This is a wonderful property. The owner Tom is very good at communicating quickly and very helpful. The house has everything you will need plenty of linen, towels, utensils etc. Perfect quiet location and a comfortable drive to the Orlando theme parks. This is on a gated estate which is very safe and clean. The community also has a clubhouse with large pool, lazy river, snack cafe very close to the house. We would 100% stay here again if we visit again in the future. 10/10. Pefect

From the tasteful, comfortable decor, to the plentiful, bath and pool towels, to the well equipped kitchen, this property offers everything we could ever need for our stay.Beds were extremely comfortable and the property managers, Toby and Jennifer were very prompt in assisting us when we had an issue with the safe. 5 stars all around!We hope to return next year! Thank you!

We travelled as a party of five - 3 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 13. The villa was our base for ten days at the start of a 3 week holiday. When we arrived late at night, the villa was immaculately clean and well presented. The villa is incredibly spacious (the photos don’t fully demonstrate just how spacious!) and all five bedrooms are a good size and incredibly comfortable. All beds are also very comfortable and the bedrooms are well kitted out, including tvs. We all slept very well! The kitchen is incredibly well stocked for a rental with everything you could possibly need. We ate in multiple times and were short of nothing. The laundry room was very helpful and being able to dry clothes in the garage was also appreciated. There are more than sufficient towels and pool towels which meant we didn’t have to bring any. The pool was a good size and well kept. We loved sitting having meals under the lanai each day. Sun wise, it’s West facing so it doesn’t get the sun first thing but that didn’t impact us. The sun disappears behind the nature reserve behind the house by about 6pm which is a bit of a shame but the reserve is a nice backdrop. The games room in the garage was fabulous and our children loved playing in it. The neighbourhood felt safe and the security gates made us feel secure. We had no issues staying here and were sad to leave. We have no reservations in recommending the villa to anyone. Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Great Time in Davenport

our family had a great time and really enjoyed the property we stayed at in Davenport. It was super busy in the area when we went to traffic was heavy but the homeless clean and was just as advertised. I would definitely recommend this owner. He was excellent to deal with. We really had a good time.

Fantastic Stay

Tom's property exceeded our expectations. It was well-equipped with all the amenities necessary for our celebratory trip, accommodating our diverse group, which ranged in age from 6 months to 80 years. Everyone was thoroughly satisfied with our experience. This property offers exceptional value and more. The onsite clubhouse and facilities were impressive, and having the option to order food on the premises allowed us to relax without the need to leave the property. The space was impeccably clean, and our communication with Tom was outstanding throughout the entire process. The check-in was seamless, and there is nothing I would change about our stay. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wonderful Holiday Vacation Home

Just returned from a one week stay and could not be any more pleased with our stay. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything needed for a relaxing holiday away from home. Communication with our host before arrival and during our stay was top notch, check-in upon our arrival was a breeze and the resort amenities are spectacular. Would definitely stay here again if we ever do another family vacation in the Orlando area…highly recommend!

DAVENPORT VRBO

First experience with VRBO. I advised the property manager that the house and surroundings were very nice but that the fire alarm going on between 3am and 4am really left an indelible memory. Unfortunate for everyone involved.

Great villa for access to the theme parks and for vacation

We stayed at the villa to visit Disney and Universal theme parks. The villa was clean and nicely furnished. Communication with Thomas the owner was easy and he was a very responsive host. Solterra Resort is excellently located for access to the parks and the Orlando area. The resort itself had brilliant communnal facilites that we made use of (swimming pool, gym, lazy river) and it provided an excellent oasis away from the theme parks.

Best VRBO Rental we have stayed in so far

Without trying to sound over the top, we have stayed at several places through VRBO as well as through other means and this place is so far our absolute favorite. The place was very clean, and open with the tall ceilings, tall doors, very well maintained property as a whole. We could not have asked for a better place to stay this year. We worried about Hurricane Milton ruining our plans, but the constant communication that we had with Tom and him updating us of the home status up until our visit we were very well taken care of and less worried because of his input. We met the property manager who came and check on the pool to ensure that the pool heater was working for us and asked if we had any questions or concerns which we did not. The security and other staff on the property were great, very friendly and helpful. We only went to the resort pool area one day and enjoyed playing a little volleyball. Sadly the weather was not super warm the day we went, so we ended up going back to the house and swimming in our pool that seemed slightly warmer than the resort pool. We ordered Doordash a few times and they had zero issues getting in. We also enjoyed Tom's tv's with RUKU attached to all of them, on our kids tv in their bedroom we logged into Disney for them. We also enjoyed the garage/playroom where the boys spent hours playing in there. We cannot say enough about this house, the pictures honestly do not do the home justice. Love to stay at again! Great vacation house

House was awesome, tons of room for the family to spread out. Pool was great, but did get dirty as the week went on. Community/HOA pool is okay, lots of rules and overpriced beverages.
