This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location, but the first in this condo. I was a little disappointed with the check-in process. Our adult son, who was listed on the reservation was supposed to be emailed check-in instructions also, as the rest of our party was arriving much later. He was given instructions only after he contacted management. The dryer wasn’t working properly, and we found 8 pieces of linen (sheets and pillowcases) dropped behind the dryer, and the dryer vent bent. After we removed the linen, the dryer worked great. Bring more towels. There are no pool towels and only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth per person—not an issue for us as we just used the others as we were a small party. There is only 1 dish towel, otherwise the kitchen is well stocked. The ice dispenser was temperamental. Management got back to us within a day of any of my emails. The photos are accurate. One thing I would suggest to management: put a binder in the condo with TV instructions, local station information , places to shop, places where of worship, local restaurants, etc. also, a weekly schedule for the resort’s activities along with instructions for using the resort pool would be nice.
