunions. It's very spacious and comfortable. I was a little disappointed because I expected an immaculate place but it was not as clean as I would've thought for a luxury house. The appliances are very old. The rugs slip so you need to be extra cautious. Overall we had a great stay and I would book it again!

4 Generations Under 1 Roof

The property was well maintained. Our party included 13 adults and 5 children. Our party was larger but some had to back out at the last minute. So there is plenty of room for a larger party. Everyone was comfortable, and the owner was very quick to respond and help problem-solve. I could not access my arrival email from Vrbo (not sure if it was never sent or I overlooked it in some way because I didn’t receive the check-out email either). Would definitely recommend this home.

Spring break family golf trip

This was by far the nicest place I’ve stayed in Champions Gate. The house was perfect for our group and we enjoyed every part of our stay. Andrew was great to work with and so quickly responsive to any question we had. The only thing we wished we had were kitchen towels and a baking sheet.

Absolutely one of the best experiences i have had in renting a vacation home. No issues at all. Great location, helpful employees at gate that were always smiling, and everything listed was readily available at the property. 5 star rating!!!

Above and Beyond!!

This property was absolutely amazing and the property manager went so far above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He was so friendly and the communication was excellent. I was able to reach him anytime I had a question both before and during our stay. I travel to Orlando frequently, and will definetly be back.

Great house for large families

The house accommodated our family's needs very well. If space is what you need, then, this is the right house for you. The kitchen had the right amount of pantry room and cooking space; the living room and dining room allowed us to eat, watch tv, and play games as a family. The patio was large enough for us to hang out around the pool while the kids swam. We especially loved the room with the 4 double beds and twin bunks; it's just right for a large family or a place for the kids to have their own room. We enjoyed the amenities of the clubhouse as well. If we were to continue our family tradition of renting vacation homes, we'd definitely rent from here again. Any questions or concerns we had were answered within 24 hours by Andrew. Location is great.

Great location for Disney and all of the parks. Andrew was responsive to all of my concerns And often revive quickly. If you have a large family of 20+ people This property is perfect for you.

Our stay

Overall we had a good time. Just a few issues. The dishwasher was broken, when they came to repair it they couldn’t and would need to replace it. The date of replacement would be the day we checked out! With 30 guests washing and cleaning dishes by hand took a lot of time. We ordered a grill for our stay. When we finally were ready to eat we noticed the grill was no where to be found. So we cooked inside. The grill never came and when I reached out they responded quickly saying it will be there the next day. We got it in the late afternoon the next day. The washer took over an hour to do a load and the dryer took hours to dry a load. The pool filter barely worked. I noticed on day 3 the water was cloudy and didn’t let anyone use it anymore. The kids were so bummed. Then the last day out of the 30 guests, 24 left very sick. Throwing up and diarrhea. Later throughout the day every single one of us were sick. It ended awfully!! I believe the house made us all sick. Couldn’t have been the food like we all thought because some people who were sick didn’t eat what we all ate. The common denominator was the house and pool. I will say that check out was really good because the owner let us recoup for a few hours since we were so sick. Most of us couldn’t even begin to drive that morning of check out.

Not the best

Home was not in the best condition. Bedding was dingy, floors were not clean, furniture not clean. I communicated everything with management. They made it seem like everything was ok but turned around and billed us for other things that were not right prior to my arrival. Will not do it again.

Amazing

The property was everything it was portrayed to be in the listing! I actually rented two properties next door to each other for a family trip of 40 people! Andrew was amazing an very attentive and answered every question immediately!! I definitely recommend this rental and/or Andrew they both are great!!

Great house

The house accommodated everyone. Very spacious! The only thing con was it was kinda hot upstairs and we couldn’t get the dryer to work . Other then that we definitely will be staying at championship gate anytime we come to Orlando !
