Excellent and amazing villa

We have stayed many times in Orlando and this was by far the best villa by a mile. Owners are very hands on and ensure your checkin is smooth. Had zero issues whist in the villa. Very grand property and well furnished. Overall 10/10

We have just enjoyed a wonderful 3 weeks stay in Guy and Kate's lovely home. We all loved the house and the outdoor space was perfect for us all, plenty of space and the minute we walked in it felt like home.Guy and Kate contacted us to make sure we arrived safely on the first day we arrived..We will be back!!

3 generation family trip

Communication with owner was excellent... very prompt and helpful. House and site was great for our extended family, children loved the house pool and also the complex pool and facilities about 10 minutes walk away. Uber/ Lyft worked fine to/ from the airport, disney and supermarkets, although we did find all the roads very busy and journey took longer than expected (probably worse as over Easter holidays).

Another Wonderful Family Vacation

This is our sixth year staying in Champions Gate at this same property. The house is large enough for us; our kids; and grandkids. It is beautifully decorated; very, very clean and well maintained; and has tons of space and all the amenities. The grandkids call it "their" Florida house.The location is close to everything; water parks; Theme Parks; and about mid way between the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Highly recommended.

Great Place

We traveled with our son and his children over spring break and had a great time together. This house accommodated our group perfectly. The 5 bedrooms each with is own bathroom was wonderful and our kids lived in the heated pool.

Incredible stay at Blue Moon Valley Villa

Our family of 8 just completed our 16 day stay at Blue Moon Valley Villa and it was amazing! The five bed, five bath home was large with a perfect layout to accommodate my parents, sister and brother in law, as well as my family of four. The private pool area was great, and the hot tub was wonderful after long days at the parks! The hosts were very kind and reached out after the first day to ensure we settled in. The Champions Gate community is fantastic and the club house/lazy river amenities were included in our stay. We will most certainly rent this home in the future!

great space

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The house is very spacious and the layout of the bedrooms is great for privacy and quietness. The kitchen gadgets are well stocked, and the game room in the garage was fun. The reasons I did not give it a five star were the following: The house description makes it clear that only starter supplies would be provided for paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, which is fine. However, one of the bathrooms had no toilet paper and a few of the others had 1/3 of a roll. It seems the cleaning crew has been instructed to remove everything from the kitchen. Most VRBO's I have stayed at have some spices, cooking oil that previous guests had left, etc, but there was none of that here. It would also be nice to have a starter pack for coffee and/or to leave coffee filters that previous guests have bought for the coffee pot. Last, it is impossible to use the hot tub spontaneously as on a day with temperatures in the 60's it took over an hour for the hot tub to be warm enough. The day it was in the high 40's/low 50's, it never got hot despite running it for two hours. Overall the house was a great space in a great location, so despite the four stars, we would stay there again.

Beautiful home

Seven family members stayed in this very spacious and beautiful home. Everyone had their own space including their own bathroom! Great location to the parks and amenities. Did not utilize the Oasis Club but did a walk though and had it been warmer during our stay we definitely would have hung out there. Owners were very quick with replies to questions throughout booking and our stay. Definitely recommend this home to anyone heading to the area.

Excellent getaway

This house was beautiful. The location was great and about 25 min without traffic and 45 min with traffic to Disney. I think the only con was the bedding. They could invest in some fitted sheets for the king beds and some better bedding. The bunk room didn’t have anything in the duvet cover but the property manager did bring a blanket to us and more king flat sheets. The box springs are noisy so replacing them would be beneficial. Overall I would stay here again. The management company and the owners were very quick to respond to questions and needs.

Great time and very nice place.

We had 4 children ranging from 16-25, and 2 adults (one couple!). The house was perfect for us with the way the house was spaced out. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was very clean and the instructions were perfect! The host was very responsive and great with communication. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Phenomenal experience

This was the perfect home in champions gate. Two beds and bath downstairs, three beds and bath upstairs and a lovely private pool. The owner checked on us during our stay and was very responsive. The home was exceptionally clean and had all of the amenities we needed to Start our stay. I would book here again in a heartbeat and I am quite picky with rentals. This exceeded my expectations. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Excellent stay

The home was super clean, beautiful, and well equipped! Had everything we needed for our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings after coming home from our daily outings. The community clubhouse and pool were amazing! The only thing that was a challenge, which is no fault of the owners, is the traffic surrounding the neighborhood! It took us nearly an hour to get home from anywhere, simply because of traffic! Despite this we had a lovely vacation and the home was a beautiful respite to come back to every evening! Highly recommend!

Just returned from a two week break in Blue Moon Valley Villa with family - 4 adults and 4 children. What a beautiful place - it worked perfectly! There is everything you could possibly need here and the pool and spa were great for the kids. Having so many bathrooms really helps. The villa is well situated, close to all Disney parks (especially the back route missing the I-4). The Oasis Club is a lovely place to go and relax on those rest days. The hosts Guy were really helpful and responded so quickly with any queries. Highly recommended!

In your tips it may be worth suggesting that if you hire a car you get the Toll pass - more info on how that works and what the penalties could be - we were very confused. This would be useful to holiday makers from abroad

Awesome Vacation

House and resort are great - lots of nearby attractions or just lounge by the pools. We had the adult kids and grandkids - lots of room in the house, never felt congested. This our fourth year and we have already booked for 2025

There are no words to describe how fabulous this home is!

From the minute we walked in the front door we loved this home. The bedrooms were all cozy and comfortable beds. The kitchen was big and very workable. We made dinner two nights and got take in a few nights. (Highly recommend Pronto Eataly Pizza annd Ovation Bistro) And the pool/jacuzzi! The kids were in it whenever we were home, and the adults most of the time! The jacuzzi is wonderful after a long day at the parks. The whole house and pool area were so clean! The theater screen is great but you do need DVDs. We did that one night. We did go to the club, but the kids enjoyed the pool at the house much more. Everyone in our family loved this house. Plenty of room to be together and plenty of space to go off and be alone if needed. I can’t say enough about how great this property is! Property owners and property management answer your calls/texts immediately Thank you Guy and Kate!

Perfect home for large family vacation

The house was perfect for our vacation with a family of 10 people. It was clean, close to everything we needed, and the owners communicated so well there were no surprises or issues in the gated community. We also really enjoyed the clubhouse guests have access to. I would definitely recommend, and stay here again given the chance.

Amazing

First I must say that Guy (the host) was VERY helpful and we appreciated all the tips and tricks to help us during our Disney week. He was quick to respond with any questions or concerns we had. He was awesome. The house was beautiful and very clean. It was the perfect house with tons of room for everyone. The week went very smooth. The house has everything you need to call it home for a week or so. All the parks are 30 min or less away. We would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Guy and hope to stay here again
