Beautiful house in a safe and convenient location

The house was great and we enjoyed our stay. The pool was wonderful after fun in the parks! Location is perfect and convenient to restaurants, other shopping and tourist attractions. Highly recommend!

Hot Tub Rules!

Great stay for us but after walking all day at Universal coming to the house and having the hot tub jets on tired feet and legs was awesome. Definitely worth the extra fee. House was exactly as advertised. I’d rent again for sure

Excellent family hub for visiting Disney

This property was extremely clean and easy to accommodate grandparents plus 2 groups of cousins in one house. Easy drive to Disney and access to a close Walmart pickup. This is a development where the properties sit very close together. The neighbors may be enjoying their pool feet away from the property’s pool. My biggest concern was the fee to heat the hot tub (whose heat is not separate from the pool). It’s an add-on. That is stated in the fine print of the amenities if you look hard enough BUT it still feels like a GITCHA moment when you weren’t aware and it’s $30+ dollars a day.

Amazing

The house was excellent. It was very clean! We stayed the week of oct 6th, there was an active hurricane so we ended up leaving half way through for one night and then going back to finish our stay. I left my things there while we went to a hotel in Georgia. The owner, Lesley, was very helpful. Beyond just your normal this is the issue? Ill fix it. She carried full conversations on with me about me having three kids and what we thought would be safe or not with them with me during the hurricane. I asked her a-lot of questions because she is local. I did decide to leave for that night and then return, she didn't give me any issues at all. I text her one night at almost 10pm because i needed the wifi info for one of the TVs and she text me back immediately, even at that hour. So the communication is a 10 out of 10. (Amazing) if i go back to Florida i will stay with her again! The neighborhood was also quiet, calm, & nicely located. Not on the Main Street in town but about 3 minutes from it, and only 5 minutes from walmart! I would def. Recommend this house!

Great house!

We are locals and our A/C broke for a week. The Cinderella house was perfect for 5 people- plenty of room! So close to the parks and target etc. Owner was very responsive as we were in flux date wise. Nice pool, kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. Highly recommend- especially for a Disney trip with kids and have a kitchen, pool, game room, plenty of parking. 5 stars for sure!!!

Very Nice Stay

We had lots of room, the house is big, it was very clean. The pool is smaller then what it looks like in the picture. All the bedding and towels were new. There are no pool towels. We enjoyed our stay. We did have 2 issues with the spa that were handled promptly. To make it a better stay a few amenities would be nice, like salt, pepper, food storage containers, etc. it was a very nice week

Great rental for multiple families.

The place was perfect for families headed to Disney world. Plenty of beds for adults and multiple bunk rooms for the kids. Both Leslie and the property management company were very responsive. The drive to Disney was about 12 minutes and no traffic. If you’re headed to universal, plan on leaving early before traffic builds up and that drive will only be about 30 minutes. There is also a Walmart and several restaurants within 5 minutes. Quiet walkable neighborhood. Then come home and relax in the pool and hot tub. Those park visits are exhausting!!!

AWESOME!

Everything was above my expectations, kitchen supplies was plentiful and decor was comfortable and spacious for hosting a large family Thanksgiving, there was no stone left unturned. My five grandchildren loved the themed bedrooms and it was wonderful to have my two fur babies included in the trip. The heated pool and game room was a pleasant bonus for outdoor / indoor family fun, it was an ideal way to have my pre-teen grandsons enjoy family games that didn't include video games. Everything went well it was a fun family holiday.

Great pool!

We came to Florida for the Citrus Bowl. Enjoyed the parks and plenty of sunshine. Hot weather, so we enjoyed the pool each day. This house is a bit dated but has plenty of room. We should have stayed a few more days. We would stay again.

Great Vacation Home for Family

This home was everything and more for our family during Christmas holiday! It was big enough and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated and clean! great house - but beware...

This is a great house. Amazing location. The owner is responsive. Even fixed the hot tub heat w/in 1 day (though no refund for the day). However – big disappointments too. The unit was not the cleanest, the hot tub was strangely sandy and they are loosing the war with sugar ants. The kitchen was downright dirty. However all that can be forgiven - especially considering the amazing location & layout of the home. However, beware-the owner relies heavily on the reports of neighbors who, in our case, were extremely inaccurate. They reported that I checked out & had “4 dogs running in and out of the house and that you are not home“. After checkout, I was asked to “go back to the house and contain the dogs IMMEDIATELY!” If I had already checked out–how could I have 4 dogs running through the house? While admittedly, I told the owner about (& only paid for) my 1 dog being in the home, at the time I booked the property there was only going to be 1 dog. When my daughter arrived for the last 2 nights of our 6 night stay, she did unexpectedly have to bring her 12 pound dog with her. I obviously paid for the second dog upon the owners request. However there were never 4 dogs. Yes–we did leave the sliding glass door open in btw the pool & the family room b/c the weather was beautiful!! 68 & sunny w/ a breeze!! The HVAC system was off & this was not against house rules! While the 1 vehicle we brought was frequently gone, many times I was in the unit working-not that it’s the neighbor’s business either way. When we did leave the dogs in the home (not against the rules) we monitored w/ video cameras & there is no indication of damage as a result of this. I write that to provide background as we were initially charged money for damage for which we were not responsible. While a portion of it was refunded after disclosing that we had video evidence to the contrary, we were charged because, as the owner emailed me: “Dogs were on some of the beds(against our house rules) and we needed to replace the sheets.” and in answering why they had to replace the sheets: “We needed to change the sheets b/c we had no time to wash and clean the sheets nor replace them on Thanksgiving Day as the stores were closed so we needed to use some that the PM had in his office.” Whoa. Wait. What? Cleaners were there at 9:55am. Check-in for the next guest isn’t until 4PM. There was time to wash! and... REALLY disturbing if they were not planning on washing the sheets! Ewww!

Right at home

The house is beautiful, clean, and super functional for a family vacation with small kids and a dog :-) Lesley was incredibly kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. We also hired her amazing son to check in on our dog a few days while we were out and about. Highly recommend this property and the owners. Very responsive, helpful, and nice. We loved our time in the house (and in the pool!)

Perfect Getaway

Owner and property manager were wonderful and quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was huge, way bigger than it shows in pictures. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The house was extremely clean and felt very safe. Great neighborhood. Very close to playground. 15 minutes to Disney. Will definitely be looking at this property's availability for all future Orlando trips.

Our stay was awesome! The home was located in a good area. Lesley was more than accommodating. If we ever go back to this area again, I will definitely check to see if this home is available.
