Honestly, our Disney trip was a blast, but this house was the real MVP of the vacation. After trekking 10 miles a day through the parks, coming back to this place was the ultimate "chill out" move. With 8 bedrooms and a million bathrooms, our huge crew had plenty of room to spread out and relax without ever feeling like we were on top of each other. It’s rare to find a spot that’s this big but still feels so high-end and comfortable.The amenities were a total game changer for our "off days." The kids (and the competitive adults) spent hours on the private mini golf course, and the pergola was our go-to spot for morning coffee and evening hangs. But the real showstopper? HOT TUB and the POOL! It was the perfect way to recharge our batteries before heading back into the Disney crowds.If you’re looking for a home base that’s actually as exciting as the theme parks, just book this place already. It was spotless, stylish, and honestly hard to leave on check-out day. We’re already checking our calendars to figure out when we can get the whole family back here. Seriously, this house turned a great trip into an unforgettable one!

We absloutely loved this property, the villa was exactly as described with the pool and outside area's are brilliant. We really liked the putting area and hot tub, and the a/c was excellent meaning we all slept well overnight. Its on a very safe and welcoming community with its own larger pool and waterslides and we also found Walmart was only 5-10 minutes as well for the big shop. We hired a car and we could get to Disney within 10 minutes and Universal around 20 mins.The communication with the host was also 1st class with replies to any questions within the hour. We would 100% recommend this property if you are looking to stay in the area

Our house was very clean and lovely. Spacious and the host checked in on us constantly, answered questions and were super attentive. Also, travel day was stress free bc there were no check out instructions besides locking the front door. 10/10!

Perfect New Year Stay

This was my favorite Vrbo property yet! We traveled with extended family so our group included kids all the way to seniors and this home was perfect. Everyone had a nice private space and the common areas were perfect for sharing meals and enjoying each others company. We spent the bulk of the week in the pool and the hot tub and really enjoyed the covered patio space and the pergola. We are already looking at a repeat stay!

What a wonderful place to stay

This home has plenty of space for a family of 13. We travelled here as six adults and 7 grandkids (3-15). The grandkids had plenty to do between the theatre room, putting green, pool and table games. The pool and spa got a ton of use, it was used from sun up to sundown, and was the perfect temperature (we paid for pool heat). Unfortunately, after a day of being away at an attraction, we discovered the pool heat stopped working that day. After a quick email and phone call, the problem was rectified first thing in the morning. The attention to service provided by the owner and management team was exceptional in regards to this. The house is located in a great area and easy to get to from the airport. It’s also very close to all major attractions. The house rental also came with access to the Encore Resort Clubhouse pool. What a great place to take the grandkids. It had an area for the little ones with kid friendly waterslides/splash pad and there was another area speed slides for the older kids. I’m happy we chose to rent this home, plenty of memories made! Janet

Family vacay

Our family ranges from age 1 up to 56. There is 13 of us and this house had room for more. We have 6 grandchildren and they loved their rooms and all the activities that were available for them to play. The adults kept entertained also. The house was very comfortable and relaxing inside and out. The owners were awesome. I had a small issue when we first arrived and they called me personally and they 3 wayed the managers in to take care of issue. That was above and beyond to me. They made us feel welcomed in their home. We used the shuttle bus from the resort twice to WDW. Such a convenience. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant vacation!

Family Vacay

This lovely home was just perfect for our family of 6 adult kids and our 4 grandbabies, ranging from 5 years old to 6 months. The Frozen theme room with the slide was dreamy for our cute 3 yr old grand daughter and the Minions room, super fun for our 5 year old grandson. From the putting green to the pool, the arcade to the movie theater, everyone couldn't be happier. The resort area was also quite fun with the Splash Park and Arcade. Thank you K&J for all the wonderful accomodations. A memory we will treasure forever.

This home had plenty of space along with king beds for each adult room, cute theme rooms for kids, new putt putt and pergola, and many other great features. The only problem we had during our stay was keeping the air temperature comfortable during those hot Florida days of July. Overall, the house was perfect, spacious and beautiful for our big family of 10. 😁

Such A Pleasant Backyard

I booked this property really at the last minute after researching other properties. I was there with friends attending a conference. The backyard is what did it for me. The house is ideal for families with children. We did not have children in our party, but I must admit I played the Pac Man arcade game myself. We had some trouble with directions and a chiming alarm when we checked in and the night crew was there immediately. There is an onsite restaurant that delivers which came in handy several times. The owner communicated with me quickly as needed. Again, if you are a family looking for a pleasant home-like space with fun extras and a cool backyard space this is your place. Spacious, clean, and fun.

Beautiful home with lots of entertainment!

This home was beautiful and we found lots of entertainment without having to leave the home often. My kids loved the themed rooms, Theater room and the jacuzzi. Unfortunately there was issues with the pool heat which they tried to address several times during our stay, but everyone still enjoyed the Jacuzzi and had a great time. Also, the owner will refund us for the inconvenience. Customer service was excellent through the management company and the host, I definitely recommend and would stay again. Book this Resort, you won’t regret it. Kids and adults will also enjoy the aqua center.

Great house, Great location, Great amenities

This is a great house for a large family vacation. 2 bedrooms on the first floor and a large kitchen that walks out to a short screened in patio. The screen is a great way to let little kiddos (we had a 13 month old with us) walk safely around the patio without fear of them falling into the pool. Large fridge in the kitchen and another large fridge in the garage/game room. Plenty of space to store food and drink for 4 people. Second floor has the rest of the bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms, the movie room and a couple games for everyone to play. The two kids rooms that slides are awesome. Movie night with the popcorn machine cooking up snacks for everyone was a great night! The pool was great, and the pool heat was perfect for end of March. The owners put in a new golf putting area behind the pool and all new chairs and lounges were recently added alongside a beautiful pergola. Owners are great at answering questions and responding to your requests via the VRBO app/inbox. Highly recommend!!

Great for family with small kids!

We had a great week spending time with our extended family at this house. The owners were absolutely wonderful to deal with. We had several concerns (damaged furniture, broken appliances, bbq etc.) that were mainly caused from previous renters, but the owners were quick to try and fix what they could. Jeeves was not very reliable, as it seemed the resort was overbooked for their capacity. We would definitely visit again if the above problems are addressed. I have no doubt they will be, as the owners tried their very best to help us from afar.

Lovely home

In short: The home is perfectly located for those who want to go to Dinsey and Universal. It is child friendly, and the rooms are amazing. We ran into a number of unexpected issues that were outside of the owner's control (pool heat, hot tub not working, AC leaking), but he was AMAZING with communicating with me via text and phone. Our group of 7 has stayed in at least 5 of these encore homes in the last two years or so, and I have to say, the level of communication was outstanding. Jeeves always seems to hem and haw about fixing things, but the owner and I were able to text to get to the bottom of some of the issues. In the end, since the hot tub blower needed to be replaced, I was kindly refunded for the lack of workability for it. Thanks for everything, Kennady! I know it was a wild week with us and getting things figured out. We appreciate everything you did!

Nice House in Resort Style Community

My extended family (8 adults, 7 kids ranging from 1 to 14) booked this house for 10 days. Overall, we had a great time. The house was clean and the bedrooms were decorated nicely. We purchased pool heat, and that was very nice! The pool and hot tub were by far the favorite part of the house for all of us. The waterpark and fitness center were nice amenities as well. The property could use some updates. The pots and pans are cheap/warped and could use replacement. We had a blast with the ping pong table, but the air hockey table and foosball were in rough shape (damaged, missing pieces, etc) so we didn't really use those. There was a small selection of kids toys in the living room which was really nice for the younger kids. For a home catering to families, I would have liked to have a crib/high chair available for use. You can rent them, but it is quite costly. I used a different company that was cheaper, but with the amount we paid for house, it would have been nice to have those items included. Overall, we had fun and would return again.

VRBO Very Disappointing

I was disappointed in our stay the Cable didn't work the entire time we were there, the pool wasn't cleaned as requested. The owner of the property is deceptive and didn't charge for the property as it was listed. This was my first experience with VRBO and I don't think I will ever use them again.

Great family house!!

Lots of bathrooms and bedrooms and convenient to The Encore Clubhouse which is a blast! Only one minor suggestion ... for a house with a 16 person capacity, you need more pots. :)

Best family vacation!

We had a group of 15, ranging from 6-over 50. Everyone thoroughly loved the house! Lots of games, fun in the pool! The water park was so awesome to have access to and close to the house. The few small issues we had were taken care of promptly. Would stay again.

Fantastic Stay, 6 kids, 6 adults

Easy check-in process, property looks exactly as pictured, and had plenty of space for 3 families to spread out. I had contacted the property agent a few times prior to the trip and she was fantastic in answering questions and providing details about the property. The outdoor space was well kept, pool was clean and warm, and we loved eating on the patio after a long day. We went to Disney parks which were a quick 15 minute ride and spent a few days at the Encore club which the entire family enjoyed. Great water slides for all ages, big pool, drinks, lunch, etc. Would absolutely return to the property!

I think a hiring a handy man to check EVERYTHING and repair it would make a world of difference. The property itself is lovely and very comfortable. The layout and decor was fabulous. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This property had each and everything it advertised. We had an wonderful time. We enjoyed the pool, game room and movie room. Everyone loved their rooms and bathrooms. We plan to return with the kids before the year is over. Beautiful home.
