Family Christmas vacation

We had a great family vacation at the house. It was the perfect size for our large group, rooms were decorated, games in the garage were fun, and the pool with the added heat was fantastic to relax in. Would absolutely stay here again.

House was filthy

What a waste of money. Will not come back. The house was not cleaned. There was blood on a pillow, you could see the dirt on the pillows and bedding. Towels were hung back up but not clean. Once I washed Everything it was gone so the cleaning company definitely doesn’t care about cleanliness. Food crumbs and hair on the kitchen chairs and floor around the island from previous renters. Hand rails have never been wiped down. One of the rooms smells very strong of animal urine. The pool and hot tub were dirty with murky water compared to the neighbors fresh clean pool. I shouldn’t have to clean a house I rented before my family is able to use it or sleep. Total disappointment!

Very nice family getaway

Pool was great! Temperature was comfortable and the spa was great for the middle of February. The spa warms up like a hot tub after about 20 minutes and it was great to relax in after a long day. The resort was nice with a bar, ice cream, and food available. The kids pool area was great but water was a little cold, the lazy river was heated though. Tubes are not provided, so we had to run out to Walmart and purchase some. The game room leaves much to be desired as the pool table is not really usable and the air hockey table works but the picks fly off and the whole table shakes. We did not pick this house for the game room so not a big deal for us. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 children in this home. Beds were very comfortable the resort is a short walk away.

Meh.....

The property was as described and very spacious. Per the previous reviews, I knew what to expect. However, I was hopeful that the issues would be resolved before our scheduled stay. Unfortunately, it was NOT and we were slightly disappointed! For example, the sofa downstairs in the sitting area was still soiled and the hot tub was inoperable. The carpet on the stairs had large visible stains and was not vacuumed. We purchased a chair cover to be able to sit of the couch and didn't use the hot tub. So, this was the deal breaker! Our third day in the property as we are preparing to start our day. The power goes out! We were in the middle of cooking breakfast, ironing clothes, etc. No, big deal. We thought we were experiencing remnants from Hurricane Elsa. After surveying the neighborhood, we realized everyone else had power. So this was an isolated incident. We immediately contacted costumer support and the property owner. Mean while, my father a disabled veteran who suffers from PTSD is in the middle of a full melt down. He had valid concerns of the food in our fully stocked refrigerator going bad and the lack of air in the middle of a Florida summer. He also began searching for alternate lodging as we didn't know how long the power would be out. The owner responded promptly and the power was eventually restored. Apparently, there was a miscommunication with the owner and the power company and the power was disconnected. The owner was very apologetic and offered a free night on our next stay. However, we will not be returning!!!

The house was not clean, there was a broken chair up stairs with the leg off.....not safe for the kids, no one never came and removed it. Our overall stay was good once I cleaned up the place

April 9-12 stay

While the house itself was not bad the property management was the worst. -the house looked like it was spot cleaned, the couches are filthy, there was stuff under the beds, a candy wrapper was next to the couch upstairs with the candy in the carpet -a vase was broken on the table and the handle to the pool was broken -the hot tub did not work and when I called to advise that I was told that the inspector had looked at it before and it was working then. I advised it should be a simple turn of the dial and that was not working. They advised that they couldn’t do anything on the weekend. Seems inconvenient as vacations usually happen on the weekend. So we had no hot tub all weekend -on Saturday night there was a huge water leak on the side of the house spraying water in the air. I called the phone number provided and they wanted to know if it was definitely on the property I said it’s on the side of the house and I didn’t know. They said well it’s probably the neighbors and they couldn’t do anything about it. -the gate to get into the place did not have a code that worked so security had to be called and they buzzed you in. It was always so busy that it took upwards of 15 min and most people would just piggyback when somebody with a card opened the gate. -the pool area was insane. No rules, nobody managing anything. Kids had the life rings with a 12 foot rope in the wave pool and it was getting tangled on everybody, trash was on the pool from people, my daughter while right by her got pushed under the water because there was so much rough housing. I will not be staying at this house or property again it was very poorly run, not very clean, run down and the property management were rude and obviously didn’t care.

Nice place big pain to get in & out

Gate was inop the entire visit. Late on Christmas night we we locked out by code change on the door and sat in the car for hours waiting to get in was well after midnight before it was resolved. This was my first experience with a rental like this. It will maybe my last? Property owner was helpful and responsive but couldn’t provide me with access was on the management company epic fail on there part.

Great for Disney / Universal

We stayed at Michael's home to extend our trip to Disney and Universal. The property is about 20 minutes to Epcot and DHS, and 25-30 minutes to Magic Kingdom and Universal Studios. The house is huge for one family, and could easily accommodate a second. Our kids loved the pool, and spent numerous hours there. The pool is fairly secluded, with only one neighboring house able to view the pool. The house was built with nice upgrades, and was great for out stay. Michael was extremely responsive in his communications and accommodating to our requests.

Beautiful Vacation Home!

Everything in this beautiful home was as described! We had 12 people in our party and there was so more than enough room for all of us to spread out and enjoy. House was well stocked with essentials. Beds were comfortable. Communication with the homeowner was easy and responses were quick even over the holidays! Lovely area close to everything needed. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone I know.

I booked house this as a last minute trip and the owner was very fast and responsive to each inquiry. The house is brand new and very large. The heated pool was great and it’s very close to everything. We had a great time and would definitely return.

Great house and very clean

This house has room for everyone and is very clean. About 20 minutes to the Disney parks. The homeowner is very helpful and gets back to you quickly. The kids liked the pool and the pool table. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house.

Beautiful home, lots of space, clean, new, had everything we needed.

Home was absolutely beautiful and just what we were looking for. Lots of space, plenty of beds for everyone. Everything was new, kitchen had just what we needed to cook for a large group. Decor was modern. Home was super clean. Nice pool and hot tub to enjoy after our long day out. Wish we could have stayed longer. Great location! Close to Publix, I-4, shopping. Had everything we needed close by. We were hesitant to rent due to lack of reviews and no pictures but owner quickly sent link to pictures upon request and it seems pics aren't on this site yet b/c home is so new. Owner was quick to respond to all questions we had. Highly recommend this house!
