The condo was very clean and has a 1 stall garage. We had an issue with the dishwasher leaking and staff was very responsive and addressed it promptly. The community is gated and felt very safe. However many of the visitors had issues scanning their passes which made for long lines at the gates some days. It seems it was always when someone would use their phone instead of the paper (we always used the paper and it worked every time). The in unit washer and dryer made it very convenient to keep up with the laundry. Two fun community water parks; just no food or even refillable water bottles allowed. Menu says "tax and 18% gratuity included in price" then was added on extra on top of listed price anyways. Food was delicious however, just wish there were more allergy friendly options. One park has lifeguards at the slides only, no lifeguards at the pools or lazy river. Water park bathrooms were immaculate for public restrooms!! Overall we had a great trip, would definitely consider again for a future visit to Orlando.
