Unhappy customer

This property was a complete disappointment. The home has not had updates\up keep in awhile and in need of deep cleaning. The baseboards and cool air return vents are filthy, not to mention the floors under the furniture and some of the bathrooms. The home was sparse - no extras of any kind (ie extra pillows, blankets or beach towels just to mention a few). The furniture was sparse and worn (especially on the 2nd floor). Carpet is worn and matted down! Crib listed in description was not provided and requires rental. Pack and play did not have a sheet. We had issues with gate entry at the beginning of the stay and had go get our guests at 1 in the morning! The home itself had a musty smell -especially on the first floor near the master suite. Would not recommend this property at this time. Webstite also needs updated- no playroom available and the movie room was closed for "inservice" the day we went to the theater.

Great resort an neighbor hood.Enjoyed heated pool an resort pool n lazy river.Dishwasher didnt work an heavy traffic only issues.Beds were comfortable an house was roomy .Would stay again.

Amazing Vacation

There were 17 of us and the house was a perfect size! Every Family had their own bathroom, so much room for everyone! The outdoor area was perfect, where we spent most of our time! The 2 pools in the resort we were able to use for free were so fun and the kids loved them! Other than a couple of the beds need replacing as the wooden slats that held up the mattress didn’t seem to fit properly (or perhaps were broken previously) and maybe a bit more storage containers in the kitchen area (but we just bought our own) this House was perfect!! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Great improvement

Our group of High School friends stayed here about 3 years ago, and, albeit nice, the house was in need of some TLC. Since then it has been repainted, re-carpeted and new furniture added. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a god-send for our large group. We had a great time and very pleased with the property and the speedy check in. Hopefully the house will be available next year for our 7th Annual Old Guys Reunion.

Golf trip planner

Over all a nice trip. We stayed there last year also and house was cleaner this year. We couldn’t get through gate and we had shopped and had melting products. My name was not in the system and Ali did finally contact them after a bit. We sent info for the remainding card but never got put in. It took a lot of calls and texts to finally make it happen. The only other issue was no coffee filters in the house for the first morning. Cage outside needs to be fixed because we had a raccoon friend that tried to hang out with us. Your pipes need to be blown out because water from your hot water heater made your garage messy and we kept cleaning it up. We will be back again next year because overall experience was good.

Some issues

The last 2 days of my stay the AC stopped working and I reached out to the host but noone came out to service, luckily I am a homeowner so I was able to get some of the water out and it worked for a couple and stopped again. ALSO, my garbage was not picked up for the 3 days there although we placed it where we were told to.

35th Mohawk Golf Trip

Our group has gone to Florida for almost 35 years as a mens golf week, evolving over time in size and housing. The property proved to be ideal for our group of 11, with a remarkably clean setting. We cook most meals, and the kitchen worked well for our needs. While I handle booking, there was agreement all around that we would look forward to coming back here again next March

Great for a large group

15 of us stayed for roughly two weeks through Christmas and New Year's. Communication leading up to our arrival was great. Check-in was a breeze. The house is plenty large enough and is well stocked with everything you need. It could use a deep cleaning as it definitely shows it's been used and abused. But overall, we had an excellent experience.

Excellent Property & Communication

This property was exactly as described! Check in was a breeze and the grill we rented from the recommended company was there when we arrived. Our family of 20 had plenty of room to move around and sleep. There was an issue with the a/c on our final night, and both the owner and property manager were extremely responsive. The property manager even FaceTime'd with us around midnight to get the issue resolved immediately! Plenty of cookware and glassware to use. The quilts on the bed are a little thin so bring heavier ones if you get cold easily, and the pillows are on the flatter side so bring your own if you perform firmer ones. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property and book with them again!

Loved it

I rented this house for all my kids and grandkids to vacation together. The house was just as explained in the details. Ally was great to work with. We all had a wonderful time and loved the house and truly enjoyed the pool area. I did pay for pool and hot tub heat and have no regrets about that. We are already trying to decide on the next dates and will definitely rent again if available for our time.

Family vacation

Response to questions was quick and easy. Heating the pool was worth every penny. This is our third time at Champion's Gates. It’s a good location but has grown huge over the years. Traffic is heavy there now. Have to calculate that into travel time.

Great Family experience-Peacock Family Retreat

Overall stay and experience was great. Washing machine was broken prior to visit and a new one was installed the day before we left. Needs more and better quality cooking utensils and cookware in the kitchen. For the price of the rental, hot water for the jacuzzi and pool should be included. Suggestion put it on a timer. Should have extra bedding. Many of the beds were broken underneath. the amount of space is great for family event.

Beautiful house but needs tlc

When we arrived bedroom 5 TV didn't work, handles were broken in the bathroom which caused a tile to continue to break when the handle fell, downstairs thermostat quit working, washing machine kept breaking. I had to call the property manager almost everyday. A headache. There are not enough kitchen utensils for 20 people. We had to purchase scissors, pairing knives and hot pads which we left it all there. There's only 3 lounge chairs at the pool which doesn't work for 20ppl either. The house has a perfect setup for a big group. The property manager is rude when I had to call. Make sure you purchase the insurance if you rent this house because they WILL submit a claim even if you didn't break it. They also sent people to fix the door handles while we weren't home and never told us. Our group left our jewelry, money , personal belongings thinking no one would enter the house. Not impressed by that. House needs a good thorough cleaning and some paint.

Perfect for large family

This was the perfect location for our family vacation! We had plenty of space for everyone and the kids absolutely loved the pool!!! While the house could probably use a deep cleaning, it was overall in clean condition and good for our needs. We would definitely return!

Perfect for adults!!

House was perfect for my group of coupled adults. The beds were all queen and kings size. The kitchen had everything you need. The house have all new modern upgrades!!! I hope it is available for my mother's day retreat
