Family Disney Trip

Very close to the parks, nice spacious townhouse. Very simply decorated and stocked, but it worked out great for our group as we had all meals out.

Just as advertised

The property was just as advertised. Clean, spacious, relaxing and conveniently located. Check-in and check-out was easy, as well as parking for multiple vehicle was never an issue. Great experience and would definitely do it again.

We stayed this week and enjoyed our stay we were very comfortable. Some minor issues but coming out of the holidays with little down time to fix them… this place will definitely be a return when we go back.. the theme of each room is so cute. And everyone had their own bathroom, kitchen fully stocked.. plenty of room… highly recommend this place.7 days 10 people… will return.

Great location

Overall great property. Location is perfect for visiting Disney and Universal studios. Negatives were lack of overhead lighting in the living areas/bedrooms and sliding door to the outdoor space was unusable because it is secured shut with a screw placed through the framework.

5 beds, 5 baths!!

Super convenient stay. Each room had an in room bathroom. Excellent situation for those who do not want to share a bathroom! Very clean. The check in process was easy. The TV’s were great, excellent reception. The kitchen had everything we needed. The washer and dryer were so nice to use during our nine day stay. Overall-a great stay!

Disney Universal Family Vacation

Was a nice place had enough bedrooms for the amount of people we have with us there was 6 in all.Three teenagers and 3 adults we had five bedroom and 6 bathrooms. Only issue we had was it was rainy season in Florida and the palmetto bugs were trying to find a dry spot. Other than that was a clean and nice place for our family vacation.

We liked that the property was large enough for our family of 10 people. Everybody had their own space where you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other. The unit we stayed in was nice, but definitely showed signs of wear. Nothing that impacted our stay or anything, just minor things like fresh paint and carpet. Otherwise, the property was easy to find and was close to everything we planned to do at Disney. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.

The property itself is beautifull but when we arrived te cleaning lady was on the phone texting. She should have spent more time cleaning. Example why wold the bed covers had some sort of brown on it, the place was dusty and other but for the house itself. Beautifull. Would rent it again.

Beautiful home with lots of potential

Overall my family and i were comfortable. The house is in a great location. Easy check-in process. Home is beautiful in pictures and the decor is simple but good taste. Unfortunately our disappointment was with the cleanliness of the house.other then the linens and toilets being cleaned the rest of the house was literally full of dust and essentially the house needs to be maintained better. Its more than wear and tear ...it needs overall maintenance. Lot of dust on the bed headboards. As i said l, great location great home with lots of potential. Overall it served ita purpose.

We made a good choice

The location was near gas stations, grocery stores, and food. As mentioned in the description, the area is 15 minutes away from all Disney Parks. I do not know about the water park because I did not visit. A couple of things that I did not like: - The instructions specify trash timings but no trash can was at the door. It was not resolved after talking to the management. We walked down in the community and dumped the trash. - The thermostat was not intuitive. - In a few areas, the carpet is peeled off.

great place but never experience this before...shattered shower side panel

I have stayed in many VRBOs and others all over the world and I have never experienced an incident like this before. The place was great and immaculate, perfect for what we needed (clean beds for 2 nights). The purpose of our trip was to maximize one full day at Hollywood studios and spend two nights well rested. We live 2hrs from Orlando, FL (Jacksonville, FL). We spent one full day on Dec 22 (7am to 10pm) at Hollywood studios so we literally only slept and showered there. However on my 2nd night, I heard an explosion or something breaking but I was so tired that I did not pay attention and kept sleeping. An hour later when I got up to go to bathroom and thankfully I was sleeping with my socks on, I felt lots of sand like/grain on the tile as I walked to the toilet but I was not sure what it was until I turned on the bathroom light and saw that the shower glass door side panel had shattered completely and it was spreadout thru bathroom floor hence it was the explosion like sound I heard a few hours prior. Thankfully I was wearing socks so I did not get hurt and the kids were in the upstairs bedroom. It could have been very bad for me to walk bared footed or kids would have stayed in that room. Needless to say, the shower was only used once and there is no explanation why the glass would have shattered except a bad installation or defected product but there is no way for me to know 100%. I contacted the management office as soon as the morning office hours came, and I spoke with Caroline to report this unfortunate incident. Later, I got a text from property management that I was liable for this damage which I find it very disturbing considering that we only use the place to sleep at night, we were not there during the day at all. I have request to dispute these charges as I do not feel is fair to pay for something I barely touched and we took care of the condo properly. However I have not gotten a full response from Management office. I am still waiting. I have also asked them to look at my invoice because I was billed for "damaged insurance" and per VRBO it says that the damage covered value included. I have asked Property Management to look into it but I have not had a proper answer to be able to put closure to this unexpected incident. I hope to hear from them soon but for any future renters, make sure you do have damage insurance as you never know when a situation such as this one could happen.

We were pleased

We loved the space and location. We had a party of 10 and it was perfect. The only inconvenience was that the microwave went out on morning #2. We reported it twice but it didn’t get repaired or replaced. It was overall wonderful and we would definitely recommend it!

Comfortable and Relaxing Vacation

On the first day WIFI was not working and had to try to contact mgmt several times before they sent someone out to resolve the issue. The local traffic (US 192 ) was terrible to and from the unit no matter what time of day or night. Other minor issues were resolved. On a whole the time spent in the unit was very comfortable and relaxing.

Poorly maintained, poor management

If you are looking for location for Disney properties this is great and it has a good floor plan. However, the unit is generally run down and dirty. The faucet in the master bath was broken, the switch on one of the bedside lamps in the master was broken off rendering the lamp insurance, the cabinets in the kitchen were broken and some would not close, the carpet was stained and overall dirty. We reported all of this to the management company upon arrival. When we arrived, the previous visitors trash was strewn about the front door, and we stepped over chicken bones and other debris to enter the property. We immediately contacted the management company who assured us it would be cleaned up immediately. It never was and several hours later when we returned from dinner we cleaned up the mess ourselves. We won’t return.
