Nice stay but horrible parking options
Originally we booked this property for 7/18/24- 7/21/24. We changed our minds a couple of weeks after the original reservation and added that Wednesday 7/17/24. Everything went well with adding the additional day. Funds were pulled from my bank account accordingly. Two days before arriving to the property all instructions were provided for our stay. Gate passes were sent the same day of check in so I assumed everything was fine. We show up to the property get through the fate fine but when we arrived to the home the code that was provided via email did not work. It took us about an hour and a half to contact the host so in the mean time we reached out to VRBO. VRBO was unable to reach the host so we started feeling very uneasy. Property manage finally responded and told us there was a balance that wasn’t included in the total around $46.00. Now how would we know that I’m not sure. Check in was at 4:00 didn’t get in until around 6:15pm with anxious kids and an adult that needed to work while staying at the home. What an inconvenience check in was. As far as the home the game room was hot but the kids enjoyed it still. The house was huge and spacious, clean, plenty of bathrooms and the pool was a great touch. Only two cars per home any additional cars have to park on one side of the street, what a nightmare this was. The grass sprinkler system comes on each night and wets up the vehicles and leave horrible water marks all over them. Overall the trip was fine.
