Awesome house, not so great neighborhood

The house is 5 stars. Great setup and pool and hot tub. The neighbors were loud playing music til 2:30am several nights and different neighbors so I think it’s the neighborhood. The cleaning lady showed up at 9:45 reminding us that checkout was at 10 and waited in the street until we left.

Great family time

Property was great everything you could ask for in a vacation home. Clean fully equipped and we loved it. Oasis was also great, near the home and we loved going there too! The whole experience was exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend for making your vacation very special.

Amazing family time

Family and I had an amazing time during our stay. The house is just like the pictures and more. Everything (beds, pool, playroom , kitchen, massage chair and so on...) was wonderful. We did have some issues but the owner and the company were specular to solve them. I would totally stay again and recommend it.

A great time was had by all. definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our vacation. The house was clean and very comfotable. We had a problem with noise by our back neighbors our first night. The security rectified the problem right away. I paid $35 a day for heated pool and spa, The spa we did not use because did not get hot, the pool was perfect..In spite of these set backs we really did enjoy. i would recommend this house to stay.

Fantastic House and Experience

This house was wonderful! We pre-registered and that was great. We went straight from the airport to the house. No hassles and easy check in process. They knew exactly what they were doing at Champions Gate. At exactly 4:00 pm Florida Scandi sent us the house combination and we were ready to go as they had promised. We were immediately impressed with how pretty the house was when we walked through the door. There was more than enough supplies of everything to keep us comfortable and happy. We spent extra money to have the pool heated and that was worth it for us adults and the kids too. Florida Scandi had it ready on day 1 of our stay. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Everything in the kitchen was perfectly organized. All the appliances worked well. We did not have one problem with our stay. During the trip planning process and throughout the entire length of our stay they were quick to respond. patient, respectful, and knowledgeable. We thank them so much, especially Jo’leen! The outdoor area was great. We started the hot tub right away and it was bubbly and hot. The Champions Community was great. The massage chair was as high quality as the ones we’ve tried out in mall speciality stores. I can’t think of one negative thing to say about our experience. It was a 10 out of 10 and we would love to come back and stay at this place again next summer.

Loved the extra space

This property was stunning. Plenty of room and had everything we could possibly need. We absolutely loved having the massage chair....it was rarely empty. We took a walk around the clubhouse and waterpark, but our family loved the house and private pool and jacuzzi so much that we never went to the clubhouse. Would definitely stay here again.

My Personal Oppinion

There's an issue with checking in. Like others, we arrived in Orlando at 12:15 am but could not arrive to our vacation home until 1:30 AM. This was because, we were given just one option to check-in to get our package. So we had to drive all the way to the property manager's office which was 18 miles from the vacation premise. It was very painful having young children in the car to go through that. When we arrived at the premise, there was over four huge piles of trash at main entrance doorway. It was so gross. Other than that, the home was very beautiful, clean and had all what we needed. Beautiful and quiet community. I'll recommend this property to any family.

Great time, great location, fair price. (But No hot tub heat)

My family and I (daughter, 15, son, 12, wife and I) booked this place as a nice safe getaway during Covid Times from the cold north. This is a spectacular house in a nice location and we made good use of the club house as well. The Pros- five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and plenty a living space. We loved the massage chair and the heated pool, which, for we paid. We also made good use of the game room in the garage - air hockey, ping pong, and foosball. (Air hockey table worked most of the time, ping pong table didn't "go together" 100% but we made it work, and now my son wants a foosball table). Really great. The kitchen was well stocked - plenty of plates and utensils and glasses. The Cons- the hot tub. The hot tub, The hot tub. When you pay for a place that lists a hot tub as part of the package, you expect it to be hot. As in - 102 - 104 degrees, like the one we have at home. It was NEVER over 85. VERY disappointing. And for this I am seeking a partial refund. I paid for pool heat which was fine, but hot tub heat was included, and was not good at all.Three maintenance people came, with one saying a new control board was needed. The kitchen could have been a little better stocked (perhaps a measuring cup and one more pot or so). Overall we had a lovely time in a very clean space. Just wish our family, who was trying to enjoy family alone time, could have made use of the hot tub too. We also couldn't make use of the DVD player, because there was no remote, so while we had a few movies, it wouldn't work. Honestly I wouldn't have complained about this had the hot tub worked, but that made me think of this. A repairman did come two days later and gave us a new remote, but we were no longer watching movies that night.

Golf trip

Annual golf trip for four 50 year old guys. House was great and close to good courses. Only downside was traffic at times with a large lacrosse tournament nearby.

Awesome vacation.

This house wowed us from the moment we enter, it was very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed our stay and the pool was the kids oasis. The massage chair was awesome and we love the sonos speakers though out the house... it was like a five star hotel.

Very clean and modern

The property was beautiful. Everything was very clean and in great condition. The pool was great and the ceiling fans outside helped a lot with the heat so we could enjoy the outdoor space. Check in was easy and the email came right at 4pm. In the past we have had issues with air and wifi not working at other properties. At this house both worked very well. The only suggestion is that the bunk bed felt a little unstable, it would be nice if it was tightened and strapped to the wall for safety.
