GRILL USAGE: Enjoy a delightful BBQ evening by requesting our grill service for a one-time fixed fee of only $65 for your entire stay. We provide a propane tank for your convenience and you can refill it as needed throughout your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING: The unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check-in. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. If you wish for housekeeping services DURING your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee.

★MAGIC VILLAGE AMENITIES:
The unit is located in Magic Village Yards - an exclusive new condominium complex offering a modern and contemporary architecture. The community has its own clubhouse with a pool, jacuzzi, and a gym. There is a daily fee of $100/per unit (not per person) to use these amenities, payable directly at the clubhouse front desk. The clubhouse also has a restaurant on site. There is no fee to have access to the restaurant.
