My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The location is very convenient with shopping plaza’s nearby. We will definitely stay here again for family vacations.

Excellent

I highly recommend this home, the property is very beautiful and clean. We paid extra for the pool to be heated and it was worth it. The public pool was just as nice! The homeowner was very friendly and got back to me promptly when I had any questions. If I could rate it higher than 5 stars, I would!

Great Stay!

Very clean. Check in/out very quick and easy. Everything worked as intended, no issues. Plenty of towels. No toiletries provided (at least none that we found), so make sure you bring your own. Would recommend for families!

We came back

We loved it so much last year we came back this year. We love how spacious the home is. It fits our family perfectly. The location is fantastic. The ping pong table being inside is a big plus for us. We have rented several properties where the game room is in the garage and not air conditioned.

Fantastic vacation home!

Beautiful, comfortable, clean with responsive host with any questions! Close to parks and other places to visit. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Seven people of all ages stayed very comfortably. Lovely area and resort property. Was so comfortable sometimes hard to leave to go out and be tourists - lol! Would absolutely book again!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the house. It was clean and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the game room was a hit with the kids. One thing we didn't like was how busy it was getting into the neighborhood at certain times of the day. It was often backed up at the gate with many cars trying to enter. We waited 25 minutes to get in on our last night. The kitchen had sufficient supplies but some of the pans were scratched and the knives weren't great. We loved the pool and hot tub and used it everyday and some nights. I'd recommend paying for the pool heat as the back yard doesn't get a lot of direct sunlight. Overall we enjoyed out stay but the traffic situation getting into the neighborhood needs to be addressed.

We loved the house, we loved the neighborhood, but the "check-in" into solterra was horrible

Close enough to disney we went to all 4 parks and multiple resorts for dinning and shopping and it wa no problem getting there and back. The house was exactly what we expected. We had two recommendations, we have no idea how to make it better but you have to work on your check-in into the actual housing addition....it was a nightmare and after driving 15hours. It took so much patience to deal with is. People we making rash moves that could be very dangerous. The line was bleeding way past the entrance. Two is the house, maintains the ac at 76 made it very stuffy, I may suggest investing into a better ac unit. It became unbearable at times.

We had a wonderful time on our trip. The house was in a great location and had everything we needed! It was a great size and had the right amount of beds for our family. I would stay there again!

Great house

The house is great, clean and spacious and club house is nice too. The only thing was that we paid for the pool heater and when we got there the pool was cold I called to the manager and Vrbo agent and they quickly sent someone there to fix it and then the pool and jacuzzi was great spot for all of us in the house, I really recommend it

Property unsanitary and in poor conditionn

On a positive note the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. However, after 15 years of visiting Champions Gate and similar properties this home by far was the worst. Upon arrival we had to clean bathrooms prior to use due to black mold under toilet seats even though they had the "cleaned for your protection strips", in the showers, and on the patio doors. Shower was clogged and per the maintenance man " he pulled something horrible out of it. ". Couches and chairs were soiled and we had to cover them with towels to use. Faux leather chair was peeling and unusable. Upon entering the house there is a pong pong table and limited seating for a house that accommodates a family of 12. Freezer is missing 2 racks and refrigerator had food left from previous guest. Doorbell did not work and garbage bin outside had bones and trash from the previous guest. Code to the questhouse was outdated in the manual and we were denied access to gym . Overall, a very disappointing experience and we do not recommend this property. I have pictures but unable to upload attachments.

Beautiful, spotless home in a great resort. Plenty of room for 10. We loved the home's pool and community amenities. Nothing could have been better. We were all pleased. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful vacation home

The pictures are exactly what you see, but even more beautiful then it looks online. One complaint I have is I paid for heating of the pool / hot tub. The heat was turned off the night before our departure. We couldn’t enjoy the heated hot tub/pool on our last night at the home and it didn’t heat up prior to our arrival. It heated 1 night later upon our arrival.

Hot house.

Only issues we had was the house was hot all the time and will not let you turn down a/c below 75 no fans in any rooms we had to go buy fans to stay cooler.

Fabulous vacation home

The pictures posted on the site definitely did not do the house justice . It was way larger then expected. With 3 different common living areas available no one In our group felt crowded. The porch and rocking chairs were an bonus which became a favorite spot of mine to relax in. The home was finished beautifully with so many little added extras to make you feel at home . My family had a wonderful time and we definitely plan on returning!

Room to spread out

Our family of five and two dogs stayed for a week. The home was recently updated and we chose this home because it did not have carpet. The neighborhood felt safe and walkable with good street lighting. Entry into Solterra took quite a while and could have been more efficient. Traffic was backed up trying to turn left into the neighborhood with the large influx of new renters on a Saturday late afternoon. Keyless entry into the home was a breeze. We did not utilize the gym, lazy River, or cafe. The kitchen lacked any type of pan to heat a pizza in the oven or a muffin tin. We have experienced a lack of kitchenware in previous homes we have stayed so we came prepared and brought our own! The front entry lacked an indoor rug to wipe your feet on which was a safety concern since it was pouring rain when we arrived and rained a few more times during our stay. The washer and dryer were new and all appliances worked in the home. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Nice location!

House was great for our family of 12 for Thanksgiving. Great kitchen, lots of space. Plenty of space in well designed home, lovely screened in pool area was great for relaxing. The pictures on line do not do this home justice...it is beautiful. Kids rode bikes in the neighborhood, used community gym daily. Would come back again!
