One of the home's standout features is its private outdoor setting. With no rear neighbors, guests can enjoy additional privacy while relaxing around the private screened pool and spa.

The northwest-facing pool, spacious deck, and screened lanai with outdoor furniture create an inviting place to swim, enjoy the Florida weather, or unwind after exciting days at the theme parks.

The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
