Ladies and gentlemen, DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT stay at this joke of a motel. I booked this at what appeared to be a tremendous rate, since the only thing I needed was a half-decent place for one night due to a late arrival. Believe it or not, they tried to claim it was cancelled shortly after I booked it! They even had the audacity to show a cancelled reservation with a completely different conf. # from his boss for an Oyo Motel (which this place is not, despite the claims from the night desk clerk). In addition to which, the lady I chatted with at hotels.com even showed how on their end, it was not cancelled. They were scammers: what they were trying to do is get me to pay them directly there, so they could avoid hotels.com being compensated their regular fee since it was such a low rate. Suffice it to say, I spent the extra money (not a whole lot) for a much better place called the Magic Key nearby. Made a whole lot of difference. Folks, treat yourself to a better place, regardless. Even without all this garbage, I requested to see a room first before I paid for it at hotels.com because it was listed as non-refundable, and it was medicore, at best. Treat yourself to a better place!!
