The pool was nice and warm when we got there but the grandkids wanted it colder. Unfortunately the weather was not as sunny and warm so we should have not asked to shut the heater off. Our fault on that,but host was quick to address this. It was not as clean as I hoped. Finger prints all over the glass table tops and dead bugs, dirt, etc around the floor. Couches need to be replaced. Could have used more face cloths. There was not any dish soap and the sponge was super tiny, kind of useless for the kitchen. No pot holders. First floor bathrooms, toilet seats need to be replaced. First floor bathroom closest to the entrance door, first sink was clogged. We had guests coming in at a later time and they couldn't get in through the gate because they said they were not registered.This was frustrating since we added them well before we got there. Host was on it but was quite an incovenience at the time since it was a surprise for two of the guests. Loved the location and the house was spread out nice. Game room was a nice addition. Pool area was nice too.

The house looked exactly like the pictures. The house and the pool/spa were clean. Our group of 9 adult friends/couples had plenty of space. We brought food and was able to assemble it and cook simple things easily. It was quiet because of the way the house is situated in the neighborhood. Would highly recommend!

Although there were a few nuisances, such as the net to the ping pong table was broke and only had one paddle, the pool table only had one stick, the other was broken, there were no balls for the foosball game, the property itself was great. The other major issue that negatively impacted our stay was that we paid for the pool to be heated and it took four days to get the issue resolved, therefore we were not able to enjoy the pool and hot tub. Initially the host responded quickly to our requests, but once we got there, it took hours to get a response. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I would recommend making sure the little things work if it matters to you. I gave a 4 star, because I really like the property, location, and clubhouse. Hopefully the host will give attention to my concerns as it would enhance the property. Small things do matter!

2024 family trip to Disney World, universal, sea world and gator land.

This property met our needs for a family group of 8 adults and 3 children. We were close to all the parks and grocery stores and enjoyed the pool to relax in after a long day of walking the parks. The home was beautiful, clean and had lots of room for our group. We highly recommend it.

Vacation 23

This was our second time staying at this property and I must say everything was great. Only issues we had was with master bathroom shower did not have adequate pressure so I just took a shower in another bathroom. The pots and pans could be replaced and add bigger pots to cook more foods.Other than that zero complaints or issues. Nice property!!

Fun Family Holiday

We had a group of 10 staying at the 6 bedroom house and found it had tons of room for all of us. The overall cleanliness was good but house does need some paint & general maintenance. Bathrooms very clean and with 10 the 6 worked great. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook for our group & was spacious for several folks to be there at once. The Oasis pool is amazing and we walked from the house to that area in 6 minutes. The security is excellent at this complex so you have need need to worry about that. The garbage pick up each day out front was a wonderful addition. Our whole family agreed that this house meet all of our needs & we had a great 2 weeks relaxing.

Our stay

Our experience was great but not the best communication. They did not answer my emails, especially on the weekends. Also there was a phone number there to get in touch with the owner but they never answered my calls. Other than that, we had a good holiday.

great neighborhood, quiet and located very near club house

The home in general is nice, it could use a little sprucing up. There needs to be more towels, both bath, hand and washcloths. There were a few items that needed minor repair and probably should have been noticed before our rental time. Dryer vent was not connected, kitchen garbage lid broken, But in general it was a good rental.

Great Property

This is a beautiful property and we absolutely enjoyed the home. I have only two complaints...I advised the property manager that the pool lights were not working and they were never repaired which was a bummer because we wanted to use the pool at night as well like the other guests staying around us because they were having a ball. Second complaint there was no broom to sweep up any mess. Other than that everything was good. I would book this property again.

Slightly Disappointed

I want to share our experience while staying at this property. We checked out on June 30th after staying for a week. There were 8 of us total, 4 adults, 3 teens and 1 child. Some positives to note: We had ample sleeping space and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The house is located in a beautiful gated community and the area is well maintained. The community center is very nice and the lazy river was quite peaceful. The cons of our stay: Upon arrival and settling in, we noticed that the bedding wasn’t clean. There was hair and crumbs on some of the bed sheets so we ended up washing all the bedding prior to laying down. There was a major issue with ants in the kitchen so beware of leaving anything on the countertops. I would encourage you to buy your own ice as the ice had a funny taste to it. All bath towels were washed and folded on top of the dryer; the issue was they were still wet yet they were folded and left as if they’re ready for use. We did not bring any beach towels because there’s always towels at the unit we rent. Not the case this time. Just be sure to bring your own towels and lawn chairs if you plan on taking a day trip to the beach. Lastly, the pool was extremely cloudy and dirty when we arrived Saturday, June 24th. It wasn’t cleaned until Tuesday. The hot tub didn’t seem to work either but this was minor, considering we rarely use it on vacation. The internet wasn’t the greatest either so trying to browse on our phones (we all use verizon) posed a challenge. All and all, our stay wasn’t too bad with the exception of things I mentioned above. We always rent on VRBO so our expectations were rather high based on previous experiences with other rentals. One last thing to also keep in mind when planning your outings……traffic is horrendous on Interstate 4 so if you’re planning to visit any parks, make sure you leave at least an hour or so early to make it there in time. :-)

We enjoyed our stay, the Championsgate resort is big and has alot to offer. We really enjoyed the home as well. The pool was great and enjoyed daily, you can use the spa pool, which bubbles without heat in the summer and the pool has lights inside. Other families have left extra towels, dish clothes and cleaning clothes, so don’t be surprised because some items do have match. Plenty of dishes, glasses and silverware, except spoons. The main tv was good, the others just took a minute to figure out which apps where available. No problems with wifi service and getting connected. Only inconvenience was the microwave did not work but we was quickly informed that a new one was on the way. Overall a great relaxing vacation enjoyed by my entire family.

Lovely stay but a few tweaks would be good

It was very clean as advertised. Some items which could be small improvements: - Have sharper knives - More silverware (we had 5 people and it was not sufficient) including teaspoons - A few more cookware pieces would be very helpful - An ice cream scoop would be nice Overall we really liked the house and plan on staying again next year!!!

Internet service wasn’t very reliable/fast, especially while watching television. Cable & TV remotes different from room to room without any directions how to use. Would have been nice if each room had an index card with instructions. No cable box for the video room. Would have been nice to watch NCAA Championship game in the Theater Room. Pool although heated, was barely warm enough to enjoy. Pool towels & new pillows and comforter in the master suite. Otherwise a fantastic house, great rental.

Nice, modern and spacious

We had two couples share this large house. We enjoyed it. There were just a couple of things that needed improvement. Most importantly, the pool and spa couldn't be heated at the same time and took a very long time to warm up. There were no instructions on how to operate the pool/spa heater and the management company was not very helpful. There were many large TVs but they all had different combinations of remote controls, so took a long time to figure out how to get them working and set to what we wanted to watch. The house was well supplied except that there are no teaspoons and few tablespoons. The light in the master toilet is not working, but other than that the bathrooms/showers were all nice. We would stay here again, but might not pay to heat the pool and spa which is an expensive extra charge

10 day stay

The property was lovely. It was decorated well and big enough for our group. There was a little bit of a hiccup with checking into the neighborhood because they didn’t have our drivers list registered but it was quickly fixed. The neighborhood is nice and clubhouse was great.
