Great location, only a couple of minutes away from Old Town and Fun Spot.Apartments are very clean with everything what you need.We stayed for 5 day with 4 kids and grandparents, everyone had a blast.Complex has a heated pool with 2 slides ( our kids really appreciated it )Nice, safe, clean and comfortable.Thank you!

Wonderful host, super flexible and super responsive. Great location, super close to Disney, very dog friendly, great pool. Cute decor, lots of updates but some dated (bathtubs for example).

First of all, the host, Lauren, was so kind and helpful! Next, the home is amazing- plenty of room for our family of 5, and lovely decor and the kitchen was just what we needed. Lastly, what a great launchpad for Disney- quick drive and so close to great restaurants! Would definitely come back, so happy we stayed here!

Great location to go to all the parks(15 minutes to Disney). Very clean with comfortable beds and pillows after long days in Disney! Plenty of room for us. Pool is huge! We loved this rental and highly recommend. Host was easily accessible with all our questions. Adult kids walked to Old Town and food trucks. Kitchen well stocked too!

COMFY BEDS! CLEAN! AMAZING LOC.!

This was an amazing stay. Teens were able to come and go to Old Town/Fun Spot. If you have a group doing FUNSPOT, get the season ticket for 1 and get 4 more tickets free. Unlimited riding! King and Queen beds were amazing. Sleeping is an important factor in deciding my place to stay. Pool and slide were nice.Host is awesome! Always prompt on text responses and refreshingly nice. Thanks, Lauren! We will be back!(sorry for pic blackout. foster children :)

Perfect Stay

My daughters and I take a yearly trip with all 5 of their combined kids every year and they all voted this was the best property we have ever stayed at..from the perfect location to the amazing condo and the awesome pool it was a perfect vacation. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating and the layout of the condo allowed all of us to have plenty of space.

Just what we needed

We were in town for a cheer competition! This house was perfect for four adults and for girls. There was enough space for everyone to retreat and be comfortable. Three bathrooms was perfect for all of us, no one felt cramped up. The decor was nice and friendly. The house was clean the check-in instructions were clear. The clubhouse and pool made for a great day of fun. The locations was near all stores, food, and fun. We will definitely book here again.

BEST.LOCATION.EVER!!!

I've stayed in VRBO and the "other" properties for almost 20 years and the best host owns this house right here. She is readily available, wants to do anything to make your stay perfect, knows the area well and can recommend places for fun, food and shopping. The house was large enough for our group of 10 and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked but doesn't have all the extra stuff like crock pots, mis-matched food containers, casserole dishes - no one needs, wants or uses them anyway. We stayed for almost 2 months and don't eat out constantly so we need space for food, snacks and all of our stuff. The house was clean, everything worked and it is located right next to the front gate, clubhouse, pool, and restaurant. And the pool is kept at tropical temps, maybe 87. Kids just loved the water slides. My family also loved being able to easily run back and forth to the pool, walk over to Old Town for lunch, dinner or a quick bite, drinks, street performers or music at one of the clubs. Then there's the World of Food Trucks and a huge indoor flea market right across the highway. All this within walking distance. Once you get in your car, you can make airport runs in 20-25 minutes (we made 5 to MCO with zero traffic), Disney Springs in 15 minutes or less and many restaurants, shops, and outlets faster than that. We've been snowbirding for 10 years and the is the first year that we are not ready to leave. Already planning our trip to come back next year.

Fun in Orlando

The condo was ideally situated —near the parks and actual walking distance to a fun amusement park called Old Town. The pool and pickle ball court made for some fun downtime.

Great Character Stay at Regal Oaks

We had a wonderful time at Lauren’s townhouse. The kids loved the decor. The 4 bedrooms and 3 baths were very spacious. The proximity to the clubhouse and pool was very convenient. The pool area is large and tropical. The slides were a big hit! Lauren was a great host!

Good, but needs some small improvements

Pros: Great location. Lots of beds! Convenient to all the parks. Clean enough, except the bathroom rugs are all dirty. Adequate kitchen supplies. Cons: Bunk beds are kind of wobbly, so no way an adult can sleep on top. Most of the pillows are flat as a pancake and need replaced. Chandelier hangs headbangingly low. Could provide more trash bags, dishwasher pods, and TP for longer stays like ours. Sofa is broken.

A Great Stay

We are a Senior age 50 plus group that takes yearly vacation. It was a good choice for us. The location was great! The house was good and secure. We enjoyed the bonus deers that greeted us at times. However, there were a few issues with the water slow draining out sinks in each bathroom and Main bedroom tub which is a little high to step in for us seniors. Maybe a step stool would help. The downstairs bathroom was missing a towel rack. in the Mario and Luigi room the lamps wouldn’t stay on, also in main, the bedside lamps did not work. In the Minions room, the door would not stay closed. If first load of bedsheets are expected to be started in washer then detergent should be provided. In the kitchen it would help if there were mixing bowls provided and ironing board. We enjoyed the area attractions ie Old Town, the outlet malls, gift shops, the flea Market, Disney Springs and City Walk. We even fitted in a concert at the University of Central Florida. We really enjoyed our stay in Florida and would keep this rental on the list for future trips.
