The home itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL... goals for sure!! The neighborhood and resort is astonishing as well... very quiet and clean. There were a few issues and damages but nothing too major - besides a bed collapsing as my child went to lay down on his first night there. But the host was EXTREMELY responsive when I made a request or mentioned any issues we came across - as I wanted to ensure we were not held responsible for anything we did not do. Also, I don't know if it's the house issue or Florida's, but the all of the water (sinks, showers, and spa) smell horrible.... Like sewage or swamp. It flared up those with eczema and I have lupus as well, so that was a bit concerning since day 1... We made sure to cook with bottled water. I was told to email a list of any issues and damages we found, along with pictures and video... So, hopefully it has been noted and taken into consideration. Nonetheless, the house was clean, fun, well decorated, and had enough rooms and space for our large group of 18. The location was very convenient and close to shopping, groceries, gas, and more. My family and I would absolutely stay again.
