Best stay

We had the best time staying here and already checked for September when we got back from our trip, but it was booked. The only bad thing that happened was upon checking in late, we realized there was only 3 wash cloths for the 5 of us. My husband and daughter went to Walmart to buy some and also hand towels. We left them behind for other guests. My kids loved the pool and the Toy Story room. If your kids love Toy Story like my family, this is the best place to stay without the Disney price tag.

Overall very pleased with the stay! The carpets didn’t appear to be vacuumed when we arrived but everything else was good and clean. Beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed the privacy of the pool area. Will look for this property again in the future for vacation rental.

Tired & dirty

The space and configuration is excellent, but this unit is in desperate need of a refresh. Baseboards are dirty. Bathmat actually had dirt in it. Rug in family room looked filthy--carpeting was stained and needs to be ripped up and replaced with hard surface flooring. The few washcloths provided need to be used for cleaning and car washing. Not enough hand towels. I called and emailed several times and while the employees were always exceedingly polite, I did not appreciate being told we would be getting more washcloths & towels each time. It never happened. The vertical blinds kept falling off. We tried to fix, but they just kept falling off. We never wanted to walk barefoot in the unit and were very happy to leave. We have always been happy with our vrbo rentals, but this was a bummer.

Very nice place

Clean and comfy. Could maybe use a few more dishes and cutlery. The lazy river and splash pool are only a 5 minute walk away. Lots of fun

Excellent Property - But VRBO offer Zero Customer Service

The Property was excellent but beware of VRBO as they offer zero customer service. Even at the moment of writing this review, I am still struggling with the absence of any human support. They just want your money without offering any kind of support, and of course ...absolutely no phone number. After they get your money, they are hiding forever.

Football trip

We came down for my son’s football to play in Nationals and it was a great stay. House was clean and looked exactly how it did online. Codes were accurate and given with plenty of time for check in and location was close to a lot of stores and places to eat. We stayed for 9 nights and the check in and check out process was very easy and laid out in detail for us.

A Disney Vacation

Overall the property was well maintained. The house was clean and they provided us with some starter items in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as for laundry. I loved the layout of the house and all our basic necessities for day to day living was provided( dishes, pans and utensils, etc) My boys enjoyed the pool and the upstairs TV area. The home was close to grocery, shopping and the theme parks. The use of the coded gate was simple and I appreciated not having to keep track of a key to enter the home and instead using a code! We did have some rather loud neighbors all around us that revved engines, drove very quickly up and down the street at late night hours and some people celebrating until almost 5am, but that is beyond anyone's control. Parking was easy, until our new neighbors decided to take all the spots, but they moved a vehicle once we asked. All in all, it was a pleasant experience and I would stay again!

Great Property with a few issues

Overall, we had a great experience with this property. Check in was seamless, but there were some inconsistencies with how to get into the gate. They sent out super detailed instructions for how to access the gate with a code and a pass, but there was no mention that the passes they were sending were for a specific gate. It is possible that they could have mentioned it in one of the emails and I may have missed. We got in, so overall, it wasn't a huge deal. Accessing the property itself was super easy. One area where I do wish they would have paid more attention to was the level of cleanliness in the place. It was clean on the surface, but overall, the place could use a good deep clean. The walls, baseboards and carpets were dirty and the furniture really needed to be cleaned due to stains. Again, I get it with a rental property, stuff obviously gets used, but since we're literally paying for a cleaning fee, these are things that I pay attention to. Also, we could have used an extra roll of paper towels and extra rolls of toilet paper. I had to have some delivered because we went through them pretty fast and I could not find anymore on the property. Lastly, there was an incident with the refrigerator ice dispenser that I mentioned to them. Hopefully it will be fixed by the time a new family checks in. Again, overall, we enjoyed our stay. I basically lived in the pool for the three days we were there. It was the perfect temperature.

Take pictures and get insurance

First off, this property is absolutely perfect. I have zero complaints about the house or the pool area. The community clubhouse is really nice but the water is extremely dirty. A lot of bugs floating in water and the lazy river is absolutely disgusting with leaves and mulch floating in river. Only thing I would recommend is taking out the damage insurance. The property requires a $500 refundable deposit (even if you have insurance) which I thought was suspect and of course I was right. The back patio had nice patio set with matching chairs by the pool but there was one odd ball older loung chair. Well when my daughter (100lbs) sat on it she fell through obviously ripping A hole in the fabric. Upon inspection of the chair the seams were all stretched and dry rotted leaving the chair a completer hazard to sit on. I let the company know right away as it was our first day there and they responded quickly hoping my daughter was alright and wishing us well on the rest of our vacation. Upon checking out they let me know I would be charged $100 to replace their POS hazard of a chair. I guess it my fault for expecting different but now I’ll jump through hoops to get my money back through the insurance company’s. Take pictures as soon as you arrive. Other than that this place is and will be a really nice place to vacation at.

Great resort and location to Disney parks

We were very pleased with all aspects of the home. It was cleaned very well and had everything we needed to make meals in the home. We enjoyed the pool very much. It is bigger than your typical splash pool and it was also very clean. Communication was great during the booking process and we had no issues during our stay. A big thank you to our hosts!
