This property was absolutely stellar!! Checking in was a breeze- The hosts made everything seamless and easy! The home was clean and perfect for our family. We can't wait to come back!! I have never stayed somewhere that exceeded our expectations until now. Steve and Sandy were just a message away with any concerns during the entirety of our stay. This rental is truly a gem for anyone with small children or infants... or anyone who wants a clean, fun and relaxing place to stay.I cannot say enough good things about the house, the hosts or our whole experience.I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

This property was exactly as pictured—spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped for a perfect getaway. We made full use of every space: the pool and spa were warm and inviting, the theater room was cozy and relaxing, and the game room offered endless fun. Sandy and Steve were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The resort amenities were outstanding and simple to access, and we took advantage of everything available. The location was ideal, with everything we needed either nearby or a short drive away. We came to unwind, and this home gave us the peaceful, restful environment we were hoping for—something the photos just can't fully convey. Thank you both again; if we return to the area, your place will be our top choice.

Beautiful home in a great location. Extremely well equipped and furnished. Kitchen full stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Able to accommodate large groups and plenty to keep the kids entertained. Especially the awesome game room, Xbox and theater. I highly recommend !

Do not pass on this property for your family vacation! The host were very communicative and answered many questions for us. We planned a Disney vacation and decided to stay off property. This home served all of our needs, was close and accessible to all of the Disney locations and grocery stores. The house itself is VERY well stocked, cleaned, beds were very comfortable. I will be telling everyone I know about this property.

We arrived on 4/13 and we had a stone swimming in the pool watching movies and going shopping and of course eating together. It was a good time of family sharing and supporting each other. The home was just what we needed to accomplish these things.

Steve & Sandy are wonderful hosts. Feels Like Funshine has something for everyone. The home is beyond comfortable and accommodating. Ten guys stayed here for a golf trip and everyone had plenty of space.

Perfect house for our family vacation! There was 11 of us that stayed for the week and there was more than enough room for all of us. We had plenty to do near by but didn’t even need to leave to be entertained. Steve and Sandy were wonderful to work with. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!

The property was just as described. Communication was excellent with the owners. The organization of the house and all the amenities made our stay so much more enjoyable and took the anxiety out of traveling. The neighborhood was quiet, we used the water parks included and walked to the park. The pool and hot tub were used all week!!!! Watching Cars for the first time with a toddler in a theatre was priceless!I would without a doubt come back for many vacations with this house and owners!!!Thank you for making our vacation easy and relaxing!

My family and I enjoyed our stay with our dog thoroughly. The hosts Sandy & Steve were very attentive with responding to our inquiries. I would like comment that the tub in the primary room on the first floor does not produce hot water enough to have a bath. Otherwise, the house is perfect for a family of 10 and there is so much to do with in the house and in the surrounding area to have fun and make memories. Thank you

We had 8 guys on a golf trip. Had a fantastic time. House accommodations worked great as there were enough bedrooms for everyone, game room was fun, location was easy/close to golf courses. House was very clean, and well maintained. Owners were super helpful and responsive when we had questions. We will be rebooking in spring.
