Me gustó mucho la comodidad y la ubicación del hotel está excelente para viajes a Disney... Todo está cerca como supermercados, tiendas por departamento y entre otros. Super limpio y organizado... Vuelvo otra vez son duda... Gracias Calypso Cay por la atención excelente que nos brindaron.

Pésimo: me quisieron cobrar (aun no me han devuelto el dinero) un monto (vale que logré ver el correo antes de salir) por llegar un día antes a las instalaciones. Insistían que llegué el 3 de diciembre a pesar de que les enseñé que mi vuelo llegó el 4 y que por retrasos para salir del aeropuerto, más bien llegué el 5/12. Un error lo comete cualquiera, pero la forma en que me cuestionaron e insistían en cobrarme fue lo inadecuado. No me demostraron que me devolvieron el dinero (a la tarjeta de crédito ni lo quisieron hacer en efectivo). Me imagino que le hacen eso a muchos y no hay forma de reclamar. Muy mal por el lugar

El lugar el apartamento me gustó mucho y lo que no me gusto es que deberían de abastecer las habitaciones si son 4 persona las 4 toallas de piscina y las de la habitación pero todo muy bien

El a/c no funcionaba y pase mucho calor pedí q me lo arreglaran y me dijeron que hasta el lunes y yo salía el domingo lo vi como una falta de respeto The a/c did not work and it was very hot, I asked to have it fixed and they told me that until Monday and I left on Sunday I saw it as a lack of respect
