Pagamos 5 días de los cuales 2 contaban como previo a calentarse y los siguientes 3 que debía haber estado caliente el agua de alberca, no lo obtuvimos, solo llego a entibiarse un poco nada más.

As expected!
Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. There is no BBQ at the house unless you pay extra. Pool heat is also an additional charge but we didn’t feel like we needed it. We found it a bit odd that there wasn’t extra toilet paper but that’s probably just an us not being used to renting a property vs a hotel. Beds were comfortable, we like it a little cooler but every room has a ceiling fan which is nice! We also brought our own tabletop fan so we slept comfortably. If I had to say something negative, I would say that the patio furniture could use an update. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay!
Incredible experience! This was our first Vrbo stay. Start to finish, things could not have been easier. The owner Paul was very attentive during booking. We had no issues during our stay but I’m quite sure they would have been dealt with as soon as possible. Pool and hot tub were the biggest blessing on off days and after long days at the park. Thank you for your hospitality Paul! We will certainly stay here again.

Perfect for our large family trip to Disney
House roomy for our large group. There was room for everyone without feeling on top of each other. We had no contact with the property manager but did receive friendly and timely communication from owners. Do not pay for pool heating if outside temps are going to be under 70 degrees C. The system is just unable to keep up. Otherwise, the property was just right for our needs.

Fantastic 2 week stay!
We had a wonderful 2 week stay with our extended family of 8 people. There was lots of room for us, the house definitely could have handled several more people. Even better than the pictures as some things such as the bedding and televisions have been updated. The house had everything we needed, everything was very comfortable, and the location was very convenient. There is a Walmart just a few minutes away. Disney took us about 25 minutes, and Universal took as little as 35 minutes one day (but other days took up to an hour depending completely on traffic). Communication with the owner, Paul, was great. He responded promptly the few times I asked anything, and the whole process from start to finish was so easy and smooth. I would highly recommend this house!

Great house with heated pool
We loved this house for our trip to Disney. Pros: Heated pool -85ish degrees Quiet neighborhood 5 bedrooms with lots of space Big, comfy couch Comfy beds Washer and dryer Garage had foose ball and pool table Walmart and dunkin 5 min away Cons: House thermostat was locked so you can’t control temperature. Some nights we felt hot but couldn’t do anything The hot tub area is only a few degrees higher than pool. It looks like it’s a hot tub but is not. Slightly dated, needs some updates Overall, a wonderful house that met our needs and was a great home base for our trip! I would recommend!

Fun, fun, fun!!!
It was exceptionally clean upon arrival, which we were most thankful for. Paul was wonderful to do business with, always with a quick response to our questions. This home met our needs completely, and facilitated us having a real fun, memorable time in Florida!

Good stay for 11
The bunk bed room really needs a fan. It gets quite hot. The house temp was on the warm side. The bunk beds are squeaky. The couch was big and comfy. There was enough hot water for all 11 of us and do laundry. The dishwasher does not clean dishes. Overall our stay was enjoyable.

We are really pleased that you had a good time. Ceiling fans are not practical with bunk beds but there are a number of large portable fans in the villa that can be put in there. The A/C can be altered to a lower temperature if if is not to your taste. There are instructions on how to do this. Beautiful and relaxing Family vacation
The owner was easy to contact, the property was clean and well maintained. There were storms that blew in and pulled one of the screens away from the pool area and someone came in that day and fixed it while we were away doing activities. Quick responses from the owner and was so easy. Great for a family get away.

Great house and owner!
We absolutely LOVED the house! It was perfect for us and the pool was glorious! The house was clean and beautiful. Owner was very accommodating when our flight got delayed. Location was fantastic and close to Disney. Would love to stay here again!!

Nice location and house
The house was as listed, quiet neighborhood. Communication with property owner was always quick in responses. Sandy, managing property, never responded to my texts regarding a simple question and dryer issue. I had to bother the owner who responded quickly, having someone come look at the dryer. The grand kids made use of the pool after long days at Disney parks since the temps were mid 90's and humid. (probably normal for June) Pool area around the table and chairs had not been cleaned, quite a bit of food on ground. Decent ride to parks, depending on traffic. Usually 25 minutes. We would stay again if ever in Orlando again.

Conveniently located
Great place to stay if you are planning a Disney World/Universal vacation. It's conveniently located to both parks. The house had plenty of room for our family of 7 adults and 4 children. We enjoyed using the pool each evening after exploring the parks and beaches. We didn't need to reach the owner but he reached out to us to ensure we knew he was available. Easy keyless entry. Nice quiet neighborhood. Grocery store and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Value!!
Nicely appointed, kitchen has everything you could need. Laundry and game room definite bonus! Pool sparkling clean and warm. House is very clean. Only down side for us was the beds - they’re pretty hard. I know many like that so I know we aren’t the norm. Otherwise - truly enjoyable experience! Thanks!!!

Pictures don’t do it justice
The house was perfect for our large extended family vaycay. I was surprised how soundproof the rooms were. A few minor updates would be good like blinds, mattresses( especially 2 Nd master suite) and carpeting. The owner responded as quickly as possible with any questions we had. Thank you Paul. It was one of our best vacays.

Our family of 7 enjoyed this place. Plenty of space! Pool and spa are awesome be sure to pay for the heating. Would come back in the future. Only thing I would recommend is newer table and chairs in kitchen very unstable. Fridge could use an update but overall good.

Great all around
Loved our stay. Home is very spacious and we had more than enough room for everyone in our group. Location was close to everything. 5 minutes to Walmart, 20 minutes to Animal kingdom and 25 minutes to Magic Kingdom. Extremely clean and pool was perfect for children of all ages (ours were 1 1/2 to 10). Paul was always just a message away when I had questions prior to our stay and although I didn’t need him for anything (regarding the home during our stay) I asked for a late checkout last minute and he was very accommodating. Would highly recommend! Will definitely come back.

Nice Stay!
The stay was great, but there are a few things that will need to be updated (i.e. bedding/mattresses in a couple rooms, towels & kitchen sink). In addition, the cleaning crew needs to do a better job in preparing the home for the next family. Another issue is the hot tub, it seems you have to pay an add'l. fee for the pool to be heated in order to use the hot tub in the summer months which is absurd in my opinion. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant & I would look into staying at this property again in the future.

Cleanliness is a priority and the villa is inspected before new guests arrive to ensure it is fully prepared. The villa has also gone through its twice yearly deep clean just recently. House floor plan was great. We were able to wake up early and use living area while those who wanted to sleep could do so. 3 bathrooms was wonderful. Enjoyed pool table in garage. Pool was nice and used daily. 20 to 30 to most Disney 40 to 50 to Universal. Groceries and restaurants close by.

Great stay!
We had a great stay! Everything was as described. Kitchen was pretty stocked for anyone who wanted to cook (we mostly ordered in). Once we checked in, it felt warm in the house and we emailed the contact for the thermostat and it was turned down within a few hours of our request. Even though we emailed at approximately 10pm. The game room in the garage was great. The kids had fun playing pool. A few parts of furniture are showing a bit of wear but definitely still functional and didn’t impact our stay at all. The only negative I have: the king bed. The bed has 2 very distinct body indentations. It worked ok, just very noticeable even looking at the bed. My niece slept on the one side that was very sloped. It helped to make sure she didn’t roll off the bed. 😀 Overall, great stay! Wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Great house, very clean, amazing pool
The pictures do not do this property justice! Comfortable beds, kitchen has everything you need. Pool and hot tub are great neighbors are really nice. Great location, very close to Disney and only about 1.5 hours to beach. Our family really enjoyed our stay!

Love the house
We are driving away and I already miss our rental home! It was so nice, close to everything and had all the necessities! The pool and hot tub were a fav of the kids! We will def book this on return trips!

Great property
We had a great experience at this property. Very clean and everything worked! There were no broken appliances and everything met our needs. Paul was easily available and got back to us right away. Would highly recommend this home!

Lovely vacation house
Very nice vacation house. 20-40 mins to Disney. but its perfect location to Disney, sea world, disvovery cove etc. Time to those places is determined by traffic. Some days 20 mins other nearly an hour.

Beautiful house, perfect location
The house was perfect for our needs. There was plenty of room throughout the house and it was well kept. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice—it looks even better in person. The pool and hot tub were heated well. The location was excellent as it was close to everything we needed. It’s about 20 minutes from Disney parks. We really enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider another stay in the future.

Nice home - Close to everything - 5 stars
Property was just like the pictures. Tv, living room furniture, and dining room table were all very new. Wifi was excellent, speed 200 mps or so, coverage was very good outside by the pool. Pool was clean, the heat for the spa was excellent. Plenty of deck furniture. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions before and during the stay. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Great vacation!
The response time asking questions and communicating about the property was immediate! The location was great- close to everything we needed! The house was spotless and roomy. Having a heated pool was extra nice! And bunk beds made it very convenient for our boys! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Vacation Villa
We have stayed here 2 different times and it has been great both times. The owner is is a great host and the house is very comfortable. It is located close to everything you need. I highly recommend you staying here.

Good value & helpful owner
We were a party of 10. Kitchen was a little tired and maybe a bit light on utensils for a house that sleeps 10 - 12 and the bed in second en suite is a bit soft but otherwise no complaints at all: - good value - owner always responded promptly to any questions - 30 to 40 mins to the parks - nice pool We had a great time - sure many others will enjoy too.
