March visit

House was great. Little problem on getting codes to gate and house to work. Contacted owner they gave us the right codes. Very helpful and kind. Property manager had sent multiple e-mails with different codes. It took until Monday for the pool to get warm but was very enjoyable place to stay. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would recommend for a family or group of friends for a get away.

Shire at West Haven

A beautiful villa in a quiet and relaxing gated community near Champions Gate. Minor quibbles were the spartan nature of the TV coverage (being Roku) and the absence of the swipe card for access to the fitness suite in the clubhouse. That apart, a great villa and a great holiday.

Big spacious house - We loved it

We loved our stay. The hot tub and heated pool were a hit. The high ceilings and arched doorways and big rooms seemed luxurious. The primary and secondary suites were larger than I expected from the pictures, with giant opulent bathrooms and very large closets. Everybody said the beds were quite comfortable. We appreciated the extra blankets, sheets, and pillows, and the large wash machine. The screened-in patio was large, pleasant and well-equipped with furniture. Great landscaping. The whole neighborhood always looked tidy. Good for walks. Great nearby bars/groceries/businesses we walked/rode/drove to many. (Best of British Pub, Beef O'Brady's, 1845 Tap House, Davenport Diner, Miller's Ale House, Publix, Supercuts, First Watch) The kitchen was equipped with most everything we needed. We added/donated 22 glasses, a very large heavy pan with glass lid, two big spatulas, and a container for recycling. We wished we had a second fridge. Current fridge is missing shelves and has a light problem, but can work as 2nd fridge in the garage if it is replaced. I wish the showers had handheld sprayers to keep them tidy. Was surprised no outdoor grill. The wifi was fast and rock solid, we never had a problem. The property managers were excellent. They were responsive, helpful and friendly. Overall, the experience was everything I had hoped and a bit more. I wrote a much longer, more detailed review, but this page limits the number of characters in the feedback.

We were more than happy with our stay in this beautiful home. We had no issues with gaining entry to the gated community or to the house it’s self. The house was immaculate. We loved that all the lamps & ceiling fans were on for us when we arrived even though it was still daylight. The tv was on & playing Disney music & showing all the info for the parks. We thought these little things were a lovely touch on arrival. We loved the balcony off the master bedroom. The pool was nice & quite secluded with no houses at the back to look onto. There were shops etc just a short drive away & it didn’t long to drive to the theme parks or shopping malls. We would definitely recommend this home & we would definitely book it again in the future.

Great location for Disney visits

The house corresponds to the description in the advertisement and is great to the various Disney parks. Good shopping facilities (Publix) and some restaurants for the different needs (including vegan food) are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 6-10 minutes by car).

Wonderful home in a safe and secured community

We absolutely loved this rental, we stayed from Saturday-Thursday in July. It was close to Orlando, theme parks, and a ton of shops, we loved the close proximity to everything! Only thing to know before you go is to bring toilet paper. There is 1 roll per bathroom so we needed a small 4 pack to get us through the week. Small price to pay for a wonderful stay!

The stay was excellent. The pics online are accurate. Had 1 issue with the gate code but property manager had it fixed in 2 minutes. I would definitely book again.

Great house and location!

We loved our stay! The house is bigger than you can tell in the pictures. We loved the pool and all of the space. It was well equipped and we enjoy the Champions Gate area because it’s a safe area and has a Publix and great restaurants so close by. And if you want to do Disney, it is close by and you are in proximity to the main highways. Thanks for the kindness of the owners, they were great to work with!

Beautiful pool home in a gated community

Worn furniture, bad mattresses, broken blinds on both slider doors, tvs hard to navigate, need better directions for unlocking the front door. Was 1am and dark. Renter needs to buy dish soap, paper towels, kleenex, laundry soap/ softner, and not able to take all on the plane home. Kitchen needs better cookware/ spices would be nice. I left our pool toys b/c too hard to take on the plane. Wish they had an air pump there to fill pool toys. Beautiful house, nice granite counter tops, 4br/4ba. TVs were hard to figure out. Only 1 that worked well was in living room. Nice proximity to champions gate. Very nice area

Convenient rental for golf

4 golf ladies appreciated how immaculate this roomy house was. And having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was a plus, especially at a reasonable price. We were close to Championsgate for golf and we ventured a little further to Orange County National to play Panther and Crooked Cat. We’d rent here again.

Beautiful location

The property was very nice. It was clean and organized. We did have issues getting into the gated community as the gate code we were given was incorrect. Thank goodness some nice people were able to let us in the first day and a half. We paid extra for the pool and spa to be heated and had some issues with the heater working. The property managers were able to fix the problem a few days after arrival. Unsure if they will give us credit for that. Will update when we find out. The property is about 1/2 hour from the convention center and is an easy drive. Very quiet and relaxing. We had some cranes and an armadillo visit which was super cool!

Homey and comfortable

The house is roomy and comfortable. It’s a little worn, but feels like home. The only problem we had was that the breaker for the pool heater tripped. I called and they had someone out within an hour! We had a great time here, and loved the pool!

Staying away from Disney World

4 of us stayed at this property while everyone else in the wedding party stayed on Disney World property. Not only was this much more inexpensive it was just a short Uber drive from the resort. Very clean. Very fun with ping pong, pool, etc. Great gated community. Would recommend to anyone.

4 nature lady golfers

Just a little tired - paint patches all over villa. Many switches to lights not working 2 bedrooms only had 1 light bulb. Poor lighting outside - just one low bulb. 2 fans not working. Blinds broken. On the upside, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean
