We had 11 family members from ages 2-82. We had a great time at the property we spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. The community center was near by with activities my family truly enjoyed. There were a few maintenance issues i.e. leaking water dispenser on fridge, leaking shower head etc., we had to report but the management was responsive and made some accommodations for us immediately but some repairs couldnt be fixed until we left. My suggestion would be for the property manager to check the functionality of appliances and plumbing before the next guest arrives. I would have given this 5 stars for the experience but gave 4 due to some of the maintenance issues with the house. Other than that the house was clean and comfortable and the management was easy to work with.

Beautiful home. It was a beautiful home large enough for our family.

This was a beautiful home in a gated community with private pool water park and putt putt golf. The check in process needs much improvement though. Also the air conditioning wasn’t powerful enough to cool such a large square footage. That being said it was an amazing home that more than adequately accommodated our large family. We had an awesome stay!!

Overall the stay was perfect. Just a few minor issues. Rug in front of sink need replacing, needed batteries in smoke detector in kitchen, pool area hadn’t been swept, no broom to sweep floor, pool sticks needed replacing, broken. Had 15 in group and had Plenty of room for everyone . Will definitely stay here again.

Communication not good

House was beautiful and great for our family. However, there were a few issues. There was a smoke detector in the main living area that chirped all weekend because of a low battery and the upstairs air conditioner kept giving an error code and not cooling properly. I texted and called the contact number given as well as messaged on the VRBO app, and called the number from the VRBO app. There was absolutely no response until the morning of checkout. So we suffered through the incessant chirping of the smoke detector all weekend and having the upstairs not even be habitable during the daytime because of the air conditioning issues. When they say contact them with any issues, don't bother, they don't care.

Exceeded all expectations!

Everything about the house was just as the described in the listing. It had everything listed, all clean and in great condition. The extra appliances, ice maker and air fryer especially, were nice surprises. Definitely would recommend for any family/group looking for a great place to stay.

Our stay

The area was nice. The house was clean. One of the beds were wobbly and one tv we couldn’t get the remote to work. Other then that we enjoyed the place. Checking in was a wait due to so many people checking in. We even waited til later in the evening hoping it wouldn’t be as bad but still was a long line.

Wonderful!

This house was great. We had 13 guests ranging from 4 to 67 years old and it worked well for everyone. The property management company was very responsive and any issues we did have were addressed within 24 hours. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, dishes, and cutlery. Outside pool area was lovely, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. Only complaint is the motion sensor lights in all the bathrooms, pretty horrible for that middle of the night bathroom break.

Spacious

We enjoyed our stay at this home!!! The description was on point…no disappointments. The host was very responsive. The only concern is the water temperature while taking showers….if you have a house full schedule shower times 🤗. Overall I would definitely stay again!

Very nice property

I really enjoyed this home! The set up is amazing the loft area was our favorite.. my only complaint would be more trash bags more dish detergent.. Especially because you have such a strict trash policy!! We were given about 3 trash bags. There was no broom and dust pan again for the clean up rules to have been so strict.. The front gate is like Fort Knox so make sure you follow directions in a timely fashion.

The property was awesome, but we could have used a little bit more of different products, such as toilet paper, soap, paper towels, dishwashing detergent. There wasn't even little salt and pepper shakers.

Very good for big parties

It is a perfect place for many people (large parties). Unfortunately we had to wait over 30 minutes passed our promised time for the host to call me back and open the door when we first arrived. The alarm chirping intermittently including overnight disrupted our peaceful time. Host was aware right away but did not address. The hot tub turned on but never got hot sadly.

Great stay

My family really enjoyed the home. Great location , great community overall was a wonderful and very spacious home. Only a couple things I will point out , We couldn’t get air hockey table to work or the tv in upstairs living room which may have been an issue with the remotes or batteries . Also the hot water in tub comes out very slow. Lastly we had a problem with the fridge getting cold but they sent someone come take a look. Overall i definitely would booked again.

Nice property

Nice property We enjoyed our stay, place was clean property was nice looks just like the photos, communication with host was great, they kept in contact, I would definitely book again. Just a FYI if you have multiple cars do not park on the side in the street or your car will get towed,(MAX 5 CARS) overall everything was excellent
