Feels like home!

We like to travel as family so it’s a lot of us, but out of the all the houses we had stayed in, this house was the most coziest and felt like we were home. Another thing was the communication with the owner amazing. In conclusion it was 10 out of 10

Nice sized house, bedrooms were as pictured and described. The kitchen had a nice variety of pots, pans and plates. The house was kid friendly and all the bedrooms had a nice amount of space. The game room was nice to have and the pool was always clean and ready for a swim.

Perfect Holiday

Enjoy our month long stay This home has everything you need. I have stayed at many holiday rental homes and this was the best equipped home I have ever rented. Well worth paying the pool heat fee. The pool was at a constant 35 degrees. The pool stays on from 8am - 10 pm which is perfect for using the hottub in the evening Pictures in the listing are spot on. I wouldn’t hesitate on stay at this rental in the future

Most comfortable and relaxing.

A comfortably decorated and well appointed home. The pool and hot tub was a 4. Clean and easy to keep up. Definitely a rental one would like to rebook for next visit to the area. We were able to meet the owner, as he was replacing some light bulbs when we arrived. He took us on a mini tour of the home and showed us how to use the hot tub and TV. No serious glitches, but owner was quick to answer text messages. But, all good things come to an end, wish we could have stayed longer...I miss it already. A great experience.

Familiy stay at Orlando visiting attractions

House is just as shown and described. House was nice and clean. Pool area was fine with a clean pool and hot tub.The house is close to all Orlando attractions, which was realy nice.The beds creak a bit too much and pots and pans need to be updated. But over all we really enjoyed our stay and the heated pool.Marciel was responsive and forthcoming regarding all our guestions and requests. which helped us relax and enjoy our stay even more.

AH-Mazing property

This property was amazing! We had plenty of room for the 6 of us! The pool and spa was exactly what we needed at the end of a busy day at the parks. The owner was fantastic and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend the property for any family vacation! We will definitely stay here, the next time we are in Orlando.

Family holiday 23’

From initial booking until the day we checked out Marciel was great keeping us informed and quick to reply to any questions/requests we had. Getting in on check in day was very easy. The villa it self was very clean and tidy we had a wonderful time, we all enjoyed time in the pool and our eldest son enjoyed the games room.

The home was perfect for our visit to Disney and Universal!

We loved the game room and pool for the kids. Rooms were spacious with plenty of space for clothes and luggage. The dinning table was perfect to fit us all! The only complaint is I was unaware you needed to bri g your own toilet paper as they only supply 1 roll per bathroom and you're not allowed to lower the AC below 70 degrees. Other than that the home was beautiful and the owner was very kind and attentive!! I would go back to this home.

Spacious and Clean

Our family rented this place over spring break, and drove down from Wisconsin. Our goal was to have. a relaxing time and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and game room. Pro's: Check in process was easy and owner communicated well. Checkout process was also easy and didn't have ridiculous stipulations like some other VRBO rentals Ive seen. House itself was clean and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils etc. Appliances all worked Garage game room was nice and kids loved the xbox and the bball hoop. Pool was nice and was clean and the Night time pool lights were great. Screened structure was intact. Also had safety net to prevent kids getting to pool at night,etc. Neighbors were quite. We did pay for the heated pool which worked well. Cons: Neighbors very close Pool furniture could use updating - pvc pipe bases with cushions that were ripped/torn Pool area could have used a sweeping or powerwash to make it cleaner Advertised a charcoal grill, but upon arrival it was a gas grill - and were told had to pay to fill the propane tank if wanted to use..was disappointing since bought and packed charcoal for the trip, and didn't want to pay to fill a whole tank of propane for grilling once or twice. Pool guy did show up yon Wednesday to clean/check pool. although he was efficient, feel we should have been made aware ahead of time... Neighborhood didn't give the safest vibes but didn't encounter any issues during our stay. Disney is fairly close which could be a perk, but there wasn't much else to do nearby Overall had a good stay, place pretty much as advertised.

Met all expectations

This home is very clean and well equipt. It has everything you could wish for. We have been staying in homes in the area for the past 10 yrs and this home by far has been the nicest of the lot. The pool was wonderful. We felt very safe staying in this home and the neighbourhood was very quiet. The owner was very helpful and contacted us immediately upon our arrival to make sure our stay was enjoyable. We would most certainly stay here again.

Great place to stay if coming to Orlando

The house was very nice and had lots to do such as swimming/hot tub and the kids had fun too. Everything was provided for us and that helped. Plenty of space and great location. The only thing that could be improved is the Mattresses . Otherwise great trip and great stay

Family vacation

5 adults and 3 kids staying there, there was enough room for us all, some of the mattresses need a replacement and some fine tuning with the cleaning but overall we had a wonderful stay there and the kids really enjoyed the pool.

Heartwarming house <3

If i could give this house a 10 ⭐️ I would. The house was just what i wanted and more. This home is SUPER equipped that you feel at home and let’s not talk about cleanliness, glass tables are squeaky clean!!. My kids LOVED the pool. After a week’s stay i didn’t want to leave 😩….this will be my next vacation home without a doubt and i would recommend anyone with my eyes closed. The host Marciel is very comunicative,friendly, and made me feel welcomed into his home. Too bad my vacations have come to an end. Until next time 😃

Home away from home

Great property, plenty of room for everyone. My family loved coming home to a dip on the pool after a hot day. Great neighborhood. Owner, very responsive and great to work with. Kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful stay!

Nice and confortable vacation house

My family and I find this property clean and big enough for everybody. We had what we needed in the kitchen to cook breakfast every morning, the laundry room was so handy, clean towels were very appreciated. We had an issue with the swimming pool that wasn’t clean the day when we arrived and it took until Thursday to be ready for us. The manager Marciel was profesional and kind fixing the problem with the pool. We enjoyed our vacation time. Thank you!

Overall

Extra drawer of silverware was nice but all was dirty. Dishwasher doesn’t dry All info I was sent had a 11 am check out from vrbo. Host signs and email was a 10 am checkout. Needs to do better at letting people know that ahead of time. Not with signs and last minute reminder adjust the listing to correct times.
