Exceptional Stay at a Stunning Hotel

We had a fantastic experience. The hotel was clean, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure all of our needs were met during our stay.The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities and a stunning view. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options.Overall, I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable lodging experience. I will definitely be booking with VRBO again in the future.

Beautiful condo and great location

Beautiful, clean condo with plenty of room. We were there for my daughter’s volleyball tournament at the convention center so the location was very convenient. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool as well. The only negative was that it was lacking a few needed supplies. No extra toilet paper or large towels. Also had to buy dish towels.

Nice place close to convention center

Nice condo could see fireworks from balcony. Pools over crowded in general but nice. Didn’t not realize we were close to the smaller pool instead of the mail big pool. The unit could use updated small appliances ( toaster and can opener barely worked) limited pans and dishes. No measuring cups or spoons to bake with. Beach Towels and washer and dryer great to have. Would stay again. Had issues with loud neighbors and security and front desk dealt with it appropriately late in the night so was grateful.

Dirty and broken flooring pieces

The condo is what is shown on pics, BUT the strips between rooms holding flooring down was either missing or broken causing tripping hazards. Also harding any kitchen utinsels. Be prepaired!! I did write all items that needed to be fixed and gave to management day we checked in.

This was a new and pristine property. I would have liked more amenities such as a game room or pool nearby rather than having to visit the other area at least a block away.

Pleasant Stay

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Located in a very nice area, very clean and great view. I would definitely recommend this property for your out of town stay. The only issue was checking in. The location to check in is down the street from the actual property(FYI).

Nice Place!

Check in was hard to find. Had a few issues with appliances in the kitchen and two tv’s didnt work. The condo was nice and clean. Pools were great. Close to all the theme parks. I would recommend to friends and family.

Awesome resort, great location

My family and I stayed in Orlando for a basketball tourney. We also wanted to make a vacation out of it and we definitely didn’t want to stay in a hotel. After doing some research we found the condo we stayed in at Vista Cay. The location was perfect and every night I watched each theme parks’ fireworks from my balcony. The only improvement needed was that the condo could use a little updating but other than that it was perfect!

This property needs some work in order for it to be rentable. I don’t feel we had a comfortable stay

Dryer doesn’t dry clothes, Coffee pot didn’t work, dirty wash cloth left over from previous guest, hairs left in bed from previous guest, carpet coming up in master, shower glass not stable in master, sinks in bathroom don’t drain properly, toilet paper holder doesn’t fit, no fitted sheets on beds. My family was not comfortable at this unit, however Vista Cay was in a nice location close enough to shops and Universal.

The property was huge! Nice bathrooms, pretty view. I wish the fact that you need to check in at the clubhouse was more clearly outlined. We spent some time trying to figure out where to go for check in. Other then that- no complaints!!

Good spot!

We went for Universal and Islands of Adventure so this was a great spot, just a few miles away! The property is very nice and quiet. The unit is exactly as described and nice though it could use a little TLC in some areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Poor customer service and needed repairs

Contacted front desk and sent messages via Vrbo daily about needed repairs. None of messages were addressed or returned. Someone finally came day before we were checking out to fix needed repairs.

Epcot with my family! ( grown kids)

The property was great! A family of 5. We were very comfortable. The location to Epcot very convenient. Property close to the airport too. I would recommend this property.
