Living space

The ground floor unfolds into an open-concept layout that flows naturally between the kitchen, dining, and living areas — generous enough for a group to spread out, easy enough to feel like home from day one. Plank flooring runs throughout the lower level, giving the space a clean, cohesive feel. Step outside through the direct patio access and you've got a quiet outdoor sitting spot with garden views and no busy parking lots out front — just a calm place to start the morning with coffee before the day picks up.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Three bedrooms, three private bathrooms — every guest gets their own space. The first-floor bedroom comes with a queen bed and an en suite bathroom, making it a comfortable option for guests who prefer to avoid the stairs. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed with its own private bath. The third bedroom features a queen bed with a dedicated en suite as well. Plush carpeting on the upper level adds a softer, more settled feel to the sleeping areas.

 

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking — refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the basics you'd need from day one. Orlando International Airport is approximately 35 minutes away. Winter Garden and local shops and restaurants are also easily within reach, making day-to-day errands simple.

 

Getting started

Check-in is from 4 PM via smart lock - no coordination needed on arrival. Checkout is by 10 AM. A starter supply of essentials is provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen towels, and basic trash bags. For longer stays, you'll likely want to top these up along the way.
